I love my apartment ?the only issue I have is the rent goes up after each lease is renewed. I'm retired and a senior . If my rent goes up and I think it is, I'll be moving out. Looking for something close

Community is good. Nice views. Nice walkways. but have issues with service work order. Maintenance staff does not having full experience about their job and have issues with job quality. Sometimes floor common areas are too smelly

Rent reasonable, has nice amenities such as pool and fitness center. I like the communication from the management team on what is happening within the community. Response from management team is good as well and they are helpful to answering any questions you may have!

Pleasant place to stay. Maintenance has quick turnaround time with problems. The facility is upkept outside and in. On problem I have is the gym. They never have hand sanitizer or soap. Unsanitary place to be at

All the staff are very professional. Office staff are helpful when you have a question. Maintenance is quick to respond, efficient at getting the work done and friendly all the time. The maintenance staff are my dog's favorite people!

So far my experience here has been good. With the exception of the coffee machine that has yet to have water since I've been here, the facilities are well kept (I love the gym), the maintenance crew has done a good job fixing things I found broken, and the area seems very safe.

It was a pretty smooth process to transfer apartments. My maintenance requests after moving were few and handled promptly. It is more peaceful on the top floor and I love the view from my large balcony.

The management here will do the bare minimum. If you want a place where management will actually care about you as a resident, this is not the place to be. If you want a place to live for a first apartment where you have what you need, then this is fine. The laundry facilities are expensive so keep that in mind and they are communal.

Overall average . Need improvement . Definitely need a children park. Maintenance turnaround time definitely need improvement. School is very near by. School bus should come down to community. it's been while waiting for maintenance to be done.

This apartment complex is perfectly acceptable. There is sometimes coffee and tea on the lobby hopefully they don't make it more expensive. I am excited for the new dog park! My dog loves being on the balcjny

Good. Clean spaces. Privacy. Security, parking, heating in winter, gym, spaces for walking around. Good lighting. Technical staff respond quickly to work orders. Laundry machines are small. Rents are too high.

Very safe, well maintained community. Close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. A mile away from the PA Turnpike and 376. Minutes from two different hospitals. Would highly recommend for anyone.

The Community is nice and the Office Staff. I like the pool and the exercise room. There are things to do here right on the property.. Most of the time it is quiet on the floor.The location is very close to alot of olaces.

Have only been here 2 weeks. It seems like a nice community. I love the unit. I am handicapped and everything is accessible to me. The only problem I have is with the large step to get out on the balcony.

it's lovely really we just need to get the toilet fix it doesn't always flush and the shower head isn't on properly but other than that it's nice i have a little walk in in closet 1.5 bathrooms it's very updated cant wait to show my family and frkwmds

So far great. Very clean, friendly neighbors, and very quiet. Was beautiful upon arrival and I love the many amenities. The only thing that I do not like is that packages at the front of my building are not secures so anyone both with and without a key can walk in and take packages whenever.

It is very centrally located and Monroeville has a lot of stores, restaurants and businesses. The parkway and turnpike are also very handy to reach and we are very close to the city if Pittsburgh! Police and Fire Co. respond quickly.
