I will give this community a five-star rating. It's very safe to live here. The special activities that they have is fun for adults and children. The staff is really wonderful very helpful. You never have to wait forever for a maintenance problem.

There is currently trash left behind by contractors in the parking lot behind Building 4 that has not been cleaned up. Additionally, there is a strong smell of marijuana that is frequently present throughout the buildings.There is also loud music being played at various times throughout both the day and night, which has become disruptive. Another issue is that residents are leaving their laundry in the machines for hours at a time, making it difficult for others to use the laundry facilities.

The community itself and the leasing agent was very nice. She was very capable of handling in depth questions about the place. I'm still unsure about it the place because of some consistent complaints throughout the reviews but it seems good enough for what we're looking for.

This is a clean, well taken care of apartment complex. If there are any issues maintenance gets back fairly quick. The leasing office lady's are very nice. It is also a pretty pet friendly place. All around good quality.

This is a very safe community. You don't have to worry about being robbed or assaulted. Packages can lay around for days without anyone bothering them. Parking is good. Snow removal is efficient when necessary.

Great staff and a very quiet friendly community with great neighbors. The staff does a very good job of bringing the residents together along with keep us updated of any new projects being added to the community. The up keep of the community is great.

The apartments are very nice and convenient. They're bigger than I thought. The grounds are pretty clean and always smells nice. The location is great, close to all the stores and there's a bus stop close as well.

Apartments are pretty nice. I am super bummed that I do not have any internet at move in and have to wait for new lines to be installed. I do also wish I was able to receive a tour of the property and have amenities explained during the move in process.

The maintenance is not done crrectly for any issues. The Laundry Heater is not working, window mesh for Apt not fixed etc. This required to be fixed asap as otherwise bugs and laundry creates a lot of issues.

Great overall experience. Experience with maintenance was positive. However, this complex needs more sidewalks. Every morning parents with young children are walking in the street while everyone else is leaving for work, creating a massive safety concern.

For today's cost of living its totally worth the money and upon completion of the newly renovations it will be as wonderful, and the residents allow it to be. The management staff I noticed working very hard to bring the community to a positive change for everyone to enjoy living here.

We have just moved in. It's been a week. So far so good. Clean and neat apartment unit and surroundings. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. Parcels are delivered at the right place. I wish the community had a children's park with monkey bars and slice and swings.

I want to address an ongoing maintenance issue in my apartment. When my shower was being repaired, the work was left incomplete, which caused humidity problems and even allowed mosquitoes to come in. Despite this, no one came to finish the job. It's frustrating that rent payments are handled very quickly, but when it comes to maintenance and repairs, it seems to be much less of a priority.

Nice community, pet friendly, and the maintenance people are very quick to resolving any apartment issues. The amenities are nice but can cause the cost to go up if it's in your building. Not many issues, office can be hard to get to at times and the coffee station is often left empty. People are nice and friendly here, rather quiet besides some dogs and I had good neighbors. Overall, I liked my time there and couldn't complain. I would definitely recommend for a first apartment.

Good, peaceful community. Little problem with animal waste as few do not clean after their pets. Getting rid of Amazon locker has created some problem as finding package became less convenient than before. Cleanliness is satisfactory.

The leasing process was smooth and Susan was helpful. I love the interior of my apartment and the amenities. The rent rates change based on your term of lease. Sometimes my neighbors smoke or are loud. Most people seem kind.

I initially moved to this community in February 2024. At first, I had a good experience. The one bedroom apartment I rented was clean and didn't require many service requests to repair things. However, I moved into a two bedroom apartment in December 2024. Since then, it has been one thing after another with repairs. I do not have as much kitchen space anymore either. The transfer process was not fully explained to me by the office staff. I also have very obnoxious neighbors now, as they will be running up and down the hallways after 11:00 pm (when quiet hour starts). There is often garbage in the hallways/staircases and the hallways smell very musty. This complex initially was a good fit for me when I first moved to Monroeville, but I will not be renewing my lease after my current experience.

For the most part it has been good. Still would like a 1 bedroom balcony apartment. Existing tenants do not appear to get that attention. I really have no additional comments. But hope Foxhill continues to do good work.

Staff is very kind and willing to fix any issues needed quickly. Some renovations appear to have been done haphazardly but overall everything appears nice and new. Great space and amenities for the price and amazing location.
