When I moved in, the refrigerator doors were a bit banged up, but maintenance came in and replaced them within the week. Overall, the entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Loving living at 311 so far!

311 is alright. The units are beautiful and have great fixtures and appliances but the community and property management is not the best. For how "luxury" this building is marketed as it falls short on a lot of basic expectations. Like cleanliness, amenities, etc

311 11th Ave is a very beautiful building inside and out. Amenities are awesome which includes a pool, recreation room, Gym with awesome equipments. The lounge has an event 3-4 times a month. There can be wine tasting, cheese day, bagel day. Parties for the different occasions, for holidays is celebrated

Love this apartment building, the staff and the neighborhood! Very quiet, great location and close to some lovely amenities. Dog friendly with a great relief area and grooming/sitting service. Great communal spaces with gorgeous views. 10/10

We have now lived in the 3 Eleven for two and a half months. Anytime we see a repair, the team here is responsive, kind and gets the repair done in a timely manner. Plus, they clean up after themselves! We love these guys!

Brand new building, my unit has a great view and the staff has been amazing. The amenities are incredible and the 24 hour gym is huge for someone who works a lot of hours like I do. Can't wait to brother full amenities package when it gets warmer

I'm a Brooklyn gal at heart but I personally love this building i can't speak for anyone else but i have no regrets in terms of moving here. Transportation is easy access, generally quiet neighborhood with the exception of construction sounds from time to time, friendly building staff, professional management, clean environment. I would choose to move here in any other lifetime.

The amenities are amazing and many. The proximity to Hudson Yards is the main reason I moved here. The apartment itself was efficiently laid out. The grocery store on the ground floor is a game changer for me as it makes shopping for food so convenient.

The staff at 3Eleven are very helpful and courteous and they respond quickly to any requests we've put forward to them. The building itself is great and has all the amenities you could need (save for a sauna instead of the meditation room).

I've had an excellent experience living at 311 11th Avenue. The building is modern, extremely well maintained, and offers a high level of comfort and convenience. The management team at Clinton Management has been professional, responsive, and helpful throughout my time here, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff are friendly, welcoming, and make the building feel very secure. The amenities are outstanding, and the location is unbeatable, with Hudson Yards, Whole Foods, restaurants, and public transportation all just steps away. The building is quiet, clean, and well run, and the overall living experience has been seamless. I would highly recommend 311 to anyone looking for a quality residence in a prime Manhattan location.

We moved into the 311 building in December of 25. Although it is a newer building they can still have issues too. Any issue my wife and I have brought to the repair team, they have gladly taken care of on our schedule. They are caring, know what they are doing and clean up after themselves. We love it here at the 311!

Its not the cheapest but you pay for what you get and its an amazing apartment, with great staff, and amenities. We've been here almost three years and we feel it's only improved. The storage unit in the basemant is so clutch.

The building is really awesome. Amenities are so helpful to have in here. Everything that's needed always either in the building or around the corner of the same block. Transportation, busses etc are so close. I love it here!
