Great community. Good service. They are very professional and timely. When you have an issue the maintenance team is very helpful and comes within a day or two and makes sure the timing is okay with your schedule.

311 is a phenomenal place to live, especially if you have a dog. The staff is great to work with. The amenties are top notch with far and away the best view in NYC. Highly recommend people move to this building.

It's been very positive and I would recommend it to others. The units are well designed and the ammenities are top notch. We use the gym, the pool and the work from home spaces. The staff and the management are also strong.

Really enjoy the 311 property. Everyone is extremely kind and there is a real sense of community. The amenities are well kept and my apartment is gorgeous. Neighborhood continues to grow and bring in new bars and restaurants which as been fun!

Love it here! The people are great and the staff is quick and accommodating! I can't recommend it enough. If you are on the fence, go take a tour and you will see how kind the team is. Things move pretty quickly around here as well regarding requests.

Great community and amenities. Always fun events in the building. The doormen are great. I love the pool and the 42nd floor. Hudson Yards is across the street. Always fun and new summer events. I wish they had a shuttle to the subway or across town but Citi bike is near by.

Peaceful and clean building pet friendly, I have no pets though. The building is also close to downtown and easily accessible by train. There are lots of parks and recreation centers in the area. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars too.

'Luxury' building with clear structural and hardware issues. When in the bathroom you can hear all the other apartments flushing their toilets. I am on the 31st floor and the floor in the apartment is slanted at an angle. The door to the washer dryer cannot open fully. Th hot and cold water faucet handle directions are opposite in the kitchen and bathroom. Refrigerator beepers abnormally and has to be turned off and on. Clearly this building was made as fast as possible without full detail to quality and consistency.

I've been here one week and it's been terrific so far. I highly recommend taking a tour of the building and all it has to offer prior to moving in so you can get a sense of the community and the day to day. Just a block or two away from some great scenes, restaurants, and New Yorkers going on about their day. Great building, thank you.

I have absolutely no complaints. My stay here has been top tier. I can't say I know my neighbors well, because I don't hear them. Which is not too bad as I come and go as they do. The staff is pleasant and polite.

The most amazing apartment I have lived in. Everything is so nice and the move in was seamless. The staff is very sweet and very helpful. The amenities in the building are so nice and the community is amazing.
