I've had a wonderful experience at Parc thus far. The Leasing Office and Front Desk are always very kind and helpful. Everything is very modern and clean, and the amenities are amazing. Wish it was hot enough to have the pool open longer :( Sound proofing is very good in my building, I don't ever hear anyone really. I play my music without worry too, and no one has ever mentioned hearing it.

It's a clean newer facility. The staff is very courteous and helpful and maintenance team is excellent. The apartment complex is easily accessible to schools, public transportation and local entertainment.

The community is fine. The only issue I have is that 2 of the outlets are not working in the kitchen. I will be calling the office to schedule a repair. Aside from that everything has been fine since my move.

Great community! Have had nothing but good experiences at Parc. Management has been very attentive to our needs along with the service department. Amenities are great, beautiful clubhouse and pool! Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone.

Great amenities and leasing office team! I lived at Parc in 2015/2016 and moved back in 2018! I love the location and close proximity to major arteries to get me in to the city and other surrounding neighborhoods, shopping and fine dining. Also love how pet -friendly it is!

I love it here. It's quiet, clean and it feels safe. The staff is friendly and responsive. My 2 bedroom apartment is comfortable for me and my two girls. My lease expires at the end of October and hoping I can renew it if they don't increase my rent.

The community has great amenities. Neighbors are very nice! The apartments are good quality, but they could definitely be maintained better. Staff could be more helpful but since the prices have dropped, they don't seem concerned with customer service. But hey it's cheap! Honestly, the location's a commuters dream!

When I moved Into Parc I loved It. Now I don't. Things break and get repaired but it seems to be never quite right. There have been small issues here and there that haven't bothered me for the most part, but the air conditioning is a big issue for me. It took three times for them to get it "right" and now I am being told I cannot turn it below 70. It does not feel like it is working well and I am uncomfortable in my own home. When I am sweating in my apartment but I am told I cannot adjust the temperature I find it very frustrating. It's supposedly "fixed" but it does not feel like it is. It is a quality of life issue for me. This was never a problem before it was fixed but now my apartment is uncomfortably warm. I requested that an HVAC company come in to look at the air conditioning unit only to be told that there were certified techs in house. It still need to be repaired again after that. I have senior dog and having to worry it will break on a hot day while I am not home is very stressful to me. This is not the standard of service that is my idea of "good service".

I lived at Parc for two years. As far as the maintenance crew, there are no complaints from me there. They were prompt, courteous, respectful and extremely polite. In regards to the receptionist(s), the first I encountered was a guy that was fantastic. He left the company and was replaced with a girl who was absolutely terrible. Any time you wanted to get a package from the clubhouse, it always seemed like an inconvenience for her. She never had a smile on her face and didn't even "fake" being nice. The last receptionist I encountered was also equally impolite. The community itself was OK. Many residents abused the parking privilege by not paying the extra $50 a month for a second spot. This was frustrating if you were one of the people like myself that were paying the extra $50 while others were just parking in visitor spots or wherever they wanted without being charged. As mentioned in other reviews, during the winter months residents take advantage by having huge parties with non-residents and take over communal areas. This causes confrontation as we were supposed to only have 2 residents per apartment as our guests. The worst part about Parc? When we lived there, our rent was $1960 for a 2BR. When we left, the rent dropped nearly $400/month. Not only is that a kick between the legs but I would NEVER recommend this place because of it.

Have lived here for just over 1 year. Toll Bros on-site staff has complete disregard for enforcement of common area rules & regs here at Parc. Pool and common grilling areas are continuously overrun by non-residents during warm weather months and staff does absolutely nothing to control this and enforce guest limits. Most of the staff are just apathetic: Not mean, just not very friendly and only marginally helpful. They never really seem very happy. Also, if you're looking for a quiet community - look elsewhere: Police are called to this community on an almost weekly basis - either domestic disputes or common area fighting and arguments stemming from the lack of rules enforcement with resulting overrun of pool area by nonresidents. Will not be renewing lease.

My apartment was immaculate upon moving in. The community is SO friendly as is all of the staff. The grounds are beautiful and well kept - there really isn't a thing you need to leave for except to grocery shop! Parking is convenient for myself and my guests. I have 2 emotional support animals that PARC was amazing with handling on my move. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience thus far!
