I enjoy living here. After selling my home and moving here is a joy. Its safe, the pool area is incredible. Love walking the grounds. living here is so much nicer than I expected. No worries about mowing, shoveling snow and all that goes with home ownership.

Great Community so calm and the neighbours are very friendly. Strongly recommended. Friendly staff, Especially Sabrina Doorsammy was great to work with. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

It is a quiet and friendly community. There's a pool, tennis courts, small playground for kids, workout room and community center. You're close by to grocery stores, Walmart and Crossgates Mall. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The main highway is less than 5 miles away.

Love the apartment & management ! It's a nice quiet area to raise your child & a cozy place to call home, I love my 11/2 bathroom & spacious closet, also management in the leasing office are generous & will help you with anything you need

The community is fine except some annoying music and smoking issues .There is no area dedicated to smoking which can result in kids getting exposed to cigarette smoke which will effect their health so I suggest there should be dedicated areas for smoking

Heritage village apartments in Guilderland is a very convenient location. The apartments are large and include heat and hot water. The staff is very friendly and take care of any reported issues quickly and efficiently.

Great community. Too bad it's so rigid with no flexibility or empathy to individual situations. The units are nice and I was really looking forward to living there as it would have been the best location for my situation

This building that we live in is ok, especially since there is a garage and storage in the building. There have been several times when the toilet system in the building has failed and there was quite a bit of smelly odor in the garage.

I have been happy with my apartment as it is spacious and has many closets. There is plenty of parking, but lots of trees that drop sap on my car. The maintenance staff are all very pleasant and eager to help.

it was okay. Nothing to write home about. Small overpriced no closet space and laundry not in most apartments unless your were being financially -----. It's a crying shame what is being charged for thing most tenants will never use--gyms etc. I have a free membership at the y/

The apartment was well built and the floor plan was very well designed. The windows all had functional blinds. The management representative was very friendly and helpful. We have only been here for a week but are very pleased with the community.

Excellent housing complex, very well maintained and maintenance are very quick to resolve issues. Everything is done through the app which is very user friendly whether you need to pay your rent, submit ticket for maintenance, check your community etc. I'm glad that I have chosen Heritage Village as my residence.

It's been a wonderful experience. Community is quiet and safe. Location is central to a lot of businesses and other essential locations such as parks and bus rides. Overall a very lovely place to live.

Its a good community, I love the way it is well maintained. The management and staff are friendly and i did not face any kind of issues while being here in this community. This place is safe and a good distance to move around with everything with in 15 mins of drive way

The complex has many matured trees and evergreens. The maintenance crew is superior. The yard and roadways are well taken care Of.( leaf removal,grass mowing bushes trimmed,snow plowing and shoveled walkways. The entrance way and inside common areas are cleaned regularly. The courtyard and pool are beautiful. Toddler playground and tennis court( when not in use) offer safe outdoor space for children and parents.

Overall good experience- my apt is near the bank of dumpsters so it's a little occasionally. The maintenance staff are all excellent, they have always been professional, courteous and efficient. Overall good experience ??

Quite community with calming surroundings. Great place to start in the capital region. Geared toward the middle age to younger crowds. Staff member was able to demonstrate an apartment that met our needs.

Very welcoming community. Maintenance is very quick to respond to your issues. Feels as if you live in the woods (in a great way)! Their commutation to their tenants is very thorough and they are quick to respond to any issues.

Complex is still all around best in the guilderland area. Buildings and grounds are well maintained, staff is great to deal with and gets the job done. Very woodsy area lots of trees and native wildlife, relatively quiet compared to noisy western ave which is right around the corner. Location is close to all major roads. I've been here 18yrs and it's a very nice place to live.

I stayed in this apartment for over 10 years. The apartment is old, the window, sink and bathroom definitely need some upgrade. But it is in a good location. It is close to the library , YMCA and Supermarket. It has its onw snow plow team, so the drive way is mostly cleared before you drive out to work.
