I felt a sense of community when I first moved in. There were alot more activities than there are presently. The apartment has a great layout but needs to be updated such as appliances, bathroom tiles and shower stall.

Amenities have been great? and service has been tremendous. The team has done a great job with up keep of the building? and everyone has been super professional. I have really enjoyed living at this complex.

Love living at Parc Apartments. This is a wonderful community. Residents and staff are so friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and I can't get over the different kinds of flowers and trees. Can't say enough about the cleanliness of the apartment buildings and club house. Only suggestion would be the pool area it needs to be bigger. There should be more chairs and umbrellas. The lifeguards should clean the pool every hour especially when the pool is crowded. Otherwise I am quite happy living here.

It has been good. Lived in a different apartment number from 2015-through last middle of December 2020. you need more characters, how ridiculous!!!, this is the reason that I don't like to take your survey. You can't just let the person answer the questions and let it go. What if I don't have 200 characters to add then what?

Naz was a pleasure to deal with took me through every step when I didn't understand he fully explained and followed up very respectable and always made time when I had a question I would recommend him to any that was looking for a apartment. And would tell them they where in good hands

Overall a nice complex. Feels safe and things are generally kept up adequately. Biggest problems are a lazy maintenance staff and the garbage room makes the entire first floor of the apartment building smell of trash. Office staff are alright. Rich is great and always helpful. Can't vouch for anyone else.

The entiire staff have always been very helpful to me. As a senior citizen with limited mobility I appreciate all the help and consideration that I have received. from the people who work at Parc Apartments. I always tell friends and family members about how much I enjoy being here.

Everyone was very nice and excepting when we moved in. There are many amenities that Parc provided that comes in handy such as trash pick up, storage, parking, both gyms, and even the wash room for the dogs.

I have only been here one week, but I am very pleased with it and happy to be here. The people are very friendly, management team is very helpful and I feel very secure being here. My family is in love with the community and that makes me happy.

Parc is a quiet, safe and beautiful place to live. The staff are friendly and professional. The grounds are well kept. The buildings are clean. The parking can be a little tight, but there is always a spot not too far away. I would say that I get my money's worth.

Parc in Plymouth meeting has been a pleasure to live at the past few years. From the leasing office staff to the maintenance team, any small issues or concerns have been quickly and promptly resolved.

The maintenance crew at Parc are prompt and professional. The leasing crew, however can be a hit or miss. The management team can be rude particularly Jenna. She doesn't speak much but when she does she is never personable or friendly. She can benefit from leadership and client experience training. I try to avoid her by all means.

Parc is an awesome apartment community. It is maintained so nicely. The maintenance staff are great. Office management are very nice and professional. My husband and I are living at Parc for almost a year and we were happy to just renew our lease agreement. ??

This has always been a very pleasant community in which to live. The neighbors are friendly and supportive. Parc management and their technicians are responsive, as well as open-minded to ideas that will lead to a stronger community.

Overall positive experience. Would like to have a more security presence noticeable throughout the community on a 24 hour basis to eliminate any problems before they start. Walls are very thin; some people do not abide by noice rules

Parc is wonderful. The staff is always friendly and the maintenance crew is fast and reliable. We've only had a few issues that the office took a little too long on, but compared to other apartment communities, it's nothing. Valet trash service is also something I can never live without again!

Great customer service and fast response time for any concerns/questions. The apartment was clean and no major concerns. Small concerns were addressed immediately. The apartment staff and management were accommodating during move in. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained along with the community area.

This a very friendly community The pet friendly atmosphere also seems to make residents happier and friendlier. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a place that is pet friendly. The staff is also very knowledgeable and can be easily reached.

We truly could not be happier living at Parc! The entire community is so well-kept and everyone is incredibly friendly. Common-use amenities (pool, grills, fire pits, gym) are always clean and ready for use. It is a perfectly safe place to live. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

2 grand a month for a glorified Motel 6. Nice location right next to a busy freeway. I love getting woke up by truck's cruising by at 5am. Thanks ---- Brothers!!! You guys do a great at doing your job with 2 employees in the leasing office. Lol You are joke.

Ive been a resident at Parc for almost 2 years and the Community is awesome. Quiet, Safe, & accessible. The office staff goes above and beyond their call of duty to satisfy their residents. I highly recommend!

Very happy with everything. We love the quiet of our building. Everyone we have been in contact at the complex is very friendly and respectful of everyone else. Management is great and always ready to solve any problems in a professional and timely manner. Any employees we have encountered have been very friendly. We recommend Parc to everyone.
