I live near the outer door and there is always a musty smell in the hallways. I am tempted to put a scented stick up outside my door. Also, there is a discolored water stain in a sizeable portion of the white base board out in the hallways. Its the very first thing you notice when you walk in. I guess I can call maintenance about it, but honestly I thought someone comes around to check this kind of stuff. Overall, I actually really like living here.

I love how quiet it is and how helpful the staff is. They are patient supportive and value the new move in excitement. My place is nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the residents are very nice.

There are very less kitchen shelves available which is making cooking experience very difficult for us. All my colleague flats are L- shaped whereas I have been provided with shelves in one side only and the space is very inadequate for a family of 3 people. Also the bathroom basin is very small and no depth resulting in water spilling on the floor. Because of my remote location, I was needed to choose the flat based on video footage only where it is impossible to view every aspects properly and I make the decision based on others experience but facing this issue after moving in. Not sure whether my comments will be read by anyone or not but if possible please rectify these things or make some alternate arrangements for me.

Pool is constantly dirty and I stay there on my days off all day and I’ve never seen anyone cleaning the pool. I hear no filtration system. It’s full of kids all day every day being loud and splashing. It’s funny because even though they said they were 12 they still complained about how dirty it always is. They are updating the apartments so everything including water and electricity is shut off for at least 8 hours at a time once everyone week or every other. I’ve been here for almost a year and I still feel like I’m in the same place I moved into. The packages always say they are delivered and I can never find mine and everyone else seems to post about having issues too. They upgraded the washers and dryers…still the same it seems. People are always leaving stuff in the washers or dryers for hours all the time. Found a crack pipe in my building and a huge heroin drug bust a few days ago. There is nowhere to safely walk your dog due to no sidewalks and people speeding all day and night. I do not feel safe walking my dog any time of day. Basically, if you’re broke and need to say here this is the place for you. Don’t get me wrong there are nice people and I just feel bad for them. Cannot wait until my lease is up.

I have had a good experience. The office staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The maintenance personnel are responsive and professsional. The apartments are old but fairly well maintained. The location is close to a number of various types of retailers who provide goods and services.

There were no issues for about the first year that I lived here. In the Spring of the second year I began to have a mouse issue. I had to find 7 dead mice in my apartment before they actually did anything to fix the issue. The grounds and building are not always the cleanest, and the building usually smells like smoke. The community is typically very quite and safety has never been an issue.

My leasing agent was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I had all of my questions answered and never had to wait more than a couple hours for a response. Definitely the best overall moving experience I've had so far.

Everything is mostly fine just the lack of an elevator makes the move in process extremely difficult. Also some of the appliances do not work as told. It's not a bad place to live if you are young and healthy. But It is upsetting we can have our elderly family members visit due to the lack of accessibility for the elderly and disabled in this building.

I would not recommend this place, the office staff is horrible after you move in (but Kazzandra), when they do upgrades they cheaply do it example the carpets in hallway started lifting the next day, the gap from hallway to door isn't even finished, they painted the doors but missed spots, the potholes in parking lot are ridiculous, they have a horrible mold problem in the bathroom that they don't fix they just try to temporarily cover with spray paint that says don't use on mold/mildew prone areas, it's also all over the windows in the bedroom, it takes days for the office to respond if they even respond still waiting on one from days ago, the apartment floor shift over time, there's a lot of gaps and dents in the floor, the hallways stink horribly like cigarettes and weed and they can't do anything about the weed smell. The maintenance men are nice, but the office staff are basically useless after you move in. 1/10 don't recommend it's the cheapest in Monroeville for a reason.

just moved in and everything is being good, staff very friendly well lit parking lot goop park for my dog, great gym, low noise level, close to groceries store, shopping and dinning, I don't have school age kids, but i see the bus at the entrance of the community

I would suggest you do some research on where you want to live do a drive-by morning evening and on the weekends choose different time. Some people will be working in the morning Monday through Friday.

Apartments are great! Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom right before i moved in. New washers and dryers for entire community too. Management is a great team! They were really helpful with the entire process of searching for an apartment and then moving once i decided to move there. Very happy with my choice to move to Fox Hill!

Pretty nice place to live. Apartments are updated and recent updates are taking place. Been here for a long time without any major issues. Only minor problems have been issues with noisy neighbors, the water always being shut off for repair, and the people who empty the dumpsters outside people's windows at 5 am.

I have been living here for 6 months and so far I really like it. There has been so much renovations that has been made since I've been here and it really makes a huge difference in the look and feel of the apartment. Management is quick to handle any concerns and maintenance is not as quick, however, they will get the job done eventually.

I moved in to this apartment complex in 2018. Neighbors come and go all the time but I have never had an issue with any residents or maintenance. Everyone is very kind who lives here. Management also make sure each building is cleaned weekly.

First off it's very hard to move into these apartments because of the small doors. If you get a building with no elevator good luck. There's dog waste everywhere. They constantly either have the little golf carts they use to get around the complex or a truck sitting in the 'no parking zone'. Everyone has been nice so far but people can be loud at night. These places should cost less for what they are. I just moved in and can't wait to move out. The only good thing has been the staff. They have been nice and help me in any way they can.

Its been great. Only problem is the amount of money i pay a month in rent, and my apartment is outdated. The carpets in the hallway badly need redone. But overall, i'm pretty happy with the complex and staff

Have had no problems since moving in! Although, the experience prior to moving in was not so great. Long wait times to hear back, little information about our apartment & did not receive the lease until the day before moving, which was wrong and had to be revised anyhow.
