I lived in building 2 at The Flats at Fox Hill for 2 years. There are several pros, but as you will read, the cons overwhelm the pros to the extent that I will absolutely never suggest living here to anyone I know. Pros: -Nice hardwood floors -Nice oven and decent fridge and dishwasher -My corner unit was fairly quiet and had a nice little balcony overlooking a wooded area -Cute little pool -Convenient location--close to Monroeville Mall, Giant Eagle, Target, and this location offers easy access to the turnpike and downtown. -Also, they allow pets. Cons: Dark, dingy hallways that smell overwhelming (in a bad way) at dinner time. Shoddy construction of walls that makes hanging pictures and removing anything stuck to the wall problematic. Pull away one of those 3M hooks attached to the wall with a sticky thing that's you're just supposed to be away to pull away without damaging the wall and you're left with the layer of paint stripped away, the thin layer of plaster stripped away, and a nice brown surface exposed. When I moved out, on the moving out maintenance form it said that holes in the wall were normal and you wouldn't be charged for them. THAT WAS A LIE!!!!!!! I got a notice in the mail just today saying that they were charging me $650 to repaint the unit. They told us without giving us a reason that we weren't allowed to use the convenient garbage chute anymore, which meant I had to drag my garbage down the hall, two flights of steps, and across a parking lot. Oh, and no elevators in Bldg. 2! I found security to be an issue after a spate of car break-ins of which my sister was a victim. In addition, I literally witnessed a drug deal happen in my hallway, and the stairwells smell strongly like weed. Also, if you have a package delivered, unless it makes its way to the main office, it will be stolen. Even then, I went to pick up a package once from the office, and they literally lost it in the back somewhere. They told me I had no package. Another day my sister went to see if it was there not knowing I had already checked for it, and luckily someone else just happened to find it. When I signed my lease, dogs weren't allowed, but everyone and their mother had a secret dog anyway, and there was one next door in particular that barked at me every single time I went to open or close my own door. I think they gave up and now allow dogs, based on the application on their website. The laundry facilities were small and overpriced; nobody actually did laundry there. When there was a thunderstorm, the electricity would go off and there was no backup generator. As our building was quite old, about once a month they shut off the water for repairs. Sometimes there was a note on the main door warning us, but other times I didn't see any. Sometimes the water would be off for literally the entire day well into the evening. My storage locker was mysteriously all the way at the other end of the building. I believe this was a mistake that nobody ever rectified, but as a small and weak person, it wasn't fun dragging my heavy stuff really far from my apartment. One of the MAJOR problems that I had at the Flats at Fox Hill was maintenance. Maintenance seemed to be inconsistent. Sometimes it was fast and efficient, but other times, not so much. In particular, I had a bee problem. There were wasps in the wall outside my bedroom window, and despite the screen, they were getting in somehow. I called maintenance and they came and sprayed twice, but they apparently didn't do an adequate job because the bees were still there. They finally died off when winter came, but I noticed a few during the summer again. Good luck to whomever moved into my old apartment! It's not fun to reach for your toothbrush and find a wasp on it. Another major maintenance problem I had was the broken fan in the bathroom. It did absolutely nothing, and there was no outside window. The first time I told maintenance about this problem, they painted the mold on the ceiling with something, which did not fix the root problem. When I wrote them a detailed note the second time politely suggesting that the problem was the fan, I saw a maintenance man coming out of my apartment as I was arriving home a few days later, but nothing was ever done about it. Mold could be a major health threat, and it bothered me that they didn't seem to take my complaint seriously. I tried to use a dehumidifier to help ameliorate the problem, but it could only do so much. Finally, there was a broken drawer in my kitchen. A maintenance man "fixed it" the first time, and a day later it broke again. The second time a guy took it away to fix it and brought it back, but again it didn't work. Finally I had my boyfriend--who is a musician and not in any way a professional--take a look at it, and with a few tools, he fixed it in five minutes. Considering all of these issues, I would say at the Flats at Fox Hill is vastly overpriced and that you may have unfair fees on top of not getting your deposit back. If you are simply looking for a convenient place to live for a couple years this may be the place for you, but for someone looking for a long-term place to stay and honest renters, I wouldn't recommend it. I'm glad I left.

