Hertiage village has been a welcoming community. The staff has always been clear and communicative, especially in regards to community safety during the COVID 19 pandemic. The community itself is quiet and peaceful, I have never had an issue with any of my neighbors

Overall good service. The experience from Heritage Village is really appreciable so definitely I will recommend my friends or known people to this apartment. Maintenance service is good. We are looking forward for the best service. Thank you

My experience here so far has been pretty awesome. I was able to move in quickly, the space was clean and the staff very welcoming. When I needed to upgrade to a larger apartment just a few months later, the staff were very accommodating to my schedule (I work from home) for the walk through and new lease signing. The new apartment was perfect and ready to go quickly. All in all, a great experience so far!

Very friendly and helpful staff, overall move in experience was quick and efficient. Was consistently kept up to date on needed information before the move and the apartment was cleaned and prepped for move in on time.

The area is calm and quiet. The surroundings are maintained clean and well. Any maintenance activities are done timely and promptly. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual events are organized to make the tenants united and socialize.

So far so good, the staff was kind and helpful throughout the whole lease agreement process before moving in, and even stayed late in the day to go over the lease with me before I signed it and moved in

The apartment itself is beautiful, location is perfect and it has been a joy to reside here. Quiet, clean, neighbors are very friendly. It feels as though you are tucked away at a resort when you're home.

Every representative is professional and kind. Their reactions to community issues are immediate. The mood of the community is very peaceful and pacific. Neighbors are so nice. Very safe place to live in.

Beautiful recently updated apartments. Close to everything. The pool is big and well maintained. The maintenance is quick and efficient. Walls are well insulated, noise is never a problem. Grounds are beautiful.

The best place in the Albany region to live. The apartments are big and well maintained. The staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. The grounds are beautiful, lots of trees, and the flowers that the landscapers plant and maintain are colorful. Turning off 155, it feels like you are leaving the hectic place off the world behind And you can find a more convenient area to live, with all sorts of shopping very close by.

It is a nice multicultural community very quite and clean. It is localized in a forest with plenty greeb space. I've seen deers, woodpeckers, squirrels red wing birds, falcons between other typical animals of North east on US.

I recently moved into the community and I love it it's quiet clean and the everyone is very friendly . The maintenance staff is the best if something needs to be serviced they are there immediately and the problem is usually solved within 24 hrs

I have had a great experience at Heritage the staff are friendly and the apartment was in great condition. The amenities also make relaxing easier and the upkeep on the grounds i also great. Overall, I would recommend this community to anyone.

Very friendly and quiet but moved in October 23rd to find out my kitchen sink doesn't drain correctly. Called maintenance and still waiting for them to fix it and today is October 27th. Seems maintenance uses an answering service so there may be a disconnect between the service and the people that actually do the work.

I moved to the area for work and needed a place to live quite quickly. This community offered the most reasonable rate with the included amenities that i could find. Staff are always helpful, the neighbors are pleasant and grounds are well-maintained.

It's been a positive experience! Rent is fairly affordable and a major plus that heat is included. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Fast snow removal and cleaning of areas. Property is well maintained and plenty of safe areas to walk.

I've never had any issues with any member of the community, everyone that I have ran into has been kind and courteous. Staff has always been great to work with if any issues came up and they take care of issues in a timely manner.

Heritage Village is a quiet and peaceful community of families and professionals. I enjoy living here and seeing the birds, deer, squirrels and chipmunks right outside. My cat loves looking through all the windows and watching the wildlife as well. Very spacious living arrangements and it is the best apartment I've lived in!

Very friendly clean and safe community. Spacious apartments with lots of storage space. Very attentive and caring staff. So peaceful and relaxing community so quiet. Shopping centers very close by maybe about 7 minutes away.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the leasing process. I was looking for a community setting, and the layout and secure building entrances of Heritage Village really put me at ease. After a thorough search of the Capital District, this apartment was a great price per square foot, closet space, and inclusion of heat and hot water.

Heritage Village is a nice apartment complex that is very affordable. For the price point it is awesome to have access to a pool, gym and community room. The office staff is always friendly and helpful.

Pretty good in general. It's close to a shopping plaza which is convenient. If some residents smoke in their apartments, that smell does travel through vents to other apartments in the units though. Otherwise, the maintenance crew is very responsive and the environment is nice. Often see deer, squirrels and birds around.

So far, renting from heritage village is a peaceful dream! The community is great. The neighbors are great and private into their own happenings. Everyone is friendly and the rental process is fast. I applied and moved in within 1.5 weeks. The staff is very nice and the apartments are spacious and clean. The balcony I love and the environment gives you a resort type of feel. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves a peaceful and clean community to live in. And very child friendly!!
