The pros of living at Heritage Village are safety, convenient location, and beautiful area.Included heat and hot water are useful for cold months. The con's include noise from laundry and common furnace areas, thin Sheetrock walls, and poor quality windows that cause heat escaping and cold air entering. the complex needs to upgrade sound proofing of furnace areas and upgrade windows throughout. Until then quality of life remains acceptable but not excellent.

My experience was great while staying with in Heritage Village Apartments and all service were done on time when ever requested. Specially I like tennis court during summer time along with swimming pool. I referred to couple of friends in past and will continue in future too.

The landscape is beautiful, and the living place is quiet. In addition, life is convenient as the apartments are close to various facilities. Further, Management staffs are nice, and the services are all always in time. I like the living experience here at the Heritage Apartments.

This is such a beautiful community to live in. I moved here last year from New Jersey with my son. We have been so happy. The apartments and the grounds are lovely, and the rent is so reasonable. The staff has always been friendly, courtesy and professional. Any maintenance issues have been resolved immediately. The pool, the workout room, the community room, all so beautiful. I don't regret moving here for one second! I feel blessed and very lucky to have found this place on line. Shops are nearby. There is nothing lacking in terms of services for the car, doctors, nail salons, beauty parlors, entertainment, etc.

overall, this apartment complex is good place for a small family. Although, there's limited parking spaces. For a family with two cars, the second parking space always becomes a littel headache. It's not so much fun to park far away from the building during the winter months.

Please avoid folks. I'm currently living here. They demand 2 months notice to vacate. Moving in d apartment was a big mistake. The bath tub won't drain water, coz, it's not levelled, tilted in the opposite site of the drain hole, so, after shower, water still remains in the tub. No use/help with maintenances request. Worst in winter. All doors, windows are super wide leaky. Blow the heater on 74, still cold air flows in. Its a nightmares in winter.carpets are like old factory work floors. Stains are abundant. I was waiting for the lease to come, but then came the shocking reply, that, I need to give 2 months notice. This is a fraud. How can they demand an extra month rent when I don't really live there? I gave good 30 days notice but, they are not accepting. Now, what happens if stay longer without informing them, beyond my lease?. This is a fraud, friends please avoid.

The location and convenience is of this apartment is great. The pool is a great ementity. When a work order is put in, it's done in a timely manner and the maintenance staff are very nice. I'd like to see some ... Slow Children at Play signs. That might help some of the cars to slow down.

Heritage Village has been my home for a year and a half now and I am pleased to say that my time here has been very happy. I moved in with some concerns because I knew this is a property that has been around for quite a while, but the level of maintenance and upkeep have put my worries to rest. It is my pleasure to recommend Heritage Village to anyone looking for a new home.

The maintenance on this building is wonderful. When we first moved in, we had Greg. He was great. Then we had Gary, who did nothing but complsin about Greg. Then we had Dev. who was okay. Then Jackie joined us and she is best of all. She sees things to do, and the building is in the best shape it has ever been in.

The neighbors upstairs are a herd of elephants. Laundry is done after hours. Snow is not removed quickly enough. Grounds are nice. Overall noise level on property is decent. Feel safe. Maintenance is performed quickly although not always correctly. Sometimes you need to call twice.

The apartments are large and maintenance does a great job responding to work requests. The grounds are well kept and maintained. The neighbors are friendly. Great place for families, there are many children in the complex. There is a small play area for toddlers.

Our windows are VERY drafty. I cannot put my daughter in her room in the winter time because it's freezing in her room. Our floors are SO creakey when you walk no matter what room you are in. We have sharp staples from the carpet that we step on. overall not satisfied for what we pay.

I really love it here. Staff is friendly and professional. Service orders are complete in a timely manner. The complex is well maintained, including fresh flowers in the warmer season. The management keeps us informed via email and bulletins. My building has a shared laundry room, recently upgraded, that seems to rarely ever need maintenance. And I have only had to wait for a machine once or twice in 2 years. Heat and water are included in the rent, and it works really well. FiOS is available here, if that matters. And if you're looking to upgrade, they have newly renovated and upgraded units at 222, which I'm considering. The only complaint I have is the squeaky floor, and it's not even that bad.

The maintenance work is always a band-aide never going to the root cause. The kitchen sink is backed up almost daily. The bathroom toilet gets plugged every month. You may need to run the snake through the whole building. When will management do this?

Feeling ripped off. The rent is so high and the service is so poor, especially from the office. She is not solving problem only making you angry and making you want to run away. They paint the door with a awful color without cleaning after that.

It is a friendly, quiet community in a very nice setting. The grounds, pool, tennis courts and gym are well maintained. There is plenty of parking. The apartment we have is specious and well designed. The central air and heat work very well. Heat and hot water is included in the rent. Maintenance items are usually handled promptly and the work is done well. There is also a large capacity washer and dryers on the ground floor. I would highly recommend Heritage Village Apartments.

Great place to live, staff is very friendly. I like the location, as it is close to the shopping and my job. If there is anything that needs to be fixed, the maintenance staff gets it done! Summer here is great too with the pool and summer party given each summer.