The Flats at Fox Hill seemed like it would be a good experience at first, but it turned out to be anything but. Don't let their fancy entrance fool you. They'll show you one of their fabulous wooden-paneled apartments with stainless steel appliances first to try to get you to buy, then they show you one of their older apartments, which required some work. It took them two months to fix one of our toilets! The dishwasher was crap with messed up prongs; the old dishwasher didn't even clean our dishes and silverware properly. Their "gym" is a tiny room, and their swimming pool has sand everywhere that's swarming with insects and bees. Neighbors are noisy, on the porches talking in the middle of the night. The walls have to be thin, because I could hear another neighbor from my bedroom. I could also hear my upstairs neighbor peeing every night and morning. Awesome. Twice, a fire alarm randomly went off in the middle of the night. Fire trucks seem to come occasionally, as if there is always an emergency. A next door neighbor was stabbed. Talk about safety. The price was $745 for rent, then $50 for utilities and another $50-$100 for electric is just ridiculous. Then the washers and dryers cost almost $2 per load. The employees who work there were always in my business, as if we were back in high school, needing to know all the gossip! Really?!? During the winter, the hot water did not work, and it took TWO WEEKS for it to be fixed! Their excuse? They ordered the wrong part for the boiler. Oops! They've been in business for how long, and they're still incompetent and have terrible customer service! All Fox Hill Equities said was "sorry" and didn't offer any compensation, because of how greedy they are. Just bad customer service. They put all the responsibility on their tenants and refuse to be responsible for anything. They use the fact that there's a CVS up the hill to get a money order so you can rush into signing one of their one-sided contracts! For apartments that have porches, they're adding about $25 or $35 extra to the rent just because they have porches. They'll offer you a cheaper apartment for customer retainment purposes if they think you're going to leave because of the terrible price! I saw people smoking in the hallway, and the hallways sometimes smell bad. Most of the neighbors were decent. AWFUL apartment experience. I will never do business with The Flats at Fox Hill again!

This place has the potential to be a great place depending on your standards. I feel as if there is a lack of consideration by the tenants and management. Also there is a huge lack of consistency when it comes to getting stuff fixed. These people are upstairs jumping around like its a party every day at the jumpzone. There is a huge insect problem and the hallways are filthy...

This place is ok. EXPENSIVE THOUGH! we pay $900 plus for rent and then with utilities it comes to about $1200 for everything including internet. MAINTENANCE IS TERRIBLE!!! there will be days we don't have hot water for a week or so. Even today as I'm writing this i don't have any hot water. You can always hear your neighbors TV on, even when they are just talking. Its almost as its there voices travel through the pipes or vents because you can really hear them in the bathroom.

I moved in here a couple of years ago and I have to say this apartment building as gone down hill. I can not wait to leave here. I initially was very happy living here and it has slowly started to turn into a nightmare. 1. People are very loud- I have had to call the police on several people for being up late and causing a disruption. People inside the building open up their doors and slam them behind them. Its so annoying. Its very startling. The parents who live here let their kids run around the hallways like its a zoo and it sounds like a heard of elephants running down the hall. The people in the summer are always on the balcony and have no respect for their neighbors. They are loud and disruptive until 2, 3, 4 oclock in the morning. 2. The power always goes out. If it rains the power will go out. It happens consistently...so much so that I have had to buy a generator for my apartment. 3. The maintenance staff is nice and come quickly to fix things. I can honestly say that they work quickly to fix what issues you have. 4. The girls in the office are nice. The one can be moody but the rest of them are nice. 5. The people who live here are odd. I constantly smell weed in the halls and loud music. The people are not clean and leave trash outside and inside the mail room. 6. The air conditioner leaks water and there is not central air. They seemed to have standards a few years ago but not it seems as if they let any type of trash move into this apartment. I thought that maybe moving out of the city would cut out the riff raff but its just as bad if not worst. The kids always hang out in the lobby and the parents are no where to be found. They have no respect for cars when you are driving they walk in the street.

