Great building with great amenities, swimming pool, great lounge areas and packages pick up area. Safe area close to Hudson yards, mall and public transportation. Feels like the new Manhattan with new skyscraper going up everywhere.

Amazing! I'm so excited to be here, not to mention everyone is so friendly. Move in process was super smooth and I LOVE all the amenities. It's a safe and family friendly neighborhood and being able to walk to work is a plus. Way to go 311!!!!

So far the experience here has been lovely. Staff is very friendly and place is beautiful. Only physical issue was not receiving the key fob upon arrival for the amenities. It also would have been nice to understand the buildings separate elevator banks before signing a lease. This could have prevented me from accidentally living on the opposite side as my sister.

Amazing service from everyone. From mail room to concierge, to Bradley and Sheleny. Everyone has been fantastic. It feels like people are genuinely eager to help you, because they want to, not because it's a job. It feels so good to be welcomed home here.

My leasing agent was very helpful and responsive throughout the renting process.The move in process was smooth. My unit has not been lived in before and is in great condition with minor imperfections. Maintenance seems to quickly respond to issues.

I've been here a little over a week and love the apartment/building so far! A few grievances, but things I anticipate will improve once more people move in. APARTMENT: My apartment is East facing and the views are AMAZING with the large windows, bathrooms are VERY spacious, and living/ bedroom areas are a decent size (BR fits Queen bed perfectly with extra space on all sides and LR fit my deep three seat sofa). My layout has lots of storage (double hall closet, walk in BR closet, decent amount of cabinets in kitchen even w/o island. If you don't like light coming in at night, you'll need blackout shades, as the office buildings in HY keep some of their lights on. It doesn't bother me, but could see this as an issue for some. The windows are less sound filtering than I anticipated. I'm used to fire trucks/ambulances/cars honking? that doesn't bother me? but there's an ice cream truck on the East side that plays "Pop goes the Weasel" non-stop all day, even after 10:00 p.m. I've contacted 311 to see if they could limit the hours/decrease frequency. *fingers crossed. BUILDING The staff that I've talked to so far have all been very pleasant and helpful! Fives stars for staffing! I haven't utilized all of the amenities yet, but the spaces are really nice (gym, 7th FL lounge, work spaces)? TBD on 42nd FL lounge, as this won't open for a few more weeks. I love having the additional laundry room to wash comforters that don't fit in the in-unit W/D ($2.50/ load). The mailroom has been great and I love the alert to email once packages are checked in. I am hoping additional staffing can be added for checking in packages though. I'm a pretty patient person, but if you really need a package/utilized Amazon's next day shipping, it's hard seeing that your package is here, but you're not able to pick it up until the evening? sometimes next day.

It's been a great experience living here. At first it felt a little strange being on my own, but the neighborhood is a very nice area, and the people that work here are very lovely. The commute isn't bad either. I hope to make a lot of friends with my neighbors in the future.

Great building. Great amenities. Clean apartments. Very nice staff. I can honestly say the love in process here has been much easier than any other apartment I've lived in previously and wills highly recommend it.

Everytime I ask or request something for living in better environment, people in here answer right away and help me out to solve the problem. They help to elevate the quality of my life. Residents are very nice and friendly. There are some social activities for you to join, and this building is very nice for pets. There is a hudson river right next to the building which is good for you to work out.

Just moved in last week, and the process was amazing. There were a few miscommunications in the initial move in, but they were resolved very quickly and management was amazing! I feel so lucky to be in this building, the staff is already the sweetest!

Just moved in. The mov-in process was seamless and everything leading up to the move-in date was well coordinated. I had no issues with the movers or furniture delivery, including setting up profiles in the building system.

The apartment and view are beautiful (east facing). It is quiet and modern. The layout is ideal, with a medium sized bedroom and large living room. Appliances work great. Amenities are awesome. We love the gym and the pool. However the restricted hours of the coworking space are really not ideal. Overall cannot complaint, very happy.

Has been a good experience thus far, however upon moving in I discovered that there is a small dent in one of the kitchen cabinet drawers. Outside of that, it has been a relatively smooth process to date.

Everything is great. Move in was smooth. It is little expensive to rent the amenity spaces as compared to other buildings. Staff is very helpful and courteous. I really like how the amenities are designed .

Really like the young and new community. Great location with easy access to Hudson Yards, Highline Park and most of the neighborhood I usually go. New building and everythibg looks great now. The price with two month free is very attractive?

Great location and beautiful finishings inside. The amenities are not all complete (like the SkyDeck) but should be complete Summer 2023 according to staff. Shared workspaces and outdoor pool are beautiful. Mail room is very convenient and can even accept return packages for shipment.

Amazing building / stunning apt Love the light and the views The gym is incredible and the outdoor terraces are unreal. Can not wait for the 42nd floor terrace to be finished. The door staff are really nice.

The amenities are great and the staff is very welcoming and kind. The apartment itself feels like it was put together in a rush with various loose light fixtures, a loose faucet fixture, dirt everywhere and excess paint on the ground, etc.

There are trade offs in NYC apartments. Here you get amenities but design that seems thoughtless in the actual unit. Example: the drawers in the kitchen are so shall you can't have a silverware drawer. The cabinets are oddly spaced and I hit my head just using the sink (I'm young and this isn't like a joke). It's as if nobody thought to Demo the apartment before scaling it up. Why no lights?! The staff is A+ but everything is WAY behind (no dog runs, huge construction issues everywhere).
