I just moved in. The apartment itself was very clean. Hallways are loud and dirty. Dog poop everywhere outside. Laundry cards and gym keys were not available upon move in date. Really delayed communication with staff

I was a bit worried given all the reviews I'd seen, but things really aren't that bad here. Granted, I am in the Tower (the main building) rather than the gardens (the other buildings) and it does seem like this building is all around better than the others, so that is probably a significant factor in my experience. The floors are concrete underneath the flooring they put down, which is great for soundproofing, and the apartment is in many ways bigger than other places I've lived and other places I looked at.The pet positivity here was a huge factor for me. There are too many places that include "cats must be declawed" clauses in their cat requirements, but not here. Pet rent is $25 (plus the deposit), which is also pretty reasonable. Plus, the office staff and maintenance are also pet friendly. When I moved in, my cat found a small hole under the cabinets (which was quickly patched) and got himself stuck under the dishwasher, and they patiently helped me get him out. Overall, it's a pretty nice place. It does have some flaws (like the dumpster is right outside the back door...and it stinks) but I have lived in far worse places.

The apartment overall is good. I enjoy the amenities the community has to offer, most of the people are friendly. The hallways are dark, smelly, hot and overall just weird but it is a completely different atmosphere when you go into your apartment. The move in process would have been easier if they would have actually been prepared for move in by having keys ready and knowing where my storage locker was located. The laundry/ storage facilities do not have a/c, I just moved in July so they have been very hot. As for the actual apartment, I enjoy the ample space and storage. There are some minor things that need fixed. I wish the office staff would have explained the portal better. The amenities are great as long as you like kids

Upon contacting the property I was transferred to Susan, who made me feel extremely comfortable and guiding me throughout the entire process. She was always honest and fair. On move in day she wasn't happy with the cleanliness of the the apartment I was renting and immediately found me another that met her standards. I'm been throughly impressed with her professionalism and honesty

it was alright. but communication with management sucks. You will have to drive the follow-ups. do not expect them to reach out, even when they tell they will. show water is constantly orange and requires frequent cleaning. management could not successfully contract the fixing of window nets... even after 1 year.

its a great community but everytime you miss a payment you get eviction notices in the mail i dont get paid on the days my rent is due. it is very stressful because i always have a late fee which cuts into money for the rest of my bills . i would recommend it . its just somethjngs i wish were different and they cared more about the problems there residents have.

Overall it has been a good experience, but recently we have been more frustrated with the behavior of some of the other tenants in the building. People will throw their trash in the hallways, kids are running and screaming down the hallways, and some are not respecting the quiet hours.

There have been a number of changes in mgt. Most residents in the building are nice - but some people litter. Current mgt is trying to keep the bldg. cleaner. Rent is very reasonable. People are very friendly- there is a mixed community, black, white Indian,Asian.

My experience has been good. I've been here for two months. I have experienced some maintenance problems, but they have been resolved. I do wish that the storage/laundry room and the hallways would be remodeled. Other than that it is a nice place to live.

I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I chose to move to the Flats at Fox Hill, based on the pictures posted on the internet. I asked someone to tour the building for me and they were shown one of the model apartments which actually looked similar to the picture posted on their website. Unfortunately, on my move in day my apartment looked nothing like either of the two models that she had been shown, or the photos on the website. I can say with confidence that if she had been shown my actual apartment that day there is no way that I would not have chosen to live at Fox Hill. I walked into an apartment with very poorly painted white cabinets, which were originally brown (with streaks/dried dripping paint), a stainless refrigerator and dishwasher paired with a black oven (that also happened to be filthy), and a pressboard countertop. The baseboard under the sink was partially missing, the front door lock appeared to have been kicked in and painted over, and there were large spider webs in the closets, boot prints on the floor, and brown liquid in the refrigerator, all of which makes it obvious that the apartment wasn't even professionally cleaned. Shortly after moving in I found that there were roaches coming up through the drains.

I really enjoy living here at the Flats of Fox Hill. The amenities are nice and the staff in the leasing office are friendly and easy to work with. I've lived here for over 2 years and have not had any problems. They also conduct a criminal background for every resident and that makes me feel safe.

The apartment buildings are disgusting and the hallways are disgusting. The floors of my apartment were very dirty when I first moved in. The painters spilled paint all over the floor and they didn't clean it up after. Overall a quite unpleasant experience. But now that I've been here a bit the rooms aren't that bad. But the building in itself still needs a ton of work.
