While the apartments look nice (on the surface) and are extremely affordable, there are some important things to consider before signing a lease. Where do I even begin? Parking: unless you pay an extra $150/month for a garage, you're screwed. There's not nearly enough parking AND Parc had the nerve to hire a towing company to tow your (or your friend's) car if you violate one of the 1,000,000 rules (they are obsessed with rules here, by the way). There are like four guest parking spots, so don't even think about having company over. Also, there is a waiting list for the garage. Management: Justine and Joanna are nice, but the place is managed horribly. There's no direct line for tenants to call, which is unacceptable. You have the call the main line and "press 2," and then if you're lucky, someone will answer. They send out these patronizing "rules and regulations" reminders written in the most unprofessional tone I've ever experienced as a renter. We get it-- some people violate the rules. But that doesn't mean the entire community needs to be spoken to like a bunch of kindergarteners. If you have an issue or complaint (such as noise) and try to reach out about it, the manager (Michelle), takes your number down and never calls you back. Packages: can only be picked up before 6! Work late? too bad for you! Safety: there NEEDS to be a traffic light AND a cross-walk at the entrance. There are some businesses across the street (nail salon, dry cleaners, etc.). But if you try to walk, you might certainly get hit by a car. If you try to drive, you might also get hit by a car. Appliances: cheap! and probably bought on clearance along with the SLOW elevator. Our "brand new" fridge broke within months, but they were kind enough to replace it with another (used and dirty) one from another unit. Also, our stove had a chip on it before we even moved in and they had the nerve to charge us for it when we moved out! They took it right out of our security deposit. TIP: when you move, take pictures of EVERYTHING so that when they accuse you of breaking it, you can show them their cheap stuff was already broken. "Pet-friendly": yeah right! You can't even take your dog with you to get the mail (which is quite a long walk depending on what building you live in. As a busy working professional, I, like many, like to kill two birds with one stone while walking my dog and getting the mail at the same time. The reason they gave us for this rule is that some tenants have allergies. Give me a break. I've never lived in a dog-friendly apartment that restricted dogs from the mail room. Common area: these seem cool when you're touring the place but on the weekends in the spring/summer, they are crowded and gross. The pool is filled with loud children and the BBQs are filthy. Garbage: the garbage policy is not only annoying, but disgusting. Tenants are instructed to put their trash outside of their apartment units between 6-8pm on certain weeknights. Then a company they hire comes along to collect it. This causes the hallways to smell AWFUL. It would be so much more convenient to have a garbage chute on the floor (like normal apartments). The garbage company also has their own long list of "rules" you must follow. If you violate, they literally leave you a report card hanging on your doorknob. Entitled much??

The community is great. I have had mostly great encounters with everyone except for my neighbor directly on the side of my bedroom. She tends to yell and argue on the phone late at night and early morning but other than that everything has been great.

Great community. Great maintenance staff. Front office is horrible. They frequently lie and deceive residents. They are slow, unresponsive, and not helpful outside anything that they are charging you for.

It has been a few days since our move here and therefore I can't tell much. Our first impression is the staff is great, the area well maintained and clean. Except the usual noise from street we do not get disturbed from other units. The amenities are beautiful and I am sure ver enjoyable. The place is in close proximity to schools and shopping as well as to major roads with easy access to Philly. Overall, our experience has been positive so far.

We've really enjoyed this pleasant, quiet community. It's located in a great area close to local shops, and a short drive to downtown Philly. The modern touches make it feel like home. You can hear some traffic from the nearby road, but you generally don't hear your neighbors.

Let me be the first to point out the irony of "Parc" and there being a major issue with parking. Staff is extremely ignorant and rude. Noise factor is appalling. Do not rent here.

Had initially enjoyed living here until you started towing cars. Can no longer have visitors due to the inadequate parking. I have women visitors who cannot walk two city blocks in the dark-assuming there is any parking space at all in the visitor designated spaces. You've made this a hotel, not a home.

Experience has been very good - however parking is still a major issue and very annoying when you want a guest to come over. It is a production to find them a parking space. Otherwise, the staff & maintenance is great. Have had no isues with amenities.

I love the community. Amenities are fantastic. Can't hear anythinthrew the Windows. Upstairs neighbor can be heavy footed from time to time but nothing terrible. Making great updates as well. There is a projector in the gym which seems to be broken more than it works. I wish that was more reliable

Parc has all the makings of a great community however the noise between floors is unbearable. The amenities cannot accommodate all of the residents ex. There should be a kiddie pool and playground. And the clubhouse closing at 11 is just sad.

My experience at Parc has been nothing but extraordinary. I was offered a job in the area and was given only a week to find a place to live and move in. Parc has graciously worked with that intense schedule to get me into an apartment before my start date. They have been there every step of the way to ensure that I was able to feel at home.

the apartments are wonderful, large and nice. and the grounds are kept beautiful.. and the staff are also very nice. The only downside is the noise above and below each apartment. with wooden floors you would think they make them soundproof.

The staff is great very attentive and quick to react to any issue no matter how large or small. It has made for a easy transition after moving in from out of state. Parc has been a great place to live!

Apartment is pricey, but very clean and modern with great amenities. They have a trash valet system which, in theory, sounds pretty nice but also results in very smelly hallways during pickup hours. Pool and gym facilities are great. Anyways, the noise factor is unbearable. It is right next to the turnpike, so street noise is pretty much expected. As such, I will not complain about that because actually, it is pretty convenient to be close to a major highway. However, I am on the second floor (out of four) and the noise from the upstairs neighbors has affected me in a very personal way. Colors appear less vibrant, and sometimes I like to make time in my day for a good cry as I reflect on my past experiences of having a good nights sleep as that is now nothing but a faint memory. My work productivity has declined, and I have aged several decades in just the one month I have been living here. You may be reading this and think "well hey, at least she's on the second floor and not the first!" But nay, I am right above the garages which are perpetually opening and closing, resulting in a constant, dull vibration and deep roar. In summary, the apartment could very much be gold plated with a live in cook or maid, and still not worth it to live here. I do, however, highly recommend the fourth floor.

The community is very well-kept with great amenities offered. The only area for improvement, is the dependability and response speed of the office staff. My apartment was very clean upon move-in and the move-in day went well. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

It is very expensive to live here. Yes it is luxury living. It has its pros and cons. If you can afford it I would say go ahead. If you are younger they don't take you as seriously as an older adult which isn't fair. The more money you have the more nicer they are. Places are gorgeous inside. Love the amenities and location. Is it worth all the money- I'm still debating every month.
