The apartments are beautiful, we always get compliments on where we live. It's conveniently located to the turnpike and many shopping areas. They keep the grounds nicely maintained and often host events to engage community members.

Great location, and amenities. Awesome clubhouse for gatherings. Close community with neighbors. Great school district. Close to entertainment and restaurants. Toll Brothers properties a plus in different locations

I just moved into the apartment but so far everything has been wonderful. The lease and keys were ready when I got the office, Jenna walked me through the apartment to confirm if I had any questions. The place was clean and ready for me to move in and the elevator was reserved for me to use on move in today. Everything has been great and really looking forward to my stay at Parc!

Leasing staff is discourteous and towing policy is not adequately or fairly enforced. Many vehicles without passes are routinely not towed, including a police cruiser. An occupant had a vehicle towed even though the parking pass was displayed in compliance with the policy. Leasing staff could not prove otherwise and admitted fault, but refused to refund the towing fee. No noiseproofing from outside or inside the building, upstairs neighbor movement is very disruptive. Staff will not entertain complaints about upstairs neighbor noise.

Love the apt. But the noise level from residents that live in apt above me is very loud. The floors should be more insulated. Also not enough guest parking spots for each building. The idea that u would be towed without a warning first is really wrong. Other then those two things I'm very happy with the office staff & the maintenance crew have been wonderful. Also the snow removal has been excellent.

We have been very pleased since coming into our apartment. Any problems, which have been at a minimum have been handled promptly. Personnel, office and maintenance, are very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend without hesitation.

Perfection. The residences and office staff were very welcoming and friendly during our move-in. The amenities are great and we are minutes away from shopping centers, highways, and the regional rail station. We love it so far!

Nice area and apt community. I am only here temporarily (1-2 yrs) after selling my home. The visitor parking situation is not ideal. So I am paying extra for a garage and space. It is ok for temporary situation.

Great apartment layout. Clean and safe. Modern amenities. Leasing staff are friendly and helpful. Only wish they had real hardwood floors or at least laminate and not the fake wood look alike linoleum.

It's been mostly good - with exceptions of not being attentive to people with disabilities. In the summer they had a lot of problems with people outside of the community using the pool and throwing parties - the pool rules were rarely enforced - even people throwing parties in the common areas that were definitely not residents.

Very positive experience. We feel safe. Very clean, great amenities, office staff is available long hours. Maintainence is quick and reliable. Units are beautiful. Pets are welcomed. Unit is quiet, I feel valued.

I just moved in about a week ago, but so far so good. Nice community. My move in process went well. Prior to moving, staff ( Jenna and Joanna) were very helpful with helping me find the perfect unit. So far I'm very pleased!

I have never been more miserable at an apartment complex than here at Parc. My quality of life has gone down living here and I am desperate to get out of my lease. I cannot sleep due to the noise. The point in paying for a place to live is to have a place to sleep and you have not provided me with that. The manager has no respect for me as a resident and has no professionalism.

This place is great! Amenities galore. Trash pickup and right down the street from the turnpike or 476. Great food spots as well. Pool and common areas are a total plus. Rent is high but you get what you pay for!

Great place to live well maintained buildings and grounds and a group of wonderful employees always willing to help beatiful pool gym business center somethi g going on at the clubhouse every month steam rooms and even a place to wash your dog this is the place to live so many restaurants and shopping nearby

Wonderful community, amenities and staff. Maintenance is always prompt and courteous. My only issue is one elevator in each bldg. This makes it difficult when there is a move taking place. Overall, great place to live!

The staff here are first class and the amenities are great, perfect for what my wife and i need. The rent is worth every penny, dont go somewhere else in the area to save $100 a month. You get it back ten fold here.

Things are great here but we thought that the ac could be fixed at the same time the heating was. We apologize for any inconvenience. Overall this place is really great in many ways. We just wish if we had a request that they would be there that night or day. Which we know isn't always the easiest thing to do.

Upbeat Community vibe. The staff is courteous and aims to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Great amenities. Updates to facilities have continued since moving in over a year ago. Residents are friendly.

My experience has been, for the most part, great. My only complaints or disappointments have been with the use of the Amenities by Residents who bring their family & friends in large groups to picnic and cookout at the amenities the Residents pay for for their own use.
