The leasing team at specific Rich D'Alessio was excellent. They helped us and cleared up all our doubts. We came with a short time to rent the apartment and a single move in date and they did everything they could to get our home. We are really grateful for the service provided to us. The apartment is super clean and everything in great condition. Overall our experience was excellent.

Price fluctuation on same size units was something that when first looking for a rental apartment I was not aware of. My first call to parc two months before actually moving in I was quoted a price much higher than my budget. It left me searching at other local apartment complexes. A month later after searching and about to make a decision elsewhere I was educated on why pricing changes weekly on same type and size units. I decided to call and see if something may of changed at Parc. I signed a lease a week later for a unit I waited two additional weeks for at a price at if not a bit below my original maximum budget. I could of chosen a similar complex with over all full in costing me 10% less a month but felt that the lay out of the units and the locating and amenities as well as over all service was worth the additional monthly cost. While only here a short time I have been impressed and comfortable. Suggestion is offer future options if leasing office is able to see a month or so out.

Apartments are nice, staff is kind and patient. I would recommend this place to my friends, I'm not really sure what to type I think 200 character is too much, umm what else well I like that I had Dairy Queen and Chick Fila next door too lol

Experience has been great. Soup to nuts, no real issue! Easy process, attention to detail, accommodative, flexible and real helpful. Also, very through in the entire process from start to stop. Very satisfied!

Maintenance in these apartments is very timely and excellent, one visit is all that is needed. Grounds are kept beautifully and snow removal is excellent. Apartments are very quiet and halls are kept clean.

I have only lived here for about two weeks and the experience has been wonderful. It is a clean and quiet environment which is perfect for middle-aged people like my wife and I. The parking situation is excellent and I really have no reason to complain about anything.

Very beautiful apartment and nice environment. Convenient to every place. High tech used in the lock and mailing system, plenty of parking. This is a new apartment building, and we love to live in this apartment.

Its very clean and well manicured. After minor renovations, there is plenty of parking for visitors and residents. I miss the laundry room for heavy quilts and king bedding, they removed it. People are friendly and PARC provides socials and meet-ups so residents can establish community. The complex is ideally located near numerous malls and thruways, easily accessible to the city and suburbs. They might consider an additional small pool for babies and toddlers since they are not allowed in the main swimming pool. As a senior citizen it is difficult to make small repairs like installing wall mounted tvs, painting, putting together furniture(Ikea), hanging art work etc. The gracious maintenance men are not allowed and its a problem for me and other residents. This is my first apartment after leaving a family home so its difficult to compare.

My move in experience had been great the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I have not run into any issues throughout my first two weeks here and I don't expect to in the future. Parc is a great place to live!

The community is quiet and clean. The only issue is parking. It not alot space near some of the buildings. They do a great job with trash and recycling. The gym is amazing and is top of the line. Overall its like a vacation at home.

I just moved in a few days ago, but so far my experience at Parc has been great. The move in process went very smoothly and the office staff were helpful. I have met a few neighbors already and they have been very friendly.

Just moved in. Everything was as the website described and as through the meeting with the leasing office. Parking first come first served. May have to look into that but garages are available to rent. Close to every store needed and the major highways.

So far so good I have no complaints I really like the set up I love ? how professional the staff is the only issue I have is u are only allowed 1 person besides anyone who is not on the least to enter the pool ??

Everything was immaculate the view is amazing and the neighbors are friendly. I plan on staying here for years to come. All appliances are in pristine condition and everything look brand new. I'm happy with my decision

It's starting to feel like home. It's a well maintained beautiful priory with very friendly people and lots of amenities. I love the sound of the birds. The wide hallways made moving easier than expected. Love all the natural light that comes in

Really good place to live, quiet and a nice community to just walk around. The gym and other amenities are state of the art and ever offer Peloton bikes. The apartments are great and clean and well kept.

So far the experience has been great. Move in was easy and everyone I've met has been friendly. Looking forward to using the pool and BBQ area. The maintenance staff has also been very friendly and responsive.

My experience at Parc was horrible. The community looks great, but other than that it isn't tenant friendly. It is so loud within the units. You hear everything. The parking is horrible and they overcharge for everything. There is a sinkhole in the parking lot and they tow tenants all the time. They have no regard for their tenants. The police get called on a regular basis. The appliances do not function properly. All in all, I would never live there again.

I think the walls are to thin. I hear my upstairs neighbor walking as ll the time and it can be irritating. I'm use to a house where you can have peace and quiet. Plus this summer someone was collecting trash all day with an old truck that needed a muffler. The noise was unbelievable. I did report it and he stopped collecting trash all day. The office and maintenance staff are great.

Feel like I died & went to Heaven! It's a lovely place to live! Great bargain for the Buck, everything is taken care if for us! Even Trash Valet, that was the icing on the Cake! I have s small Unit 763 s.f. And it's perfect !

Upon my arival on move in day, the process went very smoothly. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions along the way. The apartment was in great condition and the community is very well kept and peaceful.

I really enjoy the peace a DHS serenity here. The complex is well maintained. The apartments are new with nice amenities. The maintenance is really good and proficient. I would recommend this complex to a friend.
