My family's stay here at Heritage Village has been good so far. The apartment is close to many places - schools, restaurants, parks, clinics, grocery stores, and hospitals. The community is generally quiet and maintains a luxuriant environment.

Here is very quiet and peacefull place. It would be nice if the fitness center had a little more fitness equipment. And room door key should be replaced, because I had locked out 3 times. The key knob is stuck very easy. These 2 things are my negative opinion for here.

Everything was available and ready upon move in. I opted for the 24-hour fitness fob, which was ready within the day. I feel so safe in the area. It's close to major highways, but is also secluded and quiet.

The staff are proficient and responds to the needs quickly. The apartment is clean, well maintained and the environment is quiet. The gym and other recreational facilities are great. It's also close to the market center and Guilderland School District

Beautiful grounds and esthetically lovely apartments. Any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. A very safe community and friendly neighbors make for an overall positive living experience here at Heritage Village.

The complex has a nice setting and well kept up. The personnel are very nice and respond to problems in a timely matter. They keep the parking areas clean during winter on a daily basis. It is very quiet here and all the renters in my building are very nice and helpful when needing help. I recommend staying here.

Overall I like it but feel the rent is a bit high. It seems unfair that some people get better prices than others and then you are just locked in to that rate. Quiet community, nice grounds, good school district.

Good apartment complex, attentive staff. I've lived here for a while and never had any major issues. Good amenities and you can rent out the common space (with a full kitchen) for parties. Reasonable rent too.

Community is nice, quiet neighbors. My kids love the building and the playground. Amenities that are included help a lot. Washer and dryer in the building. Heat being included is very helpful especially in the cold weather.

I like it here but the noise is making me sick from not getting enough sleep and it seems like I'm getting treated like I'm an imbecile whenever I submit a service request and I don't like being treated like a stupid child

It's been a pleasure staying at Heritage. The staff has been more than accommodating and helpful with any issue that I have brought to them. I normally share a laugh with them whenever running into them or stopping by the office. My neighbors have been a delight for the most part, there's always that one person but luckily that person left a couple of years ago and we're all happier without them lol.
