It is generally a nice place to live. The neighbors are always nice and willing to give a helping hand. The apartment is a bit older but kept pretty nice. I have enjoyed the majority of the time I have lived here and the general area is amazing.

I've onlyy been here for a week, but so far the experience has been good. It is a beautiful place, and the apartment is renovated and quiet. I like that there is a gate that requires a fob at the entrance of the building, because it increases my sense of security at home.

The community is okay but I think that sometimes it seems so close of because not a lot of people would talk to me. I wish I had some more interaction and make couple of friends in the area but it is a little bit hard. Hopefully I can get some friend along the way

Thanks for help us for touring. I am living here with my parents for 15 years now. When we need that something fix, we called them and they came to fix and help. We trying to see other apartments too but only this one met most of things that we were looking about.

Great experience so far community seems friendly. Maintenance seems slower but it is a big complex. Pool is nice central air is a plus. Very quiet neighborhood which is great so far. Hopefully things stay similar as I get acclimated.

Great experience so far, nice and quiet community. Everything you need is close by. The only thing I would change is for them to have some security system in place. That's my only recommendation otherwise from that it's a great place to rent an apartment

I love it here. It is a diverse community, generally peaceful and quiet. Beautiful space. Apartments that have sort of an old-fashioned feel in a way. In a good way. Apartments are airy and light, spacious and comfortable

So far so good. Some bug issues that I think I got control of. N the random broken water pipes n the pain in the --- neighbors stomping on the ceiling at 2am n others blasting music while I'm trying to sleep. But other than that it's great

Staff are nice and try to accommodate my needs as soon as possible. Particularly Alysha and Sabrina are good at accommodating and getting back to me. Maintenance is really great as well. We could use a basketball court though.

The location of the apartment is nice. No issues with staff, parking, or maintenance. I feel the apartment is overpriced for what i am getting. I have no balcony or porch or any outdoor access. This should greatly reduce the price of the unit as it feels like i live in a box.

I have only been here a few months. So far so good I guess. It's quiet, the complex gives a little but of a "camp" feel with a lot of trees. Close to shopping, bus line. Staff for the most part are great. Haven't needed to interact with anyone really so that's a good sign.

I really enjoy the atmosphere that my apartment provides. The area feels very woodsy. It is a two-minute drive from a grocery store and many restaurants. My neighbors seem very nice. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time here.
