So far so good! Everyone is very kind I and welcoming. Everyone is courteous and professional I feel very safe and happy with everything so far. . I'm very satisfied. It's a wonderful building. I love my new apartment!

Lots of evidence of creating a real community in the building which I am excited about. The facilities are great. It is a shame the pool isn't open all year. The staff are all helpful and knowledgeable.

All positive so far. Building is quiet. Gym is great. Delivery room might need extra staff as occupancy grows. There are often lines / wait, especially at peak hours. Staff is kind and helpful. Maintenance in particular.

Love the staff and amenities - everyone is friendly and polite. The apps are use to use. Great deals and referrals for residents. Overall a god experience as a ten year resident of the city which is hard to come by.

I used street easy to find this apartment . It was easy and very informative. From there, went on the website to schedule a tour with the build and was smooth process from there on out. Our rental agent was very helpful

The state of the art building and luxurious amenities were a major decision to move-in. The apartment was pristinely clean and newly built. The fixtures in the apartment are top quality and all the appliances are brand new.

We moved from LA earlier this year and absolutely love this building. The apartments are spacious and brand new. The maintenance team is very quick to attend any issue that may arise. The amenities on the building make the experience of living in NYC so much better. We couldn't have chosen a better option.

Overall the building is great! I think a few things are still being sorted out, being a new building and all. But the maintenance is super fast, the gym and pool are wonderful, and I am very happy the SkyDeck is finally open! It is gorgeous!

Apartments and amenities are luxury and by far the nicest I've seen in the city at this price point. The only issue is the pool; people reserve sun beds then don't show up all day and people have so many guests on the weekends that there's no space for paying residents. Management need to manage this better.

Nice community with schools and transportations,supermarkets and very ni e buildings around the area. Also There is a bridge called the Skyline that is a good entertainment to walk with your friends or family.

It's an amazing building with great amenities. The unit is very modern and very nice. My favorite part in the building is the bathroom. Every time I take a shower I feel like I am in a high end hotel .. amazing
