The application and move in process was well organized and very easy. The facility is well maintained with amenities and programs/events tenants can take advantage of. The staff do their best to meet requests with patience and properly taking new tenants through each step in new environment.

great community, really clean and nice amenities, mailroom and package delivery is great. the trash service is great. the paint is gray in the rooms not white so it feels more like a home than an apartment. no complaints.

Very nice community. Grounds are kept clean and the neighbors are welcoming. I would highly recommend this neighborhood to hany of my friends. It is also a great location, near the mall and many parks

Very nice community and very updated and well planned out apartments. Management and maintenance has been very good so far. One major issues I have found is walls are very thin, I can hear upstairs neighbors washers/dishwashers and other appliances clear as day.

Great management staff are always Courteous, professional and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Nice quiet peaceful community. Pool and gym are great. Barbecues are top notch and always clean. Very dog friendly.

I was lucky to find this apartment complex because it is close to the main highways and the city of Philadelphia where I work and close to many beautiful parks, shopping centers and malls. More importantly, the Parc is new, clean and nice. Also, the office staffs are nice and easy to communicate with.

Great community. Close to turnpike, NE Extension and downtown. Shopping and restaurants a stone's throw away. Great maintenance and friendly, helpful staff. COVID- 19 respectful. Great amenities. Trash service

Pricey and not worth paying extra. The pool and amenities were a huge plus when we were looking for an apartment. Due to COVID, everything has been scaled back and while technically "re-opened" it is not what I was expecting. The pool is just concrete seating and no shade, with too much noise from the turnpike to relax. The apartment is incredibly noisy due to the turnpike and you can't leave the windows open without excessive noise drowning out any conversation between the kitchen and balcony. The balcony itself gets filthy from turnpike smog and will track dirt into your apartment. Do not get a room in building 6 facing the turnpike unless you intend to never open windows or use the balcony. There are also ongoing problems with the elevators in every building, so I would not recommend the higher levels if you are unable to take the stairs.

I just moved into Parc this month. The service of the staff and office are second to none. Everyone is very professional with a "customer first" thinking. Work orders are completely timely and no hesitation. If this is what I can expect, I will definitely be renewing my lease.

Beautiful area but a Below average management team. The management team needs to respond to the needs Of their residents, rid property of rats and other pests. The physical layout of each apartment home is lovely however. This is a credit to Toll Brothers not the management team

I just moved in but so far my experience has been all positive. The apartment was repainted & very well cleaned. It was ready to move right in. All appliances were immaculately cleaned & in working order. Moving in was hassle free! Jenna & Rich in the office were super helpful & professional through the whole process.

I am happy to relocate to this place, living here like you are on vacation. In overall neighborhood is quiet, management team are available all the time, responsible and friendly, I would recommend this place to whom are looking for clean, green and quiet place to live.

Great location, terrible parking, noise level can be horrible on weekends and rent rate plus amenities are way to high for an older property. I wouldn't recommend this property for these reasons. Also hard to get a hold of staff members fifing business hours.

Comfortable and spacious apartments. They respond quickly to maintenance requests. The staff is eager to help. Convenient to transportation and stores. There is a mall almost within walking distance. One drawback-Not all residents discard trash as noted in the lease.

I've only been here for a week, but I already love it! Everything inside my apartment is fresh and clean and new. The community is very nice and helpful. The view that I have is of the clubhouse and the pool, and it's probably the best view I the whole complex, but I'm sure everyone would say that. We look out upon greenery and trees, or a water basin in almost every direction. I feel like I'm on vacation - but I just signed a lease! :)

I love living at Parc. The apartment and community is beautiful. The maintenance and leasing staff are always very helpful and respond to my questions/concerns immediately. The other tenants are very nice and friendly.

Very clean location, with daily upkeep. general nice area and location near stores and turnpike is convenient. People above walk heavy during awake hours, but very quiet in building overall. (covid-19 during move in)

So far I have loved living at Parc Rentals. The apt are so modern & up-to-date & very clean. The complex is very clean & nice. It is like you are staying at a resort. The management team in the office could not be any nicer & very efficient when it comes to requests.

The parking situation has always been a problem. The way you raise and lower the prices for apartments is unethical and having us pay insurance is also wrong The office is nice but nothing changes. Add a dog park

Everything is great, but being informed that the noise from the outside to your neighbors is pretty loud. For my unit, there isn't as much parking, but other than that, the clubhouse and amenities are great! I've moved in last Monday and it has been pretty great.

Very nice. Grounds and clubhouse kept clean and attractive . Pool is excellent . Neighbors are usually exceptional. I have enjoyed the community get togethers but miss that during the current situation.

I had a wonderful tour with Rich prior to moving into Parc. This is my first apartment home so I was new to the process. My apartment was immaculate upon my move in and I was very pleased with the condition of it. I had an issue with my lock the first night I was there and emergency maintenance came out immediately and rectified the situation. Very happy to be calling this place home!

Happy with the experience here seems like we have a problem things are taken care of except our floor we still have a problem with the glue Been going on since we moved in in June Will have to talk to management to see what we can do the Pyxis floor sometime to get some possible dust all over the place

There are a lot of amenities to enjoy. As someone who has a dog it is a very dog friendly community. In the morning I am greeted with a hello from other tenants. Everyone seems to keep the area beautiful!