Not a great place to live! It is overpriced and not worth it! The apartments are dirty and not well kept. I found a bottle of something and baby socks underneath the bathroom counters when we moved in. The power has gone out a few times already and there is no backup generator!!! To me this is ridiculous!!! For what we pay, I should not have to sit in the dark and not be able to cook my food! The washing machines are old and ruin your laundry. They are also overpriced! I see police here way to often and I heard of people talking about tenants doing drugs. It does not feel like a safe place to live at all especially with children. The elevators are super slow!! The water pressure in the showers is very weak. We changed our shower head and it still did not help. The floors have paint splatters throughout the entire apartment. And the tile in the kitchen and bathrooms is chipping and the grout gets all over constantly. Overall, for what they charge for rent and utilities, I recommended looking for a apartment elsewhere. These apartment are not well kept, dirty, no back up generator, OVERPRICED and the list goes on. Oh and they told us we got one of the better apartments, so I can't even imagine when the other ones look it

Do not move here if you go to sleep early! Extremely noisy at night... That is my biggest complaint, this is my first time living in an apartment complex and it is my last! Laundry is a joke, $3 to wash and dry your clothes. I truly can not wait until my leas is up so I can get out of this hole!

Good. Overall: I have had a generally good time at the Flats at Fox Hill. I am a recent college graduate that works a 9-5 job, and I would recommend this place to anyone in the same situation. Noise: For me, noise is not an issue as long as you aren't sitting right next to the walls. There are times where you can hear loud footsteps from the upstairs, but that is in pretty much every standard apartment complex. I live next to a decently large family with young children. There are times where I have heard a baby crying, but it's never frequent enough to be a problem. Really it's just the neighbors themselves aren't that loud and noise has never been a problem for me. Grounds: I see landscapers in the complex just about every other week cutting grass and other stuff so the grass and land is kept well. However, when I first moved in, the roads within the complex had a plethora of potholes and driving within the complex was an obstacle course. They have since paved over these, but I have not lived here long enough to see if this is recurring problem. Safety: Lighting is good and safety has never been an issue. Buildings use traditional key locks for their outer doors. Neighborhood: The location of the complex is right next to Route 22, which is likely the most heavily traveled road in Monroeville. There is a CVS, a big liquor store, Primanti Brothers, and a Five Guys all located within walking distance. Public transit may be an issue as only one PAT bus line stops at the only two bus stops within walking distance, but being that Monroeville is close to the very eastern end of the city, there really is no other direction to go. A stop for a flyer bus would be nice though. Maintenance: The maintenance crew is very efficient and well equipped. I've only needed to call them in once for my sink faucet and that was fixed by the time I got home from work. The crew is helpful also. I live on the ground floor and while I was away, one of my screens for my window came off. My girlfriend was trying to put it back on and a passing maintenance man came by and helped her. 5 Stars here. Staff: The staff is pleasant and friendly. Absolutely no issue here

We have lived here for a little over a year now and this has been the best apartment rental experience we have had by far. The office staff are very friendly, down to earth, and helpful. This is a very large complex, but yet they know everyone by name, it's very impressive. The maintenance men are also very friendly and helpful with any issues you may have with your apartment. They fix things quickly and they don't just rig them either, when they fix issues, the fix lasts. The apartment is also well landscaped and taken care of. It has a pool, tennis courts, volleyball net, and picnic pavilion area with grills. The only issue in the apartment that I have not been happy with is how hot it gets inside even though we have the air conditioner running. We have had the maintenance people check it many times just to tell us it is fine, however it is clearly not. They always say the temperature of the air coming out is right where it is supposed to be and that it just is hot because we are on the fifth floor. I understand that it should get hotter up here than on the ground floors, but we still should not be cooking with the air conditioner on! The only other place that I feel the maintenance really is lacking is the pool. I feel that it could use some maintenance as the filters don't seem to work well anymore, the tiles are falling off the side of the pool, the railing is no longer attached, and there are weeds growing everywhere in the sand surrounding the pool. I have faith though that this issue will be fixed as before my major complaint was the dryers in the complex not drying clothes. They have since fixed that problem. Which brings me to another perk, there are 2 washers and dryers on each floor. They are a little pricey ($1.75 each to wash and dry a load), but now at least they get the job done. As with anywhere, there are pros and cons, but I feel overall the our experience with living here has been a pretty positive one. I can't speak enough about how nice all the staff members are and even how nice most of the residents are. It is very shocking too that for an apartment complex this size that it seems to be pretty quiet here. This is a great place to live if apartment living is what you are looking for! I would recommend it to anyone!

