We love everything about the apartment. Stainless steel appliances, underground parking, wonderful cleaning staff. Everything was immaculate when we first moved in. Maintenance has been exceptional. We contacted them several times and they corrected the issues the next day.

Very pleasant staff and nice apartments. Though ask them to explain all fees associated with rental payment. Credit Cards cost alot to use here. Beautiful quiet area. Great for kids and adults and near shopping.

After living her for several months I am very dissatisfied. It is very very noisy I can hear water running constantly. My storage was flooded and not repaired had to move my property some damage. Maintenance has cut 3 different holes in my walls and ceiling and the repairs all are obvious. Turns out the trash chute is next my wall and freighters me each time it is used. Elevator was down for more than a month. Building very outdated I plan to move as soon as possible. Please feel free to post.

I feel very relaxed here. The surrounding trees bring such beauty to the community and the landscaping is so beautiful. If I ever need anything I just have to call the office and maintenance is over in a timely manner. I have truly enjoyed my stay here and I am looking forward to renewing my lease.

If you like living herded like animal's. Apartment complex living is for you. Apartments are noisy. You can hear showers running. Parking is a problem. No picnic areas. Kids are loud. And unattended. Garbage in buildings can be a problem. As well as public laundry in building. Only one washer and two dryers. Per building.

Apartment living is multiple apartments in a building. It's not for everyone . We are an established community and some features, laundry rooms and such can't be re-created. Some laundry rooms only fit the one washer and dryer. We do our best to provide a spacious , clean, beautiful apartment. Our community has lots of amenities and we have a wonderful Maintenance team and leasing team - they all work hard to make for a positive experience for our residents. Thank you for your feedback. very happy with my one bedroom apartment. The maintenence staff is very quick when I call with concerns. Every time I have asked for help with something in the apartment they have promptly come to fix the issue. Living on the ground level has caused a few concerns with animals, but the staff has been able to help me relieve them. Seeing deer directly from my window is my favorite part of my day.

The community has been nice but the office team is not the best when it comes to caring for their tenants. Neighbors are friendly, office staff especially Cheryll not so nice, does not know how to speak to tenants.

The apartment is old but it is well maintained. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. Heating and hot water are included in the rental fee. Shopping mall, post office and library are convenient.

The clubhouse and pool are very nicely kept. Remodeled apartments are modern wiry nice appliances. Quiet and friendly community. No assigned parking, so sometimes it can be hard to find parking by your building.

Welcome HOME.. our pool and social center/ fitness center are great .. we can't wait to get them open again after the Covid-19 has them closed for use.. We have beautiful apartments and some have been remodeled along the way! Parking can be a bit tight in some locations but we do have some overflow lots and additional parking if needed. The leasing process was very easy and efficient. The community is nice and quiet. There are plenty of stores and restaurants very conveniently located with close access. You will not have to drive far for anything that you need.

Peaceful and clean community. Good neighborhood. Close to local malls and super markets. Helpful staff. The laundry room should be cleaned frequently as tenants are not maintaining the cleanliness. The toddler garden shouldnt have stones on the ground as kids tend to fall often.

Great things about this APT are: nice community and good neighbors, convenient locations (e.g. shopping malls nearby) friendly staff, and wide spaces and many storage places in the unit. One thing I don't like is that I am suffering form loud water pipe noises from the bedroom ceiling throughout the night. I finally gave up sleeping in my bedroom and started to sleep in the living room.

The maintenance staff here is lovely. I've had a few issues which have been resolved within an hour of my notifying them--they're quick to help and always kind and polite, even at 11pm. Regarding the apartment itself, the walls are solid (I really don't ever hear my neighbors) and it's very peaceful.
