This community offers a convenient location, friendly neighbors, and a peaceful environment. The leasing office is helpful and maintenance requests are usually handled in a reasonable time. I love my apartment but the quality of repairs are not good. Staff cut my wall open to repair a leak and close the wall with a temporary fix and the left a mess on the floor. The toilet has flushing issues. You can't put tissue in the toilet without it getting clogged. This has been a issue since I moved in.

I looked at numerous communities but when I came to Heritage Village I knew I found home. From the initial meet and greet all through the move in, everything was great. The trees and grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartment is exactly what I was looking for. My agent, Kyndra, helped me through everything and on move in day even left a nice welcome package. Heritage Village didn't disappoint me and you won't be disappointed either.

Horribly bad this place is not properly maintained by the manager and maintenance team. They have a lack of trained professionals in regards to staff for getting the work done correctly and efficiently the first time.

My experience has been nothing but amazing. I have enjoyed my time here at heritage village and any time I've had issues the office and maintainence staff have been nothing but helpful! I would highly recommend heritage to others.

Our apartment is spacious and has new carpeting as well as being freshly painted. There is ample parking by our building and the complex is near many stores and services that we use. Last week the complex held a poolside social that had good food and entertainment.

Very clean and orderly. Landscaping is tasteful and well designed and maintained. Staff are honestly friendly and attentive. Work planned was courteously adjusted and scheduled when convenient for me due to my work responsibilities. I've peace of mind earnestly thanks to coming here to live. It has become home, not just an apartment.

Heritage Village Apartments is a great place to live. Being in the middle of the pine bush is great when sitting outside at night watching the stars and deer walk within 20 feet of you. The community is really welcoming and I have never had any issues

My AC wasn't working in my apartment, but when the technician arrived, he was extremely polite and professional. He took his time diagnosing the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the problem was fixed. He also cleaned up his work area afterward. Overall, it was a great experience, and I really appreciated the quality of service.

Before I viewed the apartments at Heritage Village, I was skeptical and canceled my viewing due to the negative reviews I read online. I viewed other places and came right back to Heritage Village and really regretted that I had cancel my previous appointment for viewing. From the initial call, to the email reminders, to my viewing, I had no negative experience. Sabrina in the office made everything seamless, right down to my moving in. She communicated effectively each time I called or emailed. I am now moved in almost two weeks and so far, so good - no complaints. I also discovered that if any issues, from the office staff to maintenance, they move in record speed to ensure issues are resolved.

Very satisfied with my experience so far. I renewed my lease early. My neighbors are friendly, the staff is friendly, and they host community wide events. Whenever maintenance is being done, regardless of the level, we are always given proper notification. Staff is very outgoing and friendly.

Location and community is nice but the apartments themselves are very mediocre. The infrastructure is old and there are a lot of plumbing issues and water breaks. There is no in unit laundry, you will have access to one washing machine to share with 20-30 people. Overpriced for what you get.

The Heritage Village Apartments are just okay. The complex itself has horrible cell phone service, so good luck using your phone if wifi goes out. Do NOT live on the ground floor if you move here. There has been a flood in my unit (ground floor) at least once every other month since I've moved in. Management does not handle concerns or constructive criticism very well. Walls are thin so I constantly hear upstairs neighbors stomping at all hours. The apartments themselves are fairly nice and it's a safe area overall.

I really only have one item that would help the community overall with not getting skin infections and it is so small it's a washing closet. There are too many people in each building to only have a washing closet , 1 small old washer and 2 never cleaned old dryers. I hope this can be changed over time of course.
