Excellent! The community is good and the staff is good. Very convenient to supermarket and shopping center. The space is huge especially for the onebedroom apartment and the kitchen area. The trash management system is also great. I really enjoy living here.

The staff are very pleasant. Maintenance staff is excellent. Apartments are spacious and common areas are nicely decorated and maintained. The pool and clubhouse are conveniently located. Traffic noise takes getting used to but location is ideal.

The community is very nice and quiet and everyone is super friendly. The pool is very nice and there's always a lifeguard on duty. The apartments are very nice and quiet. The location is perfect it's close to all major highways in the area. I would recommend it to anyone.

Parc has been great! The amenities are awesome and my apartment is fabulous! Great appliances and finishes. Neighbors and staff have been very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect with close access to major highways. with secured accesse to all buildings I feel very safe.

My husband and I have our permanent residence in CA. Every election cycle since 2008, we have come to PA for 6 months to work on the elections. In 2016 (for 6 months) and now in 2018, we have resided temporarily at Parc. Previous to our stay at Parc, we stayed at another apartment comples. Parc is far superior to the other apartment. We appreciate the entire staff, the newness of the complex and the aesthetics and maintenance of the common areas. If we return to PA in 2020, we will definitely stay at Parc.

The space is amazing. The amenities are plentiful to free Starbucks coffee every morning to fitness center and the large common areas. The "living Room" is a great place to sit on a Sunday morning to drink your coffee and read the Sunday paper or read a good book.

I have only lived here for a short period but so far everything has been extremely satisfying. The close vicinity to shopping and recreational venues is also a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this for anybody looking for a great apartment home.

The community has been great - maintenance has been top notch and the leasing agents are helpful an friendly. The yearly rent increase is excessive for a community outside of the city. Would be better served if they kept that to under 10%

I appreciate everything that I need is in this area. Like shopping for clothes, food, my Drs. friends, movies theater, banks, cleaners, gas stations, post office, restaurants(RedStone), also getting my nails done. So glad that my first choice was to moved here.

I believe that one building should be dedicated to people that don't have any dogs or cats that way you don't hear dogs at night when people go out and their dog is miserable all night by barking constantly.Sorry for being so blunt. I'm not used to so many animals all over the place and dog poop in the grass.

Overall I gave the move in process a 4 out of 5. the only issue was having top use one elevator, this took much longer since there were no steps. This is obviously nothing the personel of the community did wrong, but I figured I would mention. 111

So far I've been very happy with the experience at Parc. The staff is very responsive. The facilities are new and easily accessible. The apartments are well appointed with good lighting and very nice appliances. The noise level is minimal, with only some small issues regarding footstep noise from above. so far so good.

My husband and I have been living here for almost 12 months and have been completely dissatisfied with the way that the Management Office has dealt with our complaints and would NOT recommend living here. From the first few months we moved in, our upstairs neighbor children would bang and jump relentlessly. I spoke to the Office Management many times about this and all they did was say they would speak to the people upstairs. They finally after many emails offered up what they considered a concession which was to move US if we signed another 12 month lease. Then come to find out they renewed the upstairs neighbors lease! So now someone has to go through what we did for a whole year. Just awful! Make sure you ask them how they handle noise problems- because they will not move the problem at all! They also manage their reviews so be careful who is sponsoring the review page. Good luck!

We have been living in this community for more than a year, and we have a lovely experience. We would strongly recommend it to friends. It's expensive if you compare it with near communities, but it's worth to pay it, but please do not increase the prices !!!! Fantastic place to live, five thumbs up !!!

Wonderful apartments with very nice staff.... Only downside is parking:( Kind of is unfair to have to pay for a 2nd car and neither the first or second car is guaranteed parking outside your building. But otherwise, the place is wonderful, maintenance is great, and staff is friendly!

Have always enjoyed it here and am going to continue. The apartment is a comfortable size and very well appointed. My only criticism is the amount of noise from upstairs neighbors and that depends upon the neighbor.

Parc is brand new and is beautiful. The office and maintenance staffs are friendly and respond promptly to questions and needs for assistance. The amenities are wonderful in the clubhouse: a gym, computer room, massage rooms, a game room, large screen TVs throughout, concierge services for packages deliveries, gas fireplace. There is a pool and outdoor grills as well.

Parc is a beautiful residential community! If looking for a great place to live, I would undoubtedly recommend Parc! My leasing agent was professional, patient, friendly and extremely helpful as she provided all necessary details and assistance to simplify my moving process! Not to mention...
