The office staff was very helpful when it came to finding an apartment that suited my needs best. The layout of the apartment was very appealing, as it was a more open floor plan; it helped to make the apartment feel larger. You are also able to paint and use nails as needed, which is nice for personalization.

I've enjoyed it so far. Only lived here 2 weeks. I wish it was about cleaner and fully turned over before I moved in. Many small details were left to be fix. The maintenance staff have, however, been very helpful which I appreciate very much. :)

it is a comfortable relaxing setting, in a secluded country setting just off the main road. when repairs are needed, the maintenance staff are prompt getting the repairs completed in a timely manner. the response is fast . I am completely satisfied living at Heritage Apartments.

I have lived here for over 10 years and is great place to raise children, excellent location, schools, restaurants etc. I have been asked to paint the walls and change the the kitchen cabinets, all very old and start falling apart, but never received a response from the Office Listings. I hope to hear from them sooner.

The place is so quite and peaceful. Staff are so accomodating and professional especially Lena and Mindy. They respond you very quick. Landscaping is excellent. Speaking of neighbor, I can totally hear their footsteps who are living at the third floor.

It is very good apartments at Heritage village, Guilderland, they have provided me starter kit, utensils and other necessary things when you moved to any new place and need something that you don't know at first where to buy, Heritage village people kept them in my placve and arrange all stuffs for me.. For the amount of rent you pay for the apartment you expect everything to be working properly.. But our tub didn't plug so we were unable to fill it, our toliet took forever to fill up and eventually they replaced it. The knobs in our kitchen kept falling off. There is no light in the bedroom, for the money you pay its nice area and quite just deff check out everything before you commit.

nice and quit community, clean apartments and very friendly leasing team especially Lena I would greatly recommend the apartment to friends and Guilderland it self is very safe and quite town with the mall around the corner and Hamilton square very near to you especially if you have a car it's going to be very easy

Mait. and concern has gone down considerably in our time-neglect of bldg. appearance is obvious and discouraging-noise of children above is just terrible for hours every day and they make this noise well into the evening making it difficult to enjoy our evening here

l love here? convenient to my sons school. Quite a neighborhood. Maternity stuff a very efficient and nice. The rent fee is it reasonable. My son made lots of friends here. Curious to know whether it's a clean very quick.

Love the place. Have had some issues with cooling of apartment, damp (moth ball) smell coming from storage unit next to apartment. Have has issues with drain flies, I believe is a community plumping problem. So far only have seen a few flies. Besides that nice and quiet.

These complex's maintenance staff burned down my apartment and then gave me such a hassle when I wanted to move back into it. They unfairly spiked the rent up and showed general disregard even though the fire was their fault. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Nice atmosphere and environment. People and staff have been friendly. The amenities of the pool and the fitness center have been great. Apartment hasn't had that many issues and if there have been issues the maintenance staff promptly fixes it.

I've lived in this community since 2016 and I've enjoyed it since the beginning. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant. They have been prompt when assisting with a probelem. The most important thing i love is the location it's very conveniently located to everything i need including my sons school.

Apartment community is very safe. Staff are great - very professional and courteous. Cars somewhat drive fast, which is a little bit concerning. If there is a sidewalk for pedestrians, that might be helpful. But other than that, so far, nice experience.

I like the quaintness of my unit, although it would be nice to have the option of a one-bedroom on another floor, not just ground level as I like to open my windows at night but for safety reasons keep them closed. I really enjoy the pool area and accessibility to the laundry room.

Wasn't able to see the apartment before i moved in because of work being done on it. Once I moved in I was unsatisfied with the condition of the apartment. The work was supposed to have been finished before I moved in but wasn't. they had to come back and finish work within the 1st couple of weeks. the condition of the bathroom walls is suspect and issues have been tried to be covered up by a coat of paint. The quality of the kitchen cabinets and pantry doors is cheap. I could've had an upgrade to the kitchen but I would have been charged additional rent. I only remain here because of my current economic situation.

This community is very diverse and cleran. Over the years people came and people go, from houses to these apartments and from these apartments to houses.I have seen many kids in this community grew into adulthood then moved on to face what their future holds.This complex have been my comfort zone.

So far it's been great here. Staff are very professional and easy to work with. The only issue I have is the smoking, i know its a smoking complex but it;s possible to stop smoke from entering your apartment from other apartments. It's so bad at times it may cause me to move out soon.

For $1300+/mo, you get good amenities, don't have to walk in the rain to get rid of your garbage in the garbage barrels next to the laundry room or do the laundry. During the walk through we were told they are washed every day. That was selling point since no one wants to smell garbage in their living quarters. We were told any serious problems would be taken care of in less than 24 hrs., all others within 72 hours. Another great selling point. The leak the first weekend was fixed in less than an hour. Awesome.....and it has gone downhill from there. The water from the sink that was leaking before we moved in also warped the kitchen laminate flooring. This is not an exaggeration, it took them 3 months and at least 6 phone calls and 3 emails later to come and do the actual work. The daily emptying and cleaning of the garbage room never materialized. The boxes that I put there after I unpacked were still there 3 1/2 mos later. Why did they finally get carted away? Because I called to complain that my kitchen floor still wasn't done and the garbage barrels definitely had not been washed since before I moved in. If we were living on one of the lower floors, I would have promptly moved out. The upside is they did my floor and cleaned the garbage room within 3 days. On the other hand, they haven't washed the barrels more than twice since, it has been 5 months. At least it is in a great school district and a safe neighborhood.

We just moved in but so far it is amazing! It is peaceful and welcoming. When there is a maintenance issue it is taken care of right way. I love it here. It is roomy and very clean. I love how much space is in the apartments, even a one bed room. Great.
