I have very much enjoyed living at heritage village the building is very quiet and they keep the grounds looking nice. In the winter time when the weather is bad they do a great job of clearing the parking spaces and making it easy to park when I arrive at night. Overall a nice place to live.

I like the apartment rather a lot. The maintenance staff is responsive and friendly despite some members seeming to be underqualified. The office staff are nice and attentive despite working for a company that seems to care little about residents.

It is a nice apartment, So far so good. Till now experience is good. The staff has a quick response whenever needed but I saw my neighbor has got delayed response when she called on a usual weekend at night. I have learned the ground floor apartment has the rat issues occurring. However, I am not feeling a bit happy with just one washer and 2 dryers for the whole building, they were mostly taken. Overall, it's a quiet and nice neighborhood but the community is very calm.

I love my apartment, however recently the quality of life in the complex has decreased. No negative comments about the staff or service, however the noise level has increased, garbage is being left in the halls, and neighbors are not being courteous to others. This has diminished my experience as a resident here.

There are a few things that I didn't like about living here, maintaince takes forever getting things done. Our AC never worked in the main bedroom and they finally realized after many complains that it wasn't working at the end of the summer. I had a water leakage in the living room on the roof. I placed 3 workorder, and called the main office, it took them 3 weeks to look at the roof. Once they looked at it, they left and took another 2weeks. Pretty much it took them 3months to get it "done," one guy came to paint the roof because it looked terrible with the water stain and the guy said he would come back to finish the job and never did. I don't like how there is only one washer and 2 dryers for the whole building, they were always taken. Overall, it's a quiet and nice neighborhood. I definitely think that you are paying more for the area than the actual apartment. The staff overall are very friendly and they try to make things work.

Maintenance is lackluster. Often one problem requires several visits from the maintenance staff, and generally the maintenance issue does not get solved. In this case, tenant observed a mouse in the apartment and submitted service request. Mouse traps were placed by maintenance staff. A few days later, more mice were observed by tenant, and mouse feces observed by tenant under stove top.

I like the location and surroundings of these apartments. They are located at walkable distance to grocery stores, banks, restaurants, school. And leasing people are very helpful and courteous and try to resolve your issues as soon as possible.

I have wonderful experience in this community so far. I pay lot of attention to the people i live with and most important leasing staff and manitainencw team. I will strongly recommend and contain lot of appreciation for the good folks around me. Leasing folks are courteous and helpful. In total good and my first preference to live in Albany. Previously we stayed other communities too but i always loved the way community looks , all green and beautiful. My apartment is good too. Must live here :). Thanks

The staff here at Heritage were extremely helpful with my movie in process. There was a mix up at with some things that had nothing to do with them but they made it an issue for them. The unit was clean and ready to go which made moving in easy. Having the heat included in the rent also helps a lot for the cold times

I am happy to have chosen heritage everything is going well.The staff has been great especially Lena she was wonderful through this whole process.I would recommend burns management to anyone who is looking for an apartment they were very nice and very considerate and consistent Everytime I spoke with them.As an African American family we were turned down for apartments because of the color of our skin,which made the process very difficult.I am glad to say that burns made us feel very welcome and comfortable which made the process less stressful.Everyone in the rental office made us feel welcome.

this apt; is comfortable however it could use some upgrades. whoever picked out the kitchen floor must have been blind. no matter how much it is cleaned., it never looks counter tops nave spots of paint. the appliances are all very nice however stainless is not my choice. the neighbors are all very nice and we get along well. we like the apt very much .

Office Staff its nice and has been overhauled, however they need to get rid of the maintience and all the other workers that work here and clean out that department is well..if you need anything fixed they are super quick to respond, then paint over and use duct tape to fix the problem...One of there main maintnience workers David, shouldn't be allowed to fix a light bulb, he comes into your apartment reeking of whatever he just smokes, does a terrible all around job, leaves a mess, and leaves when done with your front door wide open, for you to come home thinking you were robbed...the garbage team is in a whole other world of there own...leaving stupid notes all over the place on how to take your own garbage out, while they rummage through the trash looking for personal paperwork and bottles and cans making a mess of there own, theres one maintnience lady that totes a custodial around, filling up the little yellow baggy on it with bottles and cans while pretending to clean the buildings..great hustle!!!...then you got all the transient foreigners who come and live 20 and a time in a 1 room apartment..and the noise leval here is terrible..and they wont hesitate to put 12 screaming jumping ball bouncing kids right on top of you, leasing to whoever
