Wonderful apartment building in a great part of town! We have been impressed with the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff and love the amenities available to us here. The building is relatively quiet, which we enjoy, though occasionally you are able to hear the helicopters flying by ? though to be fair the windows do a pretty decent job of filtering out noises from outside.

This residence is the bomb!, This property has exceeded my expectations all around. It is really the style and elite comfort of Hudson yards living. It's very relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of a very busy city, but close to it all at the same time. The units have amazing finishes, multiple unit layouts and the amenities are off the charts! I don't think another building can match the amenities in this building. Dog owners will love it here, they accommodate pets with top notch in-house services like dog walking/sitting with outdoor dog/human lounges and dog runs. You are only a block from the water, Hudson River. The sky lounge is truly breathtaking. The amenities fee is so worth it since they have multiple events every month. At such challenging times, I have never, in NYC(lived in multipole hoods)met so many helpful, kind and generous people in one place. Many tenants seem very happy, some had to relocate for work and didn't want to leave. It's a really heartwarming community. The staff is great too and always trying to accommodate you in any way as quickly as possible. It just seems to get better and better at the time since we will be getting an organic market and coffee shop in the building soon. As they build phase 2 in Hudson Yards, there is no doubt this will be where everyone will want to live. Glad I moved into this building, it has changed my life.

So far so good. I just moved in and the staff has been great. The door men are kind and helpful. Cleaning crew keeps the trash bins empty. The amenities team are helpful and kind. Been great when I ask questions. I appreciate the team.

Beautiful apartment in a truly wonderful building. We are LOVING living here. Management has been great in accommodating us a few times. I have one concern about how easy it is for anyone to access the unit from the outside but otherwise, love it. Perhaps in future you may want to create a doorman desk near the elevator bank for upper floors. Otherwise?we are thrilled with our apartment. Thank you!

This building has amazing views. The staff are all friendly. I love the fact that I can wake up being here. This building is very pet-friendly and has an amazing pet daycare on the bottom floor. There are several events that go on throughout the building every month to make the community closer!

I am a new tenant of 3Eleven, but after I won the housing lottery and went through all the procedures after approval, every staff who contacted me was very friendly and tried to help me solve all the problems as soon as possible. On the way to visit the apartment, I think the transportation is very convenient and the community environment is also very special. After entering the building, I felt relieved that the employees were treated equally. The safety of the building is my favorite, so I can live in peace. Seeing my dream apartment, I think I am the biggest winner in my life. For our convenience, there is also a luggage cart during the moving in process, and the packages are safely stored in a separate parcel room. Whenever there is a problem, the staff of the building will quickly fix it for me. The website of the building has also brought me convenience. If I have any requests or need any help, I can post them on the Buildinglink website and they will help me solve these problems as soon as possible. For me, 311 gives me a happy home and a heartfelt environment.

Management was very accommodating to my moving in. Especially since we self moved in. I loved that the building is super dog friendly. Although I do wish that they didn't exclude any specific breeds. Amenities are great but a little on the expensive side. Otherwise I would've gotten it too.

So far it's been a great experience, the only thing I'm not really fond of is the way the package system is. You have a time to when to collect packages and people normally come in late, and you would have to factor in people catching the train and it's running late, or trying to find parking etc... I'm sure an extra shift for late night wouldn't hurt. Gives someone who's looking for a 2nd job/part time a chance. It's not totally unheard of, of someone collecting packages late at night, I mean They don't call it the city that never sleeps for no reason. But it's just a thought. Overall everything has been great.

Great apartment and very nice facilities. Would like rent to be slightly cheaper but the units with 15 foot ceilings are extremely luxurious. Enjoy the building, staff are all very nice but they seem understaffed.

Overall good experience as the selling team was very responsive. However, we have been charged around 3k in advance that we should not have been charged (now they're in our credit towards the future). No one really took responsibility for that.
