It is really a good experience for living in this community. The staff in the leasing office and the maintenance worker are all very kind and nice. We got lots of help from them. Additionally, the environment of the community is very safe and quiet. We enjoy our life here!!

I chose this neighborhood because of convenience to many things like work, stores and library, as well as location near the Pine Barrens. The apartment is well maintained. Parking is good. Noise level depends on your neighbors but generally is respectful. Oncan discuss one's needs openly with the management office people who are friendly and professional and helpful

No smoke free buildings in this apartment. Neighbors can smoke inside their apartment, and rental office told me that smoking inside the apartment is allowed. So, If you have kids. Please think about it.

It has been a wonderful experience moving into this area. Enjoyed all the memories that were created between all the great I've met here and also having my friends coming over. Definitely a great first experience.

Very friendly people and a natural environment. A unique living experience for an apartment. Heritage Village is located close to any shopping you may need and any major roadway is easily accessible. My favorite part of Heritage Village is the natural look of neighborhood. They let nature reign in a growing community.

I just moved in to Heritage Village but already I love it! The community is very peaceful and the amenities are lovely. The office and maintenance staff have been extremely helpful and I look forward to staying here for a long time!

The community here has been great. Everyone is very nice and welcoming, the staff are responsive and proactive when it comes to working with us. When we had to change our plans and move in last minute, they worked very well with us and made the process so much easier.

Heritage village is a community that I would refer to anyone I know. The rent is remarkably reasonable for the location of beautiful Guilderland NY. With amnesties such as a pool and workout facility, and activities planned by management, there is something going on at the complex to partake in and enjoy. And of course the spacious apartment itself, a furnished kitchen, and free water and heat all round this place out to be a great home.

I have moved to Heritage in June 2018 and I liked the neighborhood and how the community is accessible to Shopping malls and Grocery stores nearby. The Winter in Heritage is really easy with heat and hot water covered and the snow plowing is done timely.

Nice place clean nice friendly people. Lots of things to do in the surrounding area. Can't wait to experience living in such a beautiful community. Also looking forward to experiencing the local restaurants and shopping centers .

Just moved in, the entire apartment looks great with a newly redone kitchen area, and plenty of windows to see the surrounding wooded areas, only problem so far is that the tub doesn't drain but maintenance is on the issue.

The staff are incredibly friendly and pleasant...everyone from maintence to the maids and receptionists. They do an inspection of the apartment when you get your keys. There were a few minor things which I did not even notice but the staff did upon inspection that they had corrected right away. The community is very pleasant.

Everything looks good. Appliances are new, carpet was replaced. Space is big enough. Finesse center and pool look beautiful. The drawbacks: parking spots are a little competitive. The most unexpected thing is: we found bugs on carpet and kitchen counter several times......

This is a great community for old and young people to live in. It is convenient with easy accessibility to shopping and a nice fitness center and pool amenities. We are loving this area. We come up every summer for race season.

I've only been here a little over a week but so far everyone has been very friendly. Jacky P. in the office has been very helpful and accommodating to my requests and questions. The apartments are a little dated but worth the price. Trash, recycling, mail, and laundry and very convenient. Closet space is superb. There are a lot of families and children, so at times it can be noisy, but it doesn't really bother me. Very convenient location, walking distance to many stores like price chopper, Dunkin' and Starbucks. I love how it seems like you're in the woods, but you're so close to everything you need.

The village is a great place for young family with kids. We moved in in the summer and were so pleased with the pool and the greenery look and shades of all the tall tress all over the village. My son walked around the community almost daily to his small playground. It's like a long camping trip if I hadn't had to go to work. Then come the winter, I again was impressed by the maintenance team. I work early, have to leave home around 5am, and the road never failed me, even when the city street still full of snow.

Good community for nature lovers????. Service is really good. Actually building is old, but they maintaining good. If you complain , they take action immediately . Toddler play area is useful for kids.

I am very happy at Heritage Village. The staff and residents are friendly. The staff works very hard and does a great job keeping the complex looking great. The ammenities are terrific. Very happy that I moved here.

Well maintained apartments, facilities, and grounds. The fitness center and pool are an added bonus. Service staff are friendly, attentive, and competent. More than competent, actually, they are excellent.

Our experience at Heritage Village apartments has been great. The office Staff special thanks to manager Lena Martinelli is nice & work to have activities for residents as well. Our apartment is beautiful, upgraded and clean. The grounds and pool are beautiful. And keep doing all the resident events. I can't always attend but it's nice to know stuff is going on if I wanted to come.

This is a fabulous community to live in. The office staff and the maintenance people are always so cheerful and willing to help you with whatever you have to say about problems. It's very quiet and the wooded surroundings make me feel like I'm at camp.

Beautiful grounds. Wonderful neighborhood. Large pool and workout room. Playground for younger children. The office is easy to contact and accommodating. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Buildings are clean.

Its really quiet abd peaceful, everyone is nice. Great living space and parking for your vehicle. It has a pool and a gyn that is open 24/7. Me and my wife love it and all that it has ti offer and plus we are close to everything.

Good community Apartment is nice. Staff is very nice to tenants. Heritage launched new online facility which provides the facility to communicate social events to ur neighbors and friends. Lease renewal facility also added to new portal which is something new in my experience apart from ten payment. Thank you.
