Extremely friendly and helpful staff through the whole complex! The amenities are amazing (incl the gym) - the biggest draw for me was the club room as I frequently work from home. Overall, I would recommend this building to anyone looking!

Terrific apartment. The staff are ultra friendly and the move in process was seamless and easy. This is a great neighborhood! Hudson Yards is a vibrant new community. I am grateful to call this my new home. Thank you.

The experience has been great so far, however if would be nice if facilities were open past 10pm. The organsied events are great too and I look forward to attending more. It would also be great if there were more family friendly activities.

Very modern apartment. Friendly and approachable staff. Fantastic amenities like outdoor space, pool, gym, and an full suite in-house dog service. The location is extremely convenient, right next to the 7 line, easy to get around.

Nice new building and staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent location and very quiet compared to where we were living. Clean and modern apartment with new appliances, nice amenities, great Gym.

Very swift move in, incredibly helpful staff and easy and efficient communication. Huge mailroom downstairs makes move in very easy with smaller furniture items being delivered there. Extremely new building with great amenities

I have just moved to this community. I looking forward to seeing what it has to offer me and my family. It's the winter now I'm looking forward to seeing the community in the summer time so I can really get a sense of what it has to offer.

My experience at 3eleven has been great so far. The building is brand new and beautiful. The amenities are incredible, and the staff is extremely friendly. This building is a great place to live and I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the amenities come to life.

The building staff is very friendly and professional! They are very prompt in answering questions/requests and try to be as accommodating as possible. They are also very friendly to our furry puppy friends.

Great service helpful staff members. Made me feel right at home. Very at tentative to my needs and very helpful helping me with my move into the apartment. Gym is awesome with a variety of equipment to use and is not crowded

311 is a stunning property in a perfect location! Steps from The High Line and a block away from the Hudson River. The staff are top notch! Transportation is easy to access. Hudson Yard is a ten minute walk!

So far it has been a pleasant experience living here. The apartments are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I wish the amenities weren't an extra cost. Looking forward to having construction end to see the building be completed.