I am a new tenant at the Flats @ Fox Hill. After nearly twenty years of being a homeowner, and fixing and repairing everything that comes along with owning a home. I downsized. Tired of cutting grass & shoveling snow, it was time for me to go. I desired to move into a nice stylish apartment that personalized who I am. And with the Flats @ Fox Hill that's exactly what I got! I can't say enough about the Flats. . I am living in one of the refurbished apartments. I have a Two-Bedroom Apartment that was newly refurbished. I'm talking Hardwood Flooring throughout; Brand New Stainless Steel Appliances, including a Dish Washer, (which still has the tags attached because I don't feel I've yet used enough dishes to run it. Lol.) Marbled Countertops, Brand New kitchen Cabinetry, Two Bathrooms, also with New Cabinetry which includes the New Push-Button Toilets! Walk-in Closets, Air-Conditioning, Storage Space, Sliding Patio Doors. And did I mention, Balcony's! If it weren't for a shame, I'd post a photo or two right here, but don't take my word for it, check out the site at www.flatsatfoxhill.com The tenants of The Flats at Fox Hill also has access to a Gym and a Pool. The Grounds are always maintained and the Maintenance Staff are very good at their job. The ladies in the Office are very kind and professional. Any questions are answered immediately. I have had a few comments; questions, even suggestions, and each one has been addressed appropriately with action behind it. Each time I have friends over for the first time, the second I open the door, the reaction I am always witnessed to is a gasp of air. They are surprised by the spaciousness; newness & stylishness of the apartments. And with the Flats being right in the heart of Monroeville, with access to all the shops; entertainment, restaurant's schools, public transportation, hospitals, library's the mall and everything one would need, there's almost practically no need to travel outside the area. I am very happy here at The Flats and would recommend it to family; friends and all who desire a nice place to call home.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I've lived here for 3 years and the staff is great and I love my apartment. Its the perfect layout for me. The grounds are always clean, I see people during the day cleaning the hallways. I always see the maintenance people running around cleaning up things or fixing things that need to be fixed. Everyone is very polite and I feel very safe here. I work from home and I hear and see pretty much everything and its really quite. Every once in a while you may hear people close their cabinet doors in another apartment but honestly it doesn't bother me. I don't hear people in any room at all. The people in the rental office are sooooo nice and always willing to help. I really have no suggestions. It seems that any problems they may have they resolve them before they become a big issue. Also I love my apartment. Its modern and the appliances are great. The great thing to is this place is located so close to everything. Literally you are near everything in Monroeville and if you want to go to the city or Robinson its close as well. I really enjoy it here and don't plan to move for a while. I have read some reviews about the place that have been unsavory but I live here and spend alot of time in my apartment and its a really nice place to be. Once of the best choices of my life as far as rental properties.

First let me start by saying that the reviews of people complaining about the false alarms and trash and marijuana smell in the hall ways is correct. I know a good bit about behind the scenes at fox hill as a former tenant. Lets start with the water/gas bill it is billed by an outside company and they divide the bill based on square footage of the apt. Now that's fine except when you have 6 people living in a 1 br apt and 2 people living in a 2 br apt. the 2 people are helping to pay the water that 6 people are using. I know because I seen it first hand as I said I had an insider. There is only one meter per building to register the water usage except in the high-rise there is 2 there. Have you ever wondered why ehrlic is there so much? its because of the bed bugs that are so bad you can see them running along the walls when you go into some of the apts. They have no intention on fixing the pot holes through out the lots around the buildings so it is a Grabb the money and Dash kind of operation. The floors in the apts are not hard wood they are cheap laminate that you can buy at home depot for 23 dollars a case so don't let them tell you its hard wood. If you ask to see an apt ask for a terrace level apt and look for mold or water damage along the base boards and pay close attention to the floor and you may see a corner or 2 coming up or where it has been glued down. The hallways are outdated and the carpet is too dirty to come clean the walls have mold in and on them behind that nice big baseboard that they paint white when it gets discolored. This is a place that is not worth the money you spend I Know because a lot of there tenants went to eagle ridge and they have to wonder why?

