Short Tour, looked at two different apartments in two different Buildings. The hall ways had a bad smell. The prices are way to high. Not affordable at all. And they go up the further out you choose to move in.

Nice and quite community. Few things to improve . Need to equip well children's park and playing area. Add in more street lights in the night. Otherwise all the other amenities are good. Highly recommended

Good community overall. Management is working on with the appearance of some of the old looking apartment, but internally on the unit apartment is very neat and service quality, responses are awesome.

It is beautiful and well maintained/cared for, close to stores and other resources, and the community is friendly. We have not run into any issues with other tenants and maintenance has always been helpful and quick to address any problems that come up.

It's a nice place to live, as long as nothing goes wrong. The staff can handle routine maintenance, but anything more complex than that seems to never gets fixed. They just clean up the mess and leave the problem. My apartment now has water damage after getting flooded - again - from a problem I first reported six months ago. At first, I got reassurances that they would fix it. Now I get told that leaks are normal, and sometimes it takes weeks of complaining before someone shows up. Maintenance is easily the worst part of living here.

Very nice community, I would recommend the community to anyone I know. Just wish there were more dumpsters near my apartment so it wouldn't overflow as much as it already does. Otherwise, beautiful community.

The move in process was easy, simple, the staff was experienced and efficient and I found the overall process of moving into Heritage Village to be great. It's been awesome seeing such organization and commitment to their residents, it's very refreshing and much needed in the Albany county community.

It's a peaceful community with lots of greenery. Maintenance is quick in resolving issues. The equipment in the gym is excellent and the party hall interior is designed so beautifully after renovation

So far so good. We had an issue with the shower the first night moving in. We called it in to maintenance and they came within the hour to fix the issue. Overall- Nice people and quiet area. Everything is close to our apartment.

People are friendly and nice. Its is close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The pool is great. The trees give you a feeling of being close to nature. Maintenance and office staff are very accommodating despite lack of staff.

Great environment to live in. Neighbors are friendly, wooded area and safe. The maintenance team helps and are very friendly. It is one of the nicer complexes in the region, I am glad someone referred me.

I live in a two bedroom apt. It's very spacious. I like my balcony because of the view. It overlooks the wooded area surrounded by trees. The sun shines in from my windows making the apartment bright and cheerful.

I got the worst apartment in the complex. Drafty and light under doors. Cold and frost on the windows. Bathtub drain slow. Leaking toilet. Broken patio door handle. Tree destroyed my car no compensation or sympathy from management. I'm disappointed

I've been liking things here so far. Staff have been prompt with any maintenance requests and clearing snow from the parking lots after winter storms. The resident portal has been useful for keeping up with things going on in the neighborhood. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. The main downside is the paid laundry machines, which can get expensive compared to an in-unit setup. It's not enough of a problem to make me regret moving in though.

I love it here the apartment is cozy and safe the staff is friendly and professional. The complex is centrally located near shopping and restaurants. The grounds and pool area are kept beautiful in the summer and during these long cold winters the maintenance staff keeps the roadway and parking areas clean and safe.

Sometimes it is a bit noisy and the walls are thin but overall, it is a nice place to live. The best thing about the community is its location. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. Easy to walk to also.

I enjoy living here. There is a real feeling of community here. Families are frequently out and about together? parents spending quality time with their children is always nice to see. I renewed my lease this past summer and will most likely sign again

It's quiet and friendly, I love my neighbor and help her out when she needs it because she is older. I love my apartment, it really feels like home. And the outdoor areas are green with lots of trees great for taking walks. It's a great apartment complex.

The power or water is always out and rent keeps increasing however no updates to appliances or anything are being made. This is ridiculous. However, the maintenance staff are very friendly and professional. Some of the management staff are very friendly and helpful. Others, come off as very passive aggressive.
