The level of service has gone down at the apartment complex with each year we live here. We aren't happy with the direction things are going here. In truth, I don't know that I would recommend friends or family to this community.

I love it! It has everything I need and want. Staff are excellent. My neighbors seem amazing. So glad to have only a five minute drive to work. I could not speak higher of this community. Love everything!

Always had a proactive and positive experience with the office staff and maintenance department when needed . Everyone is also very friendly within the building and respective of their space . Lastly the rent is not bad considering you get free heat and hot water

It's a quiet respectful community. I enjoy living here with my children. The staff is friendly and everyone always takes the time to say hello. I'm close to work the grocery store the gym and everything else guilderland has to offer.

Not as good as it used to be. Seems to be bumpy lately with getting responses. Stuff gets done but you have to ask many follow up questions. Staff generally seems to regard residents as a pain in the neck rather than valued customers

I have newly moved to the community and it already feels like home. Nice and calm and very supportive staff. Good gym area and close to basic amenities.Only thing which would be great is public transportation, but I understand that not in society hand.

We love the layout of the apartment we rented and also the privacy of the back deck. Difficult to reach management staff. Our upstairs neighbors are INCREDIBLY noisy until 11pm and management is unresponsive to our complaints.

It was pretty good when I first moved in. Subsequently it's deteriorated immensely. Trash room is not cleared on regular basis. Laundry machines are faulty. There were bed bugs in my building and in neighboring buildings too but I was forced to pay for their extermination and charged an exorbitant fee. There was no compassion at all.

We repair and inspect the community daily. I am sorry the laundry is not working, we contract the laundry service/ machines. The repair person is here to service when ever a call is made for laundry concerns. Please let the office or the contractor know directly if there is a problem with the laundry equipment. As far as pest control, we do use a contractor for treatment if needed. Residents have information in the lease regarding cost and process if specific pests are found in an apartment. I am sorry you would not recommend the community - Please feel free to discuss any other concerns directly with the office. Welcome Home !

It's very lax and enjoyable. The staff as well as those whom i live with are always pleasant and kind to interact with. The staff is very helpful and diligent with things like work requests and did a great job ensuring everything was set before i moved in. I really enjoy living here!

I love the location of the community. It's a little bit off of the main road but central to bus stops. There are lots of stores in the area and within walking distance. The community is quiet and well maintained.

I like the convenience of the laundry room near my apartment. I like that we have a place to store our belongings. The location is great because we are closer to our jobs now, and it saves us money for gas.

So far so good. Moved here in September. I have a newly remodeled unit, brand new everything. The pine trees outside drop acorns on your car, so make sure you dont park under them. Hopefully that will stop going into the winter. Other than that I love it here

I relocated to the area last fall and needed to find a place to live quickly. Heritage Village was affordable at the time and close to work. I immediately regretted my decision to move here. I moved into a first floor apartment that had smelly carpets, which was supposedly freshly shampooed. I also had spiders throughout the entire apartment along with other bugs. The water turns brown at times and the only response from management is " there's nothing we can do". Maintenance said because the buildings are over 50 years old the pipes are rusted. I have to run my water for 15-20 minutes at times before it runs clear. There is also no noise barrier in these apartments. I had to move into another building on the 3rd floor because children were running and stomping around all night, which made it impossible for me to sleep. The building I'm in now is extremely noisy and I still have brown water. Also, there's only one washing machine in a building of 12 apartments. The only thing I like about Heritage is that the heat is included. I'm very disappointed otherwise.

I have been living at Heritage for about 10 years now. I love the community. There are a lot of families with kids living here. Staff are nice and helpful (Lena in particular). Apartments/buildings are not handicap accessible however they do have handicap parking. Maintenance services had been great but has lacked promptness as of late. There is quite a walk to the bus stop and grocery stores (20 mall).

The maintenance staff are very prompt. The complex is generally quiet. During snow, the staff do a great job of clearing the roads. The gym in the Clubhouse is very accessible. The summer BBQ was a nice touch.

I've seen better . Your privacy isn't respected. They can at least inform you prior to coming to get things done in your apartment. Nobody calls or emails you just hear keys swinging and your door is opened. They don't help new customers.

I am sorry that you are not happy with our community and service that has been done in your apartment. We typically do not call ahead for service that has been called in for repairs. If you want that to happen before any service, you can note that in your portal for ACCESS options. There is an option for enter any time, call first or by appt. only. If you need help with that, let us know in the leasing office. We try hard to get service done as quickly as possible, and scheduling is done by the maintenance team. They have a lot to do on any given day, so they can't call all residents before they enter. If you prefer they do that, again check that in your resident portal as your access preference.