First let me say that the positive reviews on this site are most likely written by the friends of employees and the employees themselves so that they can keep their jobs at doing nothing. I am familiar with quality service when it comes to running an apartment complex. My experience goes all the way back to 1974 where I worked for the Village of Pineford in Middletown Pa. It was a class act operation from A to Z. Fox Hill is run by a bunch of "grab the money and run" Clowns. The women (--------------) in the office are more interested in getting their friends in apartments and giving them breaks on rent than doing what is right by the steady paying renters who mind their own business, keep their apartments clean and are respectful of their neighbors when it comes to noise pollution. There is also the questionable activity of using an out of state water utility company to bill the tenants for their water usage. There was an incident where the water was shut off in the main high-rise building for maintenance. I happen to see one huge water tank for the whole building. I asked myself how they divvied up the water usage among the tenants in the building as to who paid more or less for their water usage. Did they base it on who they liked and didn't like?? Its definitely a sketchy and scandalous operation going on. From the drug deals in the parking lot to the noisy drunken fighting neighbors. The police have been observed raiding the high-rise building looking for alleged pedophiles and the smell of cat piss in the hallways from a cat adoption they orchestrated one weekend at the high-rise building this past year was and is stifling. There is also the smell of marijuana smoked in the high-rise building and also in the parking lot of that same building. There have been numerous, too many to count, false fire alarms in the complex, specifically the high-rise building itself has had more than its share of false alarms. There have been numerous times when the main entrance doors to the High-rise apartment, specifically the back doors have been propped open for anything or anybody to walk in at will. There is no security force on the grounds and by the time anything happens, it could be too late for a police response. Are they out of compliance??? Hell yeah! Should they fire or the staff who run the rental office? YES! Should they investigate and possibly consider legal action against the owner(s) of The Flats at Fox Hill? Yes. The state and state police should take action. I have my suspicions about the Monroeville Police Department doing any kind of non-biased stand up investigation that good police officers should do. Too much has gone on their for them not to have investigated. I personally think they are being paid off under the table with either money, sex, or drugs. Not the whole department, but a few bad eggs within the Police Department. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it. Steer clear of The Flats at Fox Hill (formerly Fox Hill Apartment Rentals). Hopefully they will be taken over by a state of government agency and become housing for those who will appreciate a clean safe environment that is not lying and ripping them off. Everything I have stated is fact. I have observed it myself and been witness to tenants complaining about the very things I have cited in this review. I once knew an elderly couple ( --------------------) that lived there when it was a professionally run and above board apartment complex. They lived in the High-rise when it was known as Fox Hill Apartments. It was many years ago, back in the early eighties. Sadly it has sunken to what it is now. A bunch of glitter thrown on a pile of ---- and sold as something fancy at a high price.

I moved into my apartment in October of 2014 and I LOVE this place!! Great location. Large & clean apartment that was all hardwood floors and newer appliances. Nice pool area and overall just a large property complex. The staff is very helpful and friendly and very quick in responding to emails with any issues/complaints. You get a lot for a lower price compared to many other places I've checked out or lived at!!

I am surprised by the negative reviews I read when I happened upon this site the other day. I have lived here for over 2 years now and have had a very positive experience, so I felt compelled to share my own review. One person writing a review called this complex the "------" of Monroeville. This is completely wrong and fairly offensive, too. I used to teach in South Brooklyn, so I know that this complex looks 10,000 times better than an actual ------. I also looked at five other apartment complexes in Monroeville before choosing this one, and Fox Hill is by far the nicest for the price. One need only drive a mile in any direction to find an apartment complex that is far less attractive and more poorly maintained than this one. It's also very easy to check the crime statistics, which will once again point out where the dangerous criminal activity is taking place -- it's not at this complex! In my 25 months here, I have NEVER been awoken by excessive noise. I have NEVER had any issue with the apartment office in any way. I have NEVER seen a bedbug (again, I lived in New York, I know what they look like!). I have NEVER had any negative interaction with another renter here. I have NEVER had to wait more than 24 hours for a repair or service. To be frank, I do not believe the negative reviews, period. I am living in one of the refurbished apartments. It is lovely! I have had many visitors over the past two years and all have commented on how nice the apartment is.My friends from New York cannot believe that I have a newly renovated apartment for, literally, a third of what they pay for a smaller place. It is true that the hallway looks worn, but the apartment office makes sure that the doors are painted and the carpet washed regularly...and honestly, what do I care? I don't live in the hallway! The maintenance staff are always polite to me, and take good care of the landscaping, pick up trash when its needed and maintain the gym and pool well. I get a lot of packages because of my work as a book reviewer, and the ladies in the office are always polite and helpful in taking them, keeping them safe and then making sure I get them, which, again, is not something you find in New York, ever. And the laundry room is all of 20 feet away. I would not hesitate to recommend living here to a friend who wanted to move to Monroeville, and I certainly hope other respectful, quiet, polite people will not be put off by a few bad reviews.

