Pros: - The property and amenities are kept clean. - The maintenance staff is friendly and work requests are handled in a timely manner. - Pet friendly. Most people are good about picking up after their pets. There's a pet spa in the clubhouse if you wish to bathe your pet without making a mess in your apartment. Cons: - Management doesn't care about your safety or happiness. The property manager has bold face lied when dealing with the drug using/dealing residents. Many residents have called/emailed to complain about it and a search warrant has been executed while a management staff member was present. Yet, when you inquire as to what is being done to ensure a drug free, safe environment the property manager lies and claims to know nothing about it. If you want to live in a drug free, safe place where you don't have to worry about drug dealing thugs or holding your breath from the elevator to your door from the stench of marijuana, then go someplace else. - Parking is terrible. Each apartment, no matter the number of bedrooms or residents, gets one parking permit. There is no assigned parking, so you're not guaranteed a spot near your building when you come home. If you need more than one parking permit, dig into your pockets and pay for it. - Privacy is horrible. I know it's apartment living, but you can hear every conversation, footstep, dishwasher, and laundry machine from the neighbors above, below, and next to you.

Pros: Nice amenities and staff. New buildings. Energy efficient. Cons: - Only one elevator, no service elevator. Moving is hell. - Noise: You can hear everything from your upstairs neighbor. The walkign stomping is really annoying. If you live in on the second floor, the garage door openers are super loud. They make the whole apartment vibrate. Prepare to jump off the bed if someone arrives or leaves when you're sleeping. - Mandatory trash pickup fee. I don't mind bringing my trash to the first floor. Not worth the $15/month. Plus, the trash outside people's doors every night look trashy (no pun intended) - Parking. You only get TWO guest parking spots per building! The guest parking spots (especially on building 4) are far and on the opposite side of the guest entrance. Logic? Very minimal parking spots for residents and the building if not fully occupied. Even after they charge $50/mo. for a second vehicle. If you are a couple, most likely you will have two cars!
