Great location! Good staff! Secured! The apartment is located in a safe area with minimum noise level. I have just recently moved in and the office staff have been very accommodating to all my needs. I hope it stays that way as long as I'm here.

The move-in experience has been very pleasant and smooth. Staff are polite and professional. The apartment has been re-carpeted, with a new range and fridge installed. Our first maintenance request was answered promptly and in the week we have been living here, we have had no serious issues.

Mostly it has been alright. But when major issues arise, such as a bug infestation, the solution is less than timely. They took far too long to get pest control in. The isusse began in one location and continuously progressed to other locations until the fixed it over a week later.

Great apartment complex in a secluded area but also very close to stores (grocery and mall). My husband and I live in 111 beverwck, a quiet building with a balcony facing scenic woods. We love to walk around the complex and we often see the maintenance workers who always greet us with a friendly smile!

RENTER BEWARE!!! They will charge you obscene "damages" upon move out... $400 for routine things like cleaning carpets, tub, fridge, etc... were they not going to clean this stuff for the new tenant anyway??? I loved there for 4 years! I tried to fight it and was sent to collections. POOR business!!!

Very good in general. Things which could be improved are listed below. -the carpets could be softer -the parking outside is getting crowded. I can see a minivan that's been parked and not moved for months. -cap on temperature in winter months is 72 degrees, that should be raised a couple of degrees These are my suggestions for improvement. The staff including maintenance have been great. The grounds look great. The common areas in the buildings are well maintained. The area around the pool is beautiful. Hope this helps!

Located in a great area. Easy access to shopping and events. Complex has a nice pool and gym. Apartments are not updated at all after you move in. Maintenance responds to repair requests; things are fixed, but not replaced with new items.

The community is good but with bad and old apartments which management is not willing to fix even though they are aware of the issues, as per the management office staff. On top of that they are charging premium price to rent the property which is very bad.

Good so far, just issues with parking as not much space and Ac/heat unit produces a lot noise within the unit. Apart from that society is good, approach is great. Apartments are spacious. A few more lampposts on the roads would be add on and a few more gym equipments in the gym

The move-in was super smooth. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. The environment seems to be very quiet and safe so far. There is a pool and gym facilities. The apartment is in close proximity to my office and school for my son. The heating is also free.

Beautiful, bucolic complex. Nice mid-level apartments, which was exactly what I wanted. This is a transitional apartment for me as I am in the process of relocating. Great for both singles and families. Nice pool, clubhouse and community.

The community maintenance, upkeep, renovation, and management staffs are not to the American standard. They are in hurry to rent a place but they do not understand whether they would keep their family in such a bad place. They take hefty rent but do not invest money to keep the building and apartment maintained. I even heard that some of the apartments in this community never goes on rent for months and when it goes, then also they do not give it properly to the tenant. One of the family who moved into such apartment, had to vacate it the next week because the apartment was a bed bugs home. Later the tenant came to know from the maintenance staff that the apartment was vacant for 6 months and they never took care of the apartment before renting it to the family. The manager of this apartment community treat all tenants as they are not human beings. She decides when the heat should be turned ON and up to what temperature it should be turned ON. The management might be earning lot of money because of her cheap maintenance of the community, however, they are gaining lots of displeased tenants. Shame!! Shame!! Shame!!

Moved in and thought I was in heaven. I was treated with respect and things were fixed immediately. Things have changed quite a bit, and the care has gone away. I am sincerely hopeful that it comes back and the community improves.

The community is in a great location to Albany and has a quiet wooded atmosphere. The apartments are quiet but parties at the community center can be loud late into the night. The staff are always pleasant and ready to help when you have a problem.

The apartment, community/neighborhood, and recreational areas (pool and courtyard areas especially) are great and the location is as well, but I was flooded out of my apartment and had to stay elsewhere for a week after many maintenance issues with plumbing that weren't fully rectified until it got to the point where me and my neighbors were left with damages and had to be out for a week. I have also waited 3 or more days for most service requests. The last one was one full week. Old office staff were great but new managers are very short and slow to rectify issues. If living in this apartment complex don't live on the terrace floor, the plumbing in these buildings do not support sub level apartments, as evidenced by issues in my old and new building (luckily I have an upper floor apartment there).

The Heritage Village apartment community is having very nice apartments, facilities and maintenance wise also good. Only this may be improved is to have Children play area at least between couple apartment withing spare space. Overall Good

This community is good. Very friendly and well maintained. Staff has been very co-operative and supported. Only thing that needs to be done is, it has to be upgraded, noise from the A/c Fan outside and also in the bathroom if someone is taking bath it can be heard, especially during early mornings. If someone is bathing above or below the sound increases. Other than this everything else is good.

I love it here, very well maintained, great school district, convenient location close to everything! My view from my living room is very peaceful and beautiful. I hope to be here for many more years to come. My son enjoys the pool in the summer everyday and other residents are friendly.

DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION!! Worst experience of my life! I lived there for 3.5 years and I can't tell you one time that any issue that I called to address was met with any sort of professionalism. Office staff has the worst attitude I have ever witnessed in terms of customer service. The noise in these apartments is terrible. The other residents have no respect for their neighbors and the office staff will do nothing to remedy this problem. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