Hard to know where to start with this place. -winter&heating It's a terrible apartment for the winter time as cold air gets through the poorly insulated walls. When we turned the heat on in the winter, a gas smell would permeate the whole house for the next 12 hours. -mail room On multiple occasions mail was stolen out of the envelopes in our mailbox. Out wedding picture DVD was stolen and only the package left in our mail box. Other mail people sent mysteriously didn't show up? -garbage While the garbage chutes are cool, the overwhelming smell 50% of the time in the hallway and elevator is of garbage. -elevators On a regular basis, the elevators wouldn't work. Twice they closed on me immediately after opening and walking through. Luckily I was strong enough to push the doors back but a girl or elderly person wouldn't be able to. Scary stuff -move out fees and the leasing office The leasing office is only open Monday through Friday so good luck getting help or packages on the weekends. The worst part of our experience with fox hill occurred when we left. Jessica told us we would be mailed our initial deposit on the apartment, minus any outstanding gas and utilities payments. When we moved out we wiped down the bathrooms and kitchen and left the apartment in very good condition. No paint no dents in the walls nothing broken. Well there's nothing in the leasing contract that days you have to spotlessly clean and vacuum every item of dust in the place, but we were charged $200 as a cleaning fee. We called and were told the leasing office never checked our room, they were just charged by the cleaning company who said they had to clean more than normal. We argued saying we left it in great condition and we were told management would call us. They never did. Terrible end to a bad experience. Don't live here.

I lived in Building 4 for a year and really enjoyed my experience overall. Nothing really broke while I was renting, so my interaction with maintenance was limited. There were a couple times that I requested my apartment be sprayed for spiders, so they hired a contracted company (Ehrlich) to come spray, which seemed to do the trick. The only negative that I can really attest to is the smoke that would waft into my apartment (especially at night). In the summer I like to keep my window open and fan on, however smoke from other apartments would get sucked in by the fan and blow straight into my apartment. I think smoking shouldn't be allowed within a set proximity of the building to alleviate this problem. That being said, everything else was fantastic. The staff was friendly and very compliant (they always held packages in the office and worked with me on special moving circumstances I had), laundry is easy (two washers and two dryers on every floor), and parking is abundant. I rented one of the remodeled units and thoroughly enjoyed my apartment. I am currently looking for a new apartment in VA but I'm having trouble finding something with comparable quality with low cost that the Flats at Fox Hill offered.

I moved here recently and I love it, I read a lot of bad reviews about Fox Hill and I couldn't believe that it was as bad as some of the reviews said. The office staff is very nice and my apartment is beautiful, it looks just like the photo's, beautiful floors, updated kitchen and bathrooms. I have lived in a few apartments around the city but never in one like this one, Fox Hill is exactly what the ads say. Very close to everything, I know when my friends see my apartment there is going to be envy, because it beautiful. Thanks Fox Hill.

NOOOOOOOOO!! Do NOT move here! The entire complex/property has gone downhill in a very bad way! All of the buildings are nasty/filthy, rotting garbage from the out of order chutes stinks the hallways up! There have also been known instances of vomit laying in the hallways for DAYS at a time! The laundry rooms are disgusting! The office staff/management are rude and do NOT care! The maintenance is very limited --- 4 workers for close to 400 apartments! Oh and the rent is entirely too expensive to live in filth --- when you can live outside in the dirt for FREE! This review is in no way exaggerated --- ride through the complex and check out the buildings --- surely you'll be able to walk right on in the continuously propped open doors --- though these are supposed to be locked "security buildings"! Wow it was such an unpleasant experience to live here for the past 3 of 7 years. I wish I could get my time and my money back!

I am currently living at Fox hill flats, I just want to warn everyone out there before you move in. PLEASE DON'T DO IT!! My experience here has been horrible, I would describe it as the "------" of Monroeville. The some of the tenants are amazing, very sweet and thoughtful. The other tenants make it bad for everyone else that lives here. There are always loud parties here, you can hear your neighbors on top and bottom of you. You call the leasing office, and they don't care. There are drug dealers who come in and out of this place. Please if you value peace and quiet find another place to move.
