Lots of amenities including fitness center, pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, playground, laundry room, storage space, garbage room. Heat and hot water included and washer and dryer in the apartment, woodsy area. The move in staff was very helpful and easy to make the move in transition.

So far my over all experience has been excellent. The staff is really friendly and makes the move in process easy. The apartment is newly rennovated and extreamy spacious and comfortable & the neighbors don't get in your way (very friendly). Love living here

Apartment is good, airy and fresh. Neighbor hood is very good and peaceful. We are enjoying as family living here. The good think is that maintenance is very good and quick. Overall nice apartment living

I have only been here for three days, but have had a great experience so far. The apartment came clean and all the appliances and fixtures within the home worked properly. The staff was quick in allowing me to move-in and the process of moving-in went well.

We just moved in couple of weeks back, but we love everything around in here. It's cold at present, so, we look forward to explore more during summers. We are happy with the promptness of maintenance on our reports/requests so far.

The environment is great but they need to fix some roads inside the community and mostly the Tennis Court which is a mess right now. There should be some renovation to some apartments as they look very old and vulnerable .

It's good all the maintainance issues are resolved immediately. The snow Plough happens immediately during the snow storms and the roads are well Maintained and best thing is heaters are free during winter

MY experience has varied over the last five year. Management staff has changed. I can finally say and hopefully continue to express my satisfaction with the promptness of maintenance requests. My primary reason for residing here is location and access to local amenities. I have often considered moving because of my safety concerns with children in the roadway unsupervised. I would recommend this apartment complex but with reservations about lack of supervision and safety of children ages 3 and up in the roadway

The staff are very friendly. The grounds and buildings are maintained well. There could be a little more parking available and lighting in the parking lot could be a little better. Everything we need is close by.

STAY AWAY FROM 222! My husband and I recently had a very negative experience with Heritage 222. First we were told by the leasing agent that 222 was a non smoking building. She knew this was important to us and it would have been a deal breaker if it was not. We were later called and told there was an apartment ready in the style we were interested in so we made an appointment to see it with the 2nd rental agent. This woman was one of the most unprofessional, unpleasant people I have ever come across. She could not have been less interested in her job. Our first impression of the building was that it had an unwholesome stale smell. The furniture and carpet in the lobby looked like they had not been upgraded for at least 30 years. The building also smelled of mold and mildew. We went to the apartment where the rental agent told us it was NOT non-smoking (so why had we been misinformed initially?) The apartment was not cleaned or painted and the rental agent didn't know if it would be or not. Among other things, the washer and dryer were both dirty with gummy residue. We were told the carpet would not be changed as it was only a year old. That may be, but the apartment like the hallway had a very bad odor. Having worked in housing, I know that if a smoker lived in an apartment, not only do you need to change the carpet and padding, but sometimes seal the floor underneath as well. For a so called luxury apartment with a monthly rent of over $1500 what they tried to pawn off was outrageous. In my opinion less than honest staff.

My family love living here, at Heritage Village. We are fortunate to live in a quiet, comfortable, and friendly environment. The walks and all modern amenities, are an asset. A plus, is that we live close to most major shops. The management, staff, and maintenance, are very helpful and pleasant. We mhighly recommend this establishment.

Staff is very supportive and apartments are bigger than I expected. Free warm water and heat are plus points. Location wise it is perfect for schooling and near to shopping center. Plenty of parking spaces.

The worst apartment I have ever lived in. The entire building is like a kindergarten. Kids are playing in their apartments and the hallways day and night, and since the building has zero soundproofing I cannot have any peaceful time in my apartment. Parents are not considerate at all (living in an apartment complex with others brings some responsibility), and the management seems to do nothing except posting some notes on the building board which no one ever reads. The severity of this problem is enough for me not to recommend this property to anyone. Looking forward to moving out!

It is a big apartment complex. There are nice and professional staffs who can help you find the apartment unit you like. The location is very good to reach grocery stores and middle school. Neighbor hood is friendly.

The staff is wonderful. Maintenance is extremely friendly and helpful (they have cleaned off my car of snow on multiple occasions). My biggest issue is that the buildings are not sound proof (constant stomping, screaming children, you can hear your neighbors like they are in the apartment), you have to fight for hot water (usually only available at weird times), and there are bugs getting in all the time because the windows aren't sealed well.

the drinking water is clean, and there are so many little particles in the water, including warm water and cold water. I think that it is the most important problem to solve. I do not know what disease it will lead to when people living here in the future.

This is a very nice place to live. It is peaceful here and everyone is friendly. Everyone that works here I have come in contact with is very helpful. They all work very hard. The flowers and trees are really beautiful. It is home.

Nice place and great staff. They made my move in quick and easy which I really appreciated upon finding out about having to move on such short notice. The noise level is also great here and the fitness center and club house are a plus.

Quiet and convenient community. Maintenance is fast. They maintain old building well. Since they include for hot/cool water and heat, the utility bill is very affordable. Only thing to concern is the noise isolation of wall is not perfect. You can hear water plumping noise when neighbor is using bathroom and sometimes loudly speaking.

good place to live. convenient access to grocery, restaurants & shopping. Great community with all features. Maintenance staff were very quick in fixing the problem. Staff at Leasing office are friendly. 24/7 call center support for raising any issues.

We moved from Albany to Buffalo and Heritage Village was the place we chose after looking at 5 apartment complexes. The size of our apartment for the cost is one of the things we absolutely love. We are also very happy with all of the extras the community provides to make this a great place to live.

I just moved here and everyone is super friendly. The community is quiet, safe, and well kept. The neighbors can be a bit loud due to the high population of children, but it quiets down at night. Parking is plenty!

Management is very kind and friendly and facilities are very good and satisfaction I like the atmosphere for example trees, everywhere is clean every week buildings are cleaning , our management office worker Lena is number one for me she is always smile and helpful and always find a solution our problems
