Am having a very good time living here, all the office personnel and maintenance people are very good, and on top of any emergency that might arise, the office personnel, as soon qs they are told about a problem, they are ready to make out a work order

I like it alright. Haven't really gone out much or done anything. But all the other residents are very nice and polite when you come across them. It's very quick to get in and out of the building as well, which makes grocery trips very convenient.

My experience at The Flats at Fox Hill has been great. It is quiet, the residents and staff are pleasant, the maintenance staff is efficient and quick, and the property is always clean and well-maintained.

Greater consideration for residents schedules, giving them time to make adjustments if they want to be present and or awake for routine audit. While residents are renting; They want to feel some level of comfort/ at home.

One of the quickest and easiest move-ins I've ever done. They process was seamless from the tour, to signing the least, to obtaining the key, to the move in. The staff, especially Susan, is top notch. Friendly, helpful, and prompt with any issues you might have.

I've been very pleased with my stay at this apartment over the past couple years. The staff is pleasant, the apartment is in good shape, and the other residents are nice as well. Never have had to make any complaints about neighbors and have made only a few requests for maintenance

Very nice staff never had to wait on maintenance over a day always made sure the work was done very friendly environment l really love my apartment lots of activities I'm in water therapy. There is a pool here and I can do some of my therapy right here in our own complex pool. It's really nice to be able to do that , nice picnic area I have had very very nice picnics with family and friends really convenient.

It's be good experience so far Think need to make more community gathering activity so people can know each other. I would also recommend better renting prices for similar kind of apartments which I see in surrounding.

The community has good amenities and close to local businesses and restaurants. I find most of the buildings doesn't have any loading/unloading ramp which is a nuisance. The grounds (lawns and pools) are well maintained. Loud noises can be heard in the hallways, in general the apartment is quiet except the next door neighbours ac compressor noise.

I've really enjoyed living here at fox hill. The staff is friendly and the community is secluded itself, but still close to a ton of different restaurants and activities. It has been the perfect place for us!

Leasing staff take forever to get back to you. I understand there are a lot of residents to attend to but when I was first moving in I had to send multiple emails to get a response back. We got stuck on our balcony so I tried calling them (3x), it was still during their business hours, and the automated message said no one could come to the phone and then hung up on me (no option to leave a message). We had to ask a passerby to try and find maintenance to let us back in. Maintenance on the other hand are wonderful. Very punctual with service requests and pleasant to interact with. Try and be on the top floor if you don't like noisy neighbors above you

Good Experience living in the community. Dog owners do not clean after their pets, so the grounds are not clean. Management was notified multiple times, but no action was taken in this regard. As I live on the 1st floor, it feels disgusting to open the window.

We've been here for 3 months so far so good. The community is clean. Spacious unit. Have access to everything schools, malls, groceries store and hospitals. If any issues/problem at the unit the staff are able to communicate and resolve the issues instantly.

Overall my experience has been good. The apartments are updated. The building is pretty solid, so I do not hear too much noise from neighbors. They have been making improvements to the look of the building and the parking lots. Pets are allowed, so that's a huge plus!

We moved from FL to PA 2021. Location is amazing near by 5min what we needs. also staff and maintenance team are friendly offered service. Some reason power off in living room and i was waiting 2hours in the afternoon and I thought that need to contact to office. To me, it is first time dealing with winter season and could not find the switch so 5min later maintenance team visited and fixed it. also found out heater is not working. I have 2yrs baby and felt cold but I didn't know about heater in detail. As a result, happy to know power switch where are located and heater is working during the day. Thank you.

This place is not like any other apartment. It's a wonderful experience! People are friendly, the building is always clean. What impresses me is the trash shoot. That's very convenient. Overall I am glad I chose the flats at Fox hill!

Kazzandra was great! She made the process from viewing the apartment in-person to picking up keys before move-in go incredibly smoothly and she answered questions the whole way through. The apartment is beautiful and I'm happy to have chosen to live here.

It is a friendly, quiet place to live. Management is easy to get along with and helpful. There are plenty of recreational things to do like swimming, playing tennis, playing basketball, etc. The web site allows for people with similar interests to get together as well.

access to every where. Safe community. The packaging and mail is an issues. Laundry services are excellent and modern. New carpets in hallways are clean. Staff----Nice understanding. I would like a food service that has Sandwiches or drinks on each floor.

It's very cheap for the price and quality given. The location is nice and closed to a lot of groceries and shopping locations. The older apartments are very basic and you do not have: microwave, elevator, washer, and dryer. Otherwise, normal.

All the staff are friendly and professional. I love my new apartment and the space. Some developements have no convience ways to pay for the rent. However, their able to provide not only amenties but services for rent payment. This makes life a whole easier.

Actually, I have been in this community since 1996. I really like the location. Restaurants and shopping is very convenient. The turn pike and two hospitals are right up the road. The schools are not far either

I moved in recently and I'm new to this community, but up to now it feels safe and pleasant. I like that it is pet friendly as I have two cats. My studio apartment is freshly painted and well laid out. The laminate floors are very easy to keep clean.
