Love living here. Building is great staff is very friendly and the amenities are more than adequate. The gym space is very large, but they could use more and updated equipment. Elevators are fast, neighborhood is clean. Having a 24 hour grocery store downstairs is very convenient.

Love the nice staff and amenities at 3Eleven - with 2 floors of work space, a clean and huge gym, and an outdoor pool. Also the location has a lot of grocery stores and shops nearby and I like being right by the west side highway, with good views of the water and easy access to cabs.

3Eleven has been a great community to be a part of! Most of the staff are attentive and kind and the tenants are as well! The building is maintained and kept clean. Only downside is that the building is a bit far from transportation options but this is not insurmountable.

Experience has been mixed. The facilities are nice but poorly managed. There isn't enough supervision of the community areas and many units often bring far more people than allowed to areas like the pool and rooftop.

Moved into 3Eleven earlier this week and so far we are loving it! Vinny was so helpful during the move in process and Caleb helped us with all our furniture deliveries during the days following. We are very happy with our decision to move to 3Eleven!

Love the building. Always nice and clean. Feel secure knowing that the building is secured 24 hours a day. Management always addresses your concerns right away. Kadeem is very nice. And Tom at the front desk.

Always been happy and had a really good time. Management and customer service has been great. Building is clean, safe, and quiet. Neighbors have been nothing but nice, and have found the amenities plentiful and clean.

The experience has been a blessing so far. I work in the neighborhood so living here saves me time and money but it's not the only reason I love living here. It's a great and safe community and it's a nice way to spend time with family and friends in the neighborhood.

? I really love living at 3Eleven in New York City. The building has a modern, stylish feel, and the amenities make a huge difference ? from the rooftop pool to the beautiful gym and cozy lounge spaces. The apartments are thoughtfully designed with great natural light and high-end finishes. The staff has been super friendly and responsive whenever I've needed anything. Plus, being close to Hudson Yards and the High Line is a huge bonus. It's been an amazing place to call home!

Beautiful Building with lots of Amenities. Staff is Nice n Courteous and Professional. Love The Skyview on 42 ..I don't have a Dog but will be getting one in rhe future. If anyone has a Dog , The Dog Park is a Bonus.

It's well kept, and near a nice fancy mall. Only thing I don't really like, is there's only 7 train near the area. Javits center is around the area within a 5minutes walk if you're into conventions. There's also a whole food two blocks away, and a 24/7 market right next door which makes it super convenient

I love my community. It has been great since I first moved in over the summer. The staff has been very professional and kind. This is a great place for kids as well, we feel very safe here. They keep it nice and clean.

The building staff are consistently excellent, and I appreciate their efforts. However, some residents frequently disregard building rules and exhibit excessive noise or smoke inside the building, which disrupts the peaceful living environment. This makes it challenging to maintain harmony within the building, especially with a high number of occupants

We had a great experience moving into our building. There was a delay due to unforeseen storm damages and we were appropriately compensated and still allowed into the unit to complete measurements prior to moving in. We love our apartment and all the services within the building.

I love the staff team from management to maintenance workers, porter's, concierge, package room. I am 100 percent satisfied as a tenant and our community and general area is a beautiful place to visit and easy to find lodging as well. The apartment community is fantastic, the staff here is amazing - however they need more assistance. They are overworked, and because there isn't a larger staff, they have to put on many hats. My biggest issue, and the biggest issue with many of the residents here, has been the utilities. My bill has been over $200 every month since I moved in, and no one can tell me why.

I feel cared, respected and appreciated here. The building has multiple beautiful amenities and there are fun events to meet other people in the community as well. Being so close to the river is fantastic, too, with inspiring views every day of the year.

Really enjoy living here. Two things, however, were overlooked when building out these apartments. 1) No extender on the sink faucet so it's very hard to clean anything. 2) No dimmer on any of the lights so the bathroom light is very bright in your eyes first thing in the morning. Otherwise, the building is clean, modern and the tenants are nice and classy.
