Apartments would be great if the rent wasn't so high and kept increasing. Every lease I've signed has had an increase to the rent, when the apartment itself hasn't been improved or better maintained with the increase in price.

I have a good experience with this community. I have been living here for almost three years and I feel extremely comfortable for all my neighbors and staff members. I enjoy all the events that are hosted in the residential community which allows me to interact with other residents.

I've completed this survey many times. I have no further comments about this apartment facility. It met my needs for two years and now I'm moving into a new house. Early termination fee on the lease isn't reasonable.

Really great maintenance crew. Awesome Office Persons, always attentive and any work orders get done quick and easy. The Buildings are well Looked after, the lots are almost always free from snow/ debris. The grounds are kept up well. And the people here are amazing.

So far so good! I moved in in September & have loved it ever since. You will have your typical issues such as hearing your upstairs neighbors moving around, & hearing people talking as they pass your door, but any actual issues I've brought up to the staff have been dealt with in an impressively timely manner which makes living here that much easier!

So far, so good. I have had a great experience up to this point. I would recommend the apartment complex. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is modern and updated. The business center, coffee are, and fitness center are nice amenities.

The office staff was nice and helpful at the beginning of the process, and I remember the leasing officer that was helping me said, "I'm always around and say hi and check in with my residents". And I can say that I haven't seen any of the office staff except for whenever they're buzzing around of their golf carts. My apartment also looked great at first, but I quickly realized that my apartment was renovated in a sloppy manner. The fridge I was given initially was dented and wobbly due to missing a corner leg. I put in work orders for my fogged windows, my bent screens, and for the lock in my bedroom window to be fixed due to the window not being able to be opened. None of those were fixed, and I've been living here for 1.5 years. I was told that my fogged windows will be fixed in March which is when my lease is over. There's so much more I could say negatively about this place.

So far, everything has been great. The building is very clean, as my apartment was when I got my keys. It's nice and quiet and the neighbors seem friendly. I love having a dog park in the complex that I can just walk over too (my dog loves it too)!

The application process was easy but too expensive. The leasing agent was great. I wish there were elevators. I didn't know it was stairs only. I also wish that I had been taken and shown the workout area and the pool specifically and how to get into them and where to park

The price and accomodations are great. The neighbors and staff are friendly. I love the ability to have a BBQ grill on the balcony and the laundry on each floor with an app. The commute to work is under 25 minutes and there's additional storage onsite for a small fee. So far I'm enjoying my new apartment.

It's fine but experiencing some property damage in the stairways in building 2. Seems like someone enjoys peeling off the paint on the stairway doors and looks like an eye sore for the residents and visitors. Garbage and dog fetus is something to be said for at times too.

I am normally satisfied with the property community but as of recently very unhappy with the fact that we have garbage sitting out in the hall Pampers dropped off in the hallways it takes a week to get it cleaned up it takes a couple days to get the garbage picked up management is great with getting things done but it just takes too long
