Building management is helpful until you actually move in. Whenever issues arise they either ignore you or say they cannot do anything to fix it. Dog poo and pee right in front of the building are an ongoing issue as well as marihuana smoke in the hallways that comes into your apartment. Both things still unaddressed.

Great move in staff. Great move in process. Amenities are great and I felt this was one of the easiest move ins that I've had in the city before. The apartment was better than expected and that is rare in the city.

My apartment building is beautiful, perfect and have everything or any entertainment you would love to do in one building. Parties, gatherings, lunching, bbqs, kids parties. We even have a event planner, that entertain the tenant's, to get to know them.

We like the building and the staff. The neighborhood is very convenient, well located and close to everything in NYC. At the same time, it is quiet. What I love most is the opportunity to enjoy art right around the building.

Great community, safe and very clean. The staff managing the building are warm and welcoming. Not sure how efficient the security and safety has been, but no dangerous incidents since moving to the community in 2024.

I like 3eleven apartment because there's a small community here that watches for each other. The amenities in this building are amazing. The view of the 42nd floor, 7th floor cinema and bbq area and last but not least the gym to get your workout. It's amazing living here.

Great experience with my rental. Staff are super helpful when moving in and amenities are amazing. Gym and pool are especially impressive. Would definitely recommend renting here. Lots of great things to do around the building

Good experience, lots of amenities such as a good gym and rooftop anrea. There is also friendly front door and maintenance staff. Construction directly next door makes it loud though. Package room hours could be extended for more convenience

The construction, the constant helicopters and ConEd trucks in the area negatively impact the quality of living in this community because of the constant level of loud noise. The building is great otherwise.

I have called 3Eleven home for the past couple of years and I love it here. Amenities are great, people are lovely, location is awesome. Maintenance issues are always resolved in a timely manner, no major issues with packages and community building is encouraged through numerous parties and events held throughout the year by management.

Love this place. Always clean and quiet on my side. The staff are amazing. The front is cleaned daily. The amenities are great and it's close to major transportation and the highline. I enjoy living in this building and neighborhood right on the water. You really can't beat it.

Great location but unfortunately the construction that is going on has diminished how quiet it is. For foot traffic and vehicle it is fine but the construction has altered what once was absolutely a no noise zone.

I've had a wonderful experience living at 311. The building is impeccable, always spotless. The staff is amazing every doorman helpful and friendly. Any maintenance requests are always handled quickly and seasmlessly.
