Quick and smooth move in process and the staff was extremely helpful since day 1. Even when I am walking to the elevator with my hands full of packages, they were willing to walk over to the elevator and select the floor I was going on. I have truly enjoyed my experience here so far!

The community overall is clean and the building staff is overall very friendly and kind. The parking around the area is a hassle after a specific time. The noise is not very bad. The neighbors are diverse as well as some are more cordial than others.

I love the building - lots of amenities, even dog park for my puppy! Area is nice , pretty clean and quiet. I absolutely love living by the water! Lots of shops nearby including Whole Foods. Stuff is friendly and helpful

There is a decent amount of privacy. The front desk staff is there for questions, people usually keep to themselves in general. There is a chance to know more people if you have the amenities add on and go to events/workout classes.

I've been living at this apartment for just a month and so far, everything from concierge, to mailroom service, and maintenance has been excellent. The building is also kept clean on a daily basis. Additionally, having an in-unit washer and dryer along with a refuse room on my floor is wonderfully convenient.

I am stuck in my lease. I am counting down the days I can move. The building has the look, but is not it. When I first toured we were told that we could opt in and out of the amenities fee of 150$. Cynthia Pucci told us in person we could cancel if we wanted to; to simply contact management with desired wishes. This was all a farce, we are currently stuck paying 150$ each for amenities we do not use.

Good so far! Very easy move in process. Amenities seem nice. Apartment is well appointed. Doormen are quite nice. Location is solid near Hudson yards. Overall an enjoyable experience. Would make getting internet easier if possible.

So far living at 311 has been a wonderful experience! The apartment is beautiful and the views are amazing. The staff is friendly and when i had trouble trying to figure out my oven the maintenance worker came up immediately to help me! I would recommend this building to anyone wanting to live in a nice, safe luxury building.

So far, it's been great! I have settled in and was able to use the gym a couple of times already. The elevators are a bit delayed, and the front desk staff was kind of rude. The mailroom line can get a bit long, but these are very minor issues. I love the apartment and how close everything is.

The building is modern and has excellent facilities. Location is fantastic with easy access to city for work and play. The team here are great, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and the shared facilities are well maintained and never too busy. Three Eleven is a fantastic spot.

Great public spaces and friendly staff. Best staff I have encountered in any apartment complex I have lived in throughout the country. Leasing agent was very helpful through the process, start to finish, and never once gave me any grief for any ridiculous question I may have asked. Excited to start living here.

Apartment is beautiful, management staff needs work. For $6,500 a month, I do not appreciate being ignored. Would be nice if the package room was open later across all days. Picking up packages is quite inconvenient due to delays in logging packages. I have had to make 3 or more trips in one day to get packages because of said delay.
