The staff is very helpful. Amenities are fine but people abuse pool rules. Drinking alcohol, allowing swim diapers and blasting music are not allowed but ignorant people don't care. Noise levels are very good if you are on the top floor

The apartments are beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. However, I do have issues with traffic and parking. The location is often traffic-locked. The road gets backed-up to a standstill making it hard to exit the premises. And there's no parks within walking distance so if you want to take your dog out, you need to drive.

Jenna was wonderful and very helpful as I moved in during Covid.It is very dog friendly and also be up being able to get coffee whenever I want is a great perk. I also enjoy that there is a swimming pool and an area that I can go and sit in the morning

Love living here! It's been 3 years and we still enjoy it. My apartment is huge considering TS an apartment. Staff is fantastic, community is friendly but quiet. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and done right the first time.

Community is nice and friendly. Apartment very clean and cute. Management very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We just moved in and are very happy with our experience so far. Would definitely recommend.

I have enjoyed living in this beautiful place. Everyone has always been helpful in all ways. There are many interesting events planned by the staff at various times. We are able to meet other renters. Pets are welcomed.

Great community, friendly staff, quality apartments and amenities. Pet friendly with good walking trails. Walking distance to stores and restaurants is a plus. Very clean facilities. Definitely a feel that you get what you pay for.

The Parc Community is a nicely run apartment complex. People are friendly. It's nice to live in a pet friendly development where owners take care of their animals. There are not enough social activities compared to some of Toll Brothers other communities.

Clean and well maintained! We knew we wanted a Toll Community based on our previous positive experience. Happy to be hear. So far, everything has been great. Leasing process was streamlined and it was a great overall experience.

We've only been at Parc for 3 months and have nothing but good things to say about it. The Staff, Maintenance and Residents are all so nice. The location of the Community is so convenient to local shopping and restaurants.

Residents are unfriendly. If you like prison, you'll love it here. One resident threw all of his furniture out his 3rd floor window and then fired off between 14 to18 rounds. It's next to the mall but you can't walk there. Also, there is no public transportstion. Forget about out of town visitors. ..

Recently moved in, so far quiet and clean. The management staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful. The apartment, main building and grounds were clean, folks so far are friendly. Haven't had the chance to explore the neighborhood just yet.

From the sales team, especially Jenna!, to the maintenance staff, everything is done efficiently and professionally. The grounds are always maintained?beautiful flowers in the spring and summer and snow removal is always done.

Nice staff and new buildings. The ceiling is much higher than old houses. Living room has hard floor instead of carpet. Saving more than hundred $ for heating each month in winter compared to previous apartment.

The community is very friendly. You can choose from a variety of living choices. If you have any problems, they will send workers to help. There is a big area where you can exercise. There is a very nice pool with lifeguards

Great community..... well run..... excellent communication. Especially love Jenna for all of the help that she has given us. The amenities are fabulous and well maintained. Although there are always one or two folks who skirt the rules, most of the people here adhere to the Covid guidelines and I feel pretty safe here. My fellow residents are just a nice group of people. Very friendly.

Great facility. Noise typical of an apartment. Pool is nice but this past summer they were too difficult on signing up to use pool. Typically less than 15 people total were at pool at one time. Most area apartments had a pool count of 25-30 which could gave bend easily n safely done at parc

I love the fast response to any issues you my have, the ground are always kept beautifully, and the Staff and community is friendly and willing to help in any way they can. I'm totally pleased with my stay at Parc Apartments.

Nice quiet community. Everyone is friendly. Maintenance staff do a great job when they come. Can't wait for the summer so I can use the pool! If they had a parking problem, they fixed it. I don't have a problem getting something close.

This is the only site with glowing reviews for this place, reeks of fake news. Not to mention the amount of reviews, which doesn't even make sense. This place calls themselves "luxury" but it's far from it. You will experience the same parking, noise and neighbor issues most people do. I would recommend not living in this area at all. There are much quieter areas off the main Philly artery that will require a little drive, but will provide a much higher quality of life. Research the robbery and shooting incidents that occurred here over summer 2020. Their handling of COVID also left much to be desired, as they allowed numerous gatherings/tailgates in the parking lot during red phase lock down. 0/5

We absolutely Love it here at Parc. It is beautiful and so well organized. The staff is awesome and our move in was great! The office management was so accommodating during our decision to move to Parc and so helpful all along the way.

Move in process was great! Covid made some aspect of the move a pain but over all the management was very helpful and made everything a breeze. Parc is a great place for some who is starting a new life in PA.

The leasing office has a really great staff, responsive, informed, and in particular Jenna who now has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager is incredible, she went above and beyond to show me all available apartments that might fit my needs. She was patient, very knowledgeable, professional, and simply listened to my needs and was never pushy during the process. She followed up immediately after our appointment and sent me videos of the units, as well with an email to cover things again. I was quite impressed and decided to make PARC my new home. Great community, location, and atmosphere.
