I have had a pleasant experience living here. Whenever there has been a problem with the apartment it has been addressed in a timely manner. Building is cleaned on a regular basis. Neighbors are quiet.

Our apartment complex is perfect place to leave with your family. No issues at this location. Also some great schools are really close to the Heritage Village Apartments. Our bathroom and kitchen are little bit old but No any problem with them. Don't worry! If you have any problem in your apartment they will fix it quickly. The rent price is little expensive in this area especially this year.

quite safe and quiet community, it will be better if trees are trimmed properly, especially before buildings and entrance. the rest are quite good, no more comments on that, just for 200 words and haha.

Nice woodsy area, the family of deer that roam throughout, spacious apartment, nice appliances, everything worked at time of move in, awesome staff, people able to walk the streets, nice neighbors and community

So far so good apartment is spacious and well designed and quiet community Moving in was a breeze with the wide doors . Bathrooms is a great size Plenty of hot water the wash room is vey nice and easy to acccess Apartment has lots and lots of storage

I just moved in a few days ago and I am happy thus far. I have met a few of my neighbors, one of which helped moved a few things in my apartment. I am not familiar with the community as yet, however I am looking forward it.

The apartment is nice and spacious. I love the grounds of the apartment complex. It has a campground feel to it with all the convinces of home. Quiet in the evenings and a family centered community during the day.

I have to say that having the heat included in the rent has made things more comfortable for me and my elderly Mom. She always appreciated a warm home and here she got that! My apartment has 2 baths and this is a luxury not available everywhere! A drawback would have to be the lack of covered parking which (especially in winter) can be irksome.

Nice apartments, Property Manager is not easy to work with. Propert will be better when, if, Lena is promoted. Otherwise, for an older building it's decent upkeep. Maintenance does just enough, they do not go above & beyond, or the extra mile as it were. Not a bad place at all, but needs culture improvement.

It's quiet and private yet very close to commercial areas with restaurants, stores and schools. It's diverse and accommodating to many needs/wants. Staff was very helpful and the overall move-in experience was seamless.

The community is cozy and inviting with a wonderful neighborhood and woodland setting. The grounds are well maintained. My apartment was an upgraded refurbished unit and it was beautiful. I love the layout of my one bedroom apartment. Very spacious with nice size rooms. Great suburban location with access to everything needed.

Very nice place to live. It's located in an extremely convenient area with lots of shopping and opportunity nearby. Maintenance always comes and fixes things as fast as they can. The grounds are kept clean and it's very beautiful.

I just moved in, and the apartment community is in a very good part of town. The apartment community itself is very pretty, and management has been very helpful to me throughout the move in process. The buildings might be old, but they have been well maintained. The apartment itself is nice as well.

Management and service is good but there isn't much privacy. The floors and walls are not well insulated. There should be padding under the carpet which should provide some insulation and less usage of heat.

It is a nice neighborhood with a lot of friendly people. There is a lot of activities offered for entertainment . Also had to put in a few service request for maintain work and they responded the next day with repairs that were excellent. Thank You

A few minor issues same as anywhere else, but nice and quiet apartments with nice landscaping, a well maintained complex overall, great and timely maintenance, and lots to do in the area. Been here three years and originally only planned on staying for one.

I have resided at Heritage 222 in Heritage Village since 2005. It is a great place to live, one of the Capital District's best kept secrets. It has location (20 minutes from everywhere in the Capital District), very centrally located, yet in a beautiful wooded setting, unlike many of the newer complexes; very very responsive Maintenance Team (if they came any quicker, it would be BEFORE you even called), brand new elevator, very neat and clean common areas, and even heated (when needed) underground parking. You won't have to ever shovel show off your vehicle ever again. Even some of the most expensive residences in the Capital Region don't have this.
