Easy move in process, Richard and Nasair makes it super easy, they are also quick to follow up. It's a beautiful community and the apartments have so much light and air coming through, you don't feel like you are in a dungeon. I'm impressed.

I love this community. I have been here 8 years in two different units and can't tell you how highly I recommend PARC @ Plymouth Meeting. Office staff is helpful and responsive and have always had wonderful maintenance

Great experience. The staff are extremely helpful. Maintenance is completed very quickly. Excellent complex. The apartments are modern but a few years old, however really nice. Really well constructed, I have been in some newer apartments that are thrown together. This one is not.

I have unfortunately been the victim of theft upon first moving in and subsequently the electricity has been turned off along with currently being mistreated by someone from the staff, whom is using illegal levels of hydrogen sulfide into my apartment bedroom and kitchen ventilation system. I don't feel safe and have contacted all proper complex management corporate and maintenance for assistance in ending the malicious disbursement of harmful chemicals.

Community was very clean and well kept when I initially moved in. I would say within the last 2 years the complex has seen a deterioration in overall cleanliness, character of tenants moving and just overall drop off. The building hallways and stairwells are not cleaned and vacuumed. I have letter noticed the same trash outside for days and same dirt in hallways or stairwells for weeks. I have even picked up trash and debris on my own.

Great amenities and apartment quality. If I had any nitpicky negative comment it would be that parking close to my building is difficult sometimes but I believe that is only because I am in building 2000 which is very close to building 1000 that has an underutilized parking area.

the complex is laid out to be efficient and easy to navigate. there is plenty of parking especially at the rear of the buildings. the rooms are quiet except for the occasional road noise from rumble strips and trucks.

Great community! Friendly neighbors and leasing staff. I love the community events that are sponsored by the leasing office. We lived here since 2015 and it's with great hopes we'll stay. I have no complaints.

Are time here at Parc apartments has been okay! ! I think a little more security could be better. I also think that new rugs are needed and new paint in hallways. More signs are needed for slower speed to many people don't stop at the stop signs.

Very good to excellent. The office staff is very responsive and friendly. Maintenance people are very courteous. Upkeep is great. But railing are needed at every entrance that has even two steps and this isn't the case now.

Management is great, fast too. It's wonderful knowing that even in the worst case, a repair can take an hour for them to respond. Any Lease can be changed almost instantly. But the pot in the bathrooms smell is overwhelming for what I'm paying per month. Then I find out that one whole building smells like pot. I've been in my unit for two weeks and already for a way to get the smell down. Management told us they won't do anything until we call the police.

Staff is helpful, maintenance is excellent, landscaping is beautiful, and my apartment has high ceilings and a patio. Residents are very friendly and while I no longer have a dog, dogs are welcomed here.

New Resident-Two Months Office people are very nice and maintenance staff is prompt and skilled. Parking for residents is an issue. Clean of gym could be much better (air vents and floors). Specific buildings should be designated as Residents with Pets building.
