Apartment is good mostly and neighbors are good. Staffs are good and my request service are handled so good. The community is a convenience to get malls and supermarkets. And, I do not hear noise from neighbors. I am satisfied with living in the apartment.

This is a very nice community. The public areas are very well kept. The current office staff is very accommodating and pleasant. The grounds keepers and building maintenance crew are very nice. The carpet in the hallways of 222 is ugly. PLEEZ!

Very professional staff. Everything with my move in went smoothly. The place is well maintained and service done very quickly. I just moved to the neighborhood, but I was very pleased to realize how close everything is. Yet, there still is that sense of privacy.

Very very bad experience. I never had this type of experience in my life. No professionalism worst behaviour by staff I would like to mention names Chris here. They don't think about you and they will put you trouble. I don't recommend toanyone

Heritage Village is just what I was looking for as a military member and single mother. It is extremely safe, has all the amenities I would want (gym, pool, tennis court, toddler pay area, etc.), and is in close proximity to the things my daughter and I enjoy doing.

The neighbors have no respect for surrounding residents. Management does not provide consequence nor express concern for residents. Maintenance is very punctual, however is not thorough in their duties. Although heat is included, windows and doors are extremely drafty. Air conditioning units are annoyingly loud and very inefficient.

Generally a very nice complex. I've live here several years and continue to make this my home. Grounds are very well kept and beautiful. Buildings need some updating but just more or less due to how tenants keep them. Office is efficient in resolving issues.

We love our new apartment, we have tons of space and everything is very clean and kept up to date. We love how close we are to everything! The staff is very friendly and were helpful as we completed the move in process. We plan on staying here for a long time!

My experience is pretty good. Maintenance is always done very promptly. The office staff is amazing. I love all the amenities in the facility. Also the location is very convienient . Banks Mall restaurants grocery stores etc in close proximity.

We have many problems with neighbors , noise, cleanliness. Tenants are allowed to smoke in apartments leaving all common areas disgusting unsafe and unsanitary. Major issues with water. Showers are either freezing or scalding hot, depending on others in the building and if their using water at the same time. Not enough washers n dryers in one building to cover all tenants n very ecpensive to do laundry. Garbage rooms located inside buildings, on warm days the smell fills the entire building.

I have been very happy here. I love my apartment, I especially like the amount of closets and storage space. I like that mailboxes, laundry and garbage room are inside buildings and you don't have to go outside the building,

Footwalk distance to next gym / supermarket / bar / restaurant / pharmacies etc. and still you notice country side - with deer being frequently visible in the community. Street noise is practically not audible. Neighbors can be loud sometimes - as everywhere. For Europeans: Walls in the US are thin and light and do not attenuate noise levels from other apartments.

Over the years, the community has changed. In my opinion there is more of a focus on renting out apartment then retaining current residents. Also this summer seemed to be quite difficult to keep lifeguards employed. Not sure why that was, but it did make using the pool challenging at times.

Good neighborhood. Facilities are kept clean. Urgent maintenance requests related to power/heat are promptly attended to. Great club house facility. Snow removal is on time. Staff is always friendly and responsive. Located in one of the best school districts.

The location is great- I don't have far to travel to work, but I'm not living in the city. The atmosphere of the community is perfect as well, especially if you grew up in the country and you're not used to the crowded city living. It's a little piece of the woods near the capital. And the office staff is wonderful and ready to help when needed. I recommend you check the complex out!

Office staff is hit or miss on how friendly they are. The grounds and the pool are beautiful. As is the rental room. Buildings were just redone inside but still look unfinished. We have not had many maintenance issues lately but their staff is great and friendly.

Move in was very fast and easy. Very few problems that were handled quickly. There was mold found in bathroom cabinets, but maintenance was very quick to handling the problem. So far so good with this complex. Can't wait for the summer months.

This community is peaceful.It is secure and well maintained. Customer support is excellent . Maintenance staff is fast and courteous. Moreover the location is very good, nearer to school, shopping malls. Landscape is excellent and overall it is a great place to stay.

The first thing that turned me off with this apartment is that the apartment they showed to us was much nicer than our actual apartment. It did not have the same finishes or flooring. Also we have a squirrel living in our roof for over a year now. We have contacted maitnence several times but it is still there. Also the kitchen appliances are awful for what we pay.

I have enjoyed my 40 years living at my lovely apartment in Heritage Village. My apartment is spacious. With a bright and beautiful view. Heritage Village Apartments is convenient to grocery stores,banks,shopping centers, and airport.
