Actualy we are in this community since July 2019. This year we just move from 102 Bleeker rd to 102 Steuben dr. We like this place too much so didn't move another place and want to stay hr in The Heritage Village till we can buy our own house. This is our lucky house so far. Pretty loud, parking is an issue, laundry isn't the best since there is one washer for the building of 12 units, and children frequently running around, creating messes, and making a lot of noise in parking lots. Pretty loud community as well. Someone scratched my car twice, marking X's on it. No security cameras or anything. I filed a police report due to this. We have had a good amount of noise complaints and reported this multiple times to management and nothing happened or was resolved.

Staff take great care of the grounds. Buildings are old but undergoing renovation right now, which is good. Staff cleans common areas often and well. Due to age, many things in apartment need to be replaced or repaired. Some things like lack of outlets is due to old code but still is a limitation. My biggest concern is despite the large number of buildings and units, there is no designated smoke-free rental. I'd pay a premium to ensure this living space was smoke free. It can be done here, and it wouldn't take long given the rate of turnover that I see. A building could be converted in a year

I love living here. It is a beautiful community. I feel safe and secure. The maintenance crew is very quick to help when there is any problems and the staff in the office are very nice. I work very long hours at a hospital. I feel very comfortable knowing that I can come home and relax in my quiet apartment until my next shift.

Heritage Village is a beautiful community that welcomes you from the moment you first arrive! The office staff especially Alsha Bredenko is so helpful and make the moving experience wonderful. Very helpful workers and thankful they are always there to help when we call even on the weekend! Also I absolutely love how clean it stays because they are always keeping the sanitary products in sight and cleaning the doors to help prevent the spread of covid! The staff is amazing and the ladies in the office are truly helpful and the nicest I've ever spoken to!

This was definitely a good experience. The process in moving in was smooth, the services offered here are enjoyable, namely the pool and gym. Personally I have not come across any glaring issues or challenges.

The only good thing about it is appearance, rent went up 10% while the national average is 2-5%. Buildings smell like weed and the windows are so bad your bedroom won't be warm on a cold day. If you have more then 1 car expect to park on a different road and walk to your apartment.

We lived here for almost 4 years now.. And I still enjoy living here!! Beautiful atmosphere, safe and homey feeling! Live walking around m, great place to get your exercise in safely ! Love the Garden here my favorite place to relax, and of course the pool!!

I like here. Environment is good. Staff are nice. Just because of this pandemic I have to move after the lease. If not, I definitely will stay here for rent. Compared to Oxford heights, which is another apartments under Burns management, here is soooooo much better. I never lose my package, staff answered my questions really fast and neat. And fees are detailed and clear, never hide. So I like here

Spacious and quiet. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Effective maintenance and upkeep. Snow removal is done promptly with almost no inconvenience for the residents. Staff always comes up with new ways to engage residents in social activities.

At first the apartment seemed great. And then we had multiple pipes burst within our first month. One of those pipes was in our closet, in which all of our clothes were covered in plaster and we had to wash everything again and not get comped for the cost. A fan was installed to dry the carpet which made our national grid bill go up 3x, which was not comped. Multiple bugs including large centipedes, silverfish, and pill bugs in the bedroom every day. Had to call 5x to be able to have our tub actually drain.

We had the typical issues that come with living in an apartment building with other people. People loud above us, loud music below us. I wish the laundry area was larger in the buildings. I wish that there were more grassy areas for kids to play safely outside.

My experience has been great to move in , unfortunately the residents here in the building are not very respectful of the place we live . Lots of issues . Water is always cold when taking a taking even after letting it try to heat up . Water has to be turned off due to repairs . The electricity has gone out in our building a lot since we've been here . We had to sleep in the cold without heat and the office is aware . The launder machine was has error issues . The machines are dirty and residents do not clean up after themselves . We stay to ourselves due to covid . I've had water issues which the maintenance was rude to us about helping cleaning up the water damage on rug . I don't recommend anyone at the time . Alyisha has always been very good to me and my family .

My experience so far has been very good. The move in went smooth and there were a few things in the apartment that needed to be addressed, but the maintenance staff took care of it right away! The other thing i find very nice is how peaceful the neighborhood is. generally very quiet and i have no complaints so far!

It's a nice place to live. The buildings are always kept clean such as the hallways and laundry rooms. The grounds are kept up all year round. Snow removal is excellent. The staff are always so friendly and polite.

We like living there very much, however I would be lying if I didn't say that the type of tenant had changed over the years. My building is very loud with a lit of children. When I moved on there were no children.

Excellent. We feel save to live here. It's also closer to everything. I don't have any complaints about the service as well. Whenever we make a service request call, they are really quick to send staff and solve the issue asap. Love staying in heritage.
