Its been good. So far so good. I would surely recommend staying at the heritage village to friends and family. The management is very polite and makes you feel at ease. The service requests are completed the same day itself. Overall it been great so far.

Great community, great people, and the service is always quick and efficient. I know that I can count on the team to address the issues that are presented to me. Also, they always do a great job clearing snow whenever it does snow.

Moved in a couple weeks back, had a few issues that needed fixed, I emailed Management, and they couldn't be more professional, or prompt in addressing the matter. The service was done well, and left clean. Overall great service.

There were many different apartments to choose from, and the long list was a bit overwhelming; however, the reason was clearly to show all of the potential apartments available. The prices, apartment size, and availability were very important to show users, so I appreciate that.

I am not happy on practice to consider tenant concerns. I moved with my family includes 8month old kid. Our apartment is in basement and it's really cold there. Even heater fan provided by heritage office, we are facing issue. She is not well and comfort with inside temperature. If this is summer condition then I am really worried about my daughter staying in winter in same apartment. That would have great help if heritage give us another apartment where we get more sunlight and fresh air.

Good service but changing apartments has been hard to figure out. I wish higher floor apartments were easier to transfer to. The staff is very nice though. Not sure this place is for everyone but it is a good value

Our apartments are spacious and do include heat, hot water , storage, convenient laundry, trash and mail in your building. If you are requesting an upstairs one bedroom, there are not a lot of that style in our community. Sometimes a transfer within the community is very quick and other times, it takes longer to find that requested location. Thank you for continuing to call Heritage Village- HOME!

I like the apartment because of convenient location to access to shopping mall, kind staff, and pool in the community, which my 10 year old son enjoys very much. The apt. has many closet space to fill in my stuff and storage room in the basement, which I can put some outdoor stuff.

Everything is good. Quite and peaceful community. Well maintained. One thing i would ask for is sidewalk, with all the people walking around throughout the day on roads it would be little difficult for the drivers.

We understand your request for sidewalks, however, the design of the property and the roadways don't really warrant room for sidewalks.. If people keep to the side of the road, there is plenty of room for cars and those walking on site. Enjoy !

I have been living here since October 2015 and my experience has been awesome. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment looks great and maintenance service is exceptional. Surrounding amenities are very nice. Sidewalks should be made for pedestrians safety and more lighting on the parking is necessary.

It is a great community. It is quiet with friendly people who live here but friendly staff members. It is a safe area that you feel like you can take a walk outside late at night and not worry about the community around you. It is a great place if you are alone or with a family.

No comment . We just moved in and I'm not satisfied at all . Buildings smell And there needs to be more laundry space and more washer and dryers . We had a problem with one of the woman at the office who was extremely rude .

Very nice great view..nice trees very friendly staff roomy and lots of closet space. Great not having to leave my apartment in the bad weather . Because waste removal launary and mail are inside. Just love watching the wild life from my Windows

Heritage Village is a nice apartment complex. Neighbors are nice and access to amenities is super - groceries, malls, movies, gym, library, school etc. The surroundings are very calm with tall trees and good shade in summer. Some of the buildings are getting older and may need more maintenance than others.

Very responsive office staff and excellent maintenance. Everybody tries to accomodate requests, and routine work is done speedily and carefully. The person who came this last time (Chris) has been here before to fix a kitchen drawer, and was really inventive in finding a solution to the problem.

Had given the comments lots of times about this community. Been with Heritage Village since 2012 and never felt this a bad choice. Community is near to everything. Staff is so professional (Lena and Cheryl I worked with to mention few names) and the Maintenance is exceptional (Forgot the names of few who worked on my requests, latest being David - everyone was so courteous and helpful). I recommend this community highly.

The area is very nice and in a good location, and the landscaping staff do a pretty good job of upkeep in the warmer months. But the buildings are old and in desperate need of renovation/updating both inside and out, as there are many issues ranging from poor noise insulation between floors, plumbing, dust filled vents, obvious settling in walls and ceiling, etc. Maintenance staff are okay overall. Generally get to your issue within a day or two, and will sometimes come by that day if it's an emergency. But depending on who you get coming in, the problem may not be fixed fully the first time. All that said, the office staff and management is stellar and incredibly courteous, bending over backwards to try and accommodate you or make good on problems. That does speak volumes.
