I like the fact that we have heat and water included, air-conditioned the grass and we have the community pool the fitness center and that is quiet here. No people hanging out no loud parties. The property is nice and clean beautiful flowers in the summer

Pros: The apts are spacious, the surroundings are nice, lots of closet space, and well-kept. Cons: no washer/dryer in the apt, and the laundry room is small. Very nice experience with Sabrina, who was very professional and made the whole process easy.

I am very pleased with my choice to move into this community because my Burns Management rep who assisted me was very helpful and patient. The day of my move, one of my neighbors welcomed me to the community, while another assisted with my move even after I said we were ok. If that doesn't signify "community" I don't know what does. It is very easy to work with the management team. The community offers multiple apps which makes it easy to do your payments, laundry, service request which is always answered promptly plus other things. I have never lived in an apartment before, and I must say that thus far I am not disappointed.

The apartment is wonderful and the staff always very courteous and helpful. The pool is awesome and clean. The gym is convenient and well equipped . The only problem is a lack of parking spaces near the building.

Easy access to Albany but still a quiet community set back from the busy road. Nice layout for apartments, tons of storage space, friendly if solitary neighbors, excellent and prompt maintenance staff, attentive office staff, nice amenities, good snow removal, adequate parking, ample greenery and near the Pine Bush Preserve. Good restaurants nearby, close grocery store, walking distance to a CVS. Attached to a nice small neighborhood that's excellent for morning or evening walks.

I have been here at Heritage for 20 years now and the service is great and the rates are very reasonable management is excellent I have recommended Heritage Village to many of my friends and I love the Landscaping in the Big Pine trees in the deer in the backyard

The move in process was very smooth and the front office was always helpful with any questions we did have. The apartment was clean and had just been refurbished for us, only minor complaints. We're enjoying that the community is cat friendly, and looking forward to our time here.

Neighbors are loud, apartment smells like pot consistently, fixtures outdated. Plenty of storage space for a1 bedroom and great that it includes heat and hot water. Some outlets are loose, could use more salt on the driveway after ice storm.

I've enjoyed living at 222 Heritaage Road! The apartment public areas are always neat and clean. If I have a problem in my apartment an email to report the problem is always answered quickly. The friendly worker takes care of it and leaves things clean. I enjoy the park like atmospheere of the complex.

The area is convenient apartments clean the design is easy and convenient to navigate and put things where they need to go. Most everything I need was included with moving in. I was able to move my stuff in quickly and effectively and not take too much time out of my day.

I have only been here a short time, but I'm happy with my choice of this apartment. There were two small issues that needed to be fixed?one was done within minutes and the other within hours ( I put the order in at night and was taken care of first thing in the morning). The community and laundry apps are also convenient resources!

Community is great, the pool is very nice and if there are any issues the maintenance team is always on it. Staff is very helpful as well. When asked for any sort of forms or clarification all staff at the office has always been able to help.

Everything from the tour, application process and even move in was done so gracefully. Alysha was AMAZING and made the process so easy! I had a leak the day after moving in and maintenance was there within five minutes of my phone call and fixed it ASAP. Such amazing service for the price. I cannot say more wonderful things thus far. As a recent grad, finding an apartment where I felt safe and within my budget was hard. Fortunately, Heritage Village has made this process flawless. Highly recommend Heritage Village or anywhere within Burns Management!

My husband and I had been searching for a new apartment for about a month and started to become frustrated when we couldn't find a place that met our needs, requirements, and budget until I saw an ad for Heritage Village, I was able to get an appointment for a showing the very next day and the girls in the rental office were so helpful and professional. they helped us pick out the layout that we wanted/needed. the application process was quick and easy and we were approved a few days later. we were able to move in the following week and we are both so glad that we decided to live here. the main things that made us decide to move in was the affordable rent, heat and hot water are included ,off street parking, onsite laundry, dishwasher, a very spacious apartment that comes with a storage unit and my favorite of them all, the walk in closet in the bedroom plus all of the other amenities that come with it like the pool and fitness studio! I can say for certain that we will be here long term and I love the fact that when we are ready to expand our family and have children that they offer bigger units to fit families and the Guilderland school district is one of the best.

For the most part, I enjoy living here at heritage village. Only issue I've had is when I put in a service request for something to get fixed, the job isn't performed thoroughly. I've had the same problems with my closet since I moved in.

These apartments are very nice and quiet. My unit is on the end, so it is a woodsy location and tranquil. My best recommendation is to never lock yourself out. I did and the maintenance staff never came so I had to book a hotel for one night. That was absolutely ridiculous!

Very beautiful community and setting. Apartments are bright and offer unique characteristics to those who enjoy peaceful natural environments. Sitting on the balcony watching wildlife and Deere at your door is simply amazing! Plenty of open space in my apartment, which is a 2 bedroom with a den and two bathrooms. The wood cutting block built into the counter next to my stove in the kitchen, as well as large wall length window above the sink, is perfect and inviting. I'm enjoying everything here so far and the added perk of heat and hot water included, as well as the many other community amenities, assure me of my decision to live here!

I like living here. I recommend Heritage Village apartments. The surroundings are well maintained and during the winter time the management staff maintain the community informed before and after a snow event on how they will handle the snow plowing, and clean the roads as soon as the weather allows it.
