It is a very comfortable and easy living community. I moved from a large house to a carefree lifestyle. The design of the apartment gives you a larger feeling because of the high ceilings. The pool is very relaxing in the summer.

The experience at Parc has been amazing. The professionalism and friendly demeanor of the staff is awesome. The staff remembers your name and treats you like family. The apartment is exactly what I need and it's well maintained.

Parc is a beautiful community. It stands up to it's motto of Live like your on vacation. The staff is very professional. The location is close to Turnpike and Blue Route. Also many shops, restaurants etc. Other than traffic, which is everywhere anyway, it is a great place to live.

Don't be fooled by the name, it is neither park-like in nature, nor is there adequate parking. It's overpriced, and uses nice finishes to hide cheap construction. The buildings are slowly tearing themselves apart with each slam of the apartment doors (and trust me, they slam). The place is poorly run, and management uses every opportunity to hit you with another fee. I will say that maintenance and grounds-keeping/landscaping/snow removal are excellent - they do keep the place looking very nice. But make sure anything management promises you, you get in writing - because they'll deny it the next day, or find some way to charge you more for it. Oh, and they tow cars without notice. Every night, no first warning or anything. The buildings in the center don't have nearly enough parking, so you might end up parked several buildings over if you get home late. And visitor parking is very limited, so forget having people over. Noise within the buildings isn't bad, though you will hear your neighbors. The biggest source of noise is busy roads and constant truck traffic on all sides of the community. These same busy roads also make it challenging to get in or out of the community at rush hour, since traffic backs up both ways, and they're refusing to open the second exit to the community. The best thing this place really has going for it is easy access to the highways, so it's a good commuter spot for people who don't spend much time at home.

Overall a great community so far. The only thing I dislike is the "valet trash" service. I would prefer everyone take their trash to the trash room so the hallways remain clean. Who wants to invite guests over for dinner while trash lines the hallway?

We love living in Parc. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is super friendly. Its conveniently located to major roads and there is plenty of shopping areas nearby. The clubhouse is beautiful and has everything you would need!

I have been a resident at Parc at Plymouth Meeting for over a year now, having renewed my lease for the 2nd year through 2018 mid. I pay my rent on time and have has no issues, but today changed all that. All residents who have the 2nd car pay an extra $50/car/month. I did too. My car was towed away because the tag that they provided fell to the floor of my car (I had hung it on the mirror. The tag is not a sticker). They towed my car without checking to see if my car was registered with the leasing office - which should have been the first thing to do if you were towing an illegally parked car. The lease clearly states that the registration with the leasing office is what counts as an "illegal" parking situation. I waited for the leasing office to open and they were rude and inconsiderate - there were 2 leasing agents who were trying to tell me that I was in the wrong. And the Manager stepped out and asked me to "deal with it" and waved me off. I had to hire an Uber and find the towing company (Pat's towing) and then look around for cash of $150 to pay them because they didn't take credit cards. Which legal organization behaves this way? The whole situation as horrific and has tainted my experience with Toll brothers. I have lost half a day of work and my peace of mind for the rest of the day. All, despite having a legal parking permit which Parc at Plymouth failed to verify before allowing for the car to be towed away. I used to ask my friends to consider looking at this complex, but I won't anymore. I am moving out after my lease is complete. You have lost a loyal resident. I will be revising my review on social media to reflect my angst. I am deeply disappointed that this is how Toll Brothers - a company which I held in high esteem chooses to treat its paying residents.

So far we love the apartment space and amenities. We have some concerns about those amenities being used by non-residents on the weekends. We think the community itself is beautiful and the apartment we live in we love.

Parc is a very clean and quiet community. Great amenities. I just wish the residents would respect and follow the rules in place more than they currently do, such as dogs on leashes and pool guest policies.

this is a very nice community. The staff is very responsive. Great location although the noise from the turnpike can be loud and annoying at times. The main doors are also very loud. They should really find a way to may closing the doors silent for those who live above them. They can be startling at times. Would like to see some decreases or extra perks for when you sign a new lease.

Residents regularly do not pick up after their dogs, and the complex leaves dog excrement to rot on the lawn. A giant unsightly pile of debris in the neighbor's lawn behind building 7000 is embarrassing when guests come over. The air conditioning system in the building regularly breaks down.

I've lived here for 5 months and I love it. Property is very well maintained, all staff is very friendly and courteous. It's like living in a hotel but with the comforts of home. There are lots of activities to involve community members. As a single person this is particularly important. I can't wait for the new bocce court and area around it. Looking forward to pool in the summer.

Newly built, attractive buildings and grounds, nice exercise equipment and rooms, common area rooms, great staff, and hand location. The only negative is the windows are not very sound proof as there is a lot of noisy, heavy truck traffic
