It is really quite place, with nice amenities such as gym and lounge and swimming pool; gym has been renovated and it is really clean and well organized. the building itself is also nice and clean but does not soundproof well that I could hear all the walking talking sound from neighbors.

The apartments are very spaceous and clean. Some of the kitchen is older but in working condition. However, there is no dishwasher or micowave in the apartment. There is plenty of storage space, as each room has its own closet. The only downside is the apartments are very spread out, so it can make the clubhouse a walk for some of the apartments.

The experience has been good so far and I don't have any complains as such. I'm satisfied with the apartment and the services that I have been receiving. It is a nice peaceful place to stay at decent price

The newer staff members and the old maintenance people are very nice and kind. I have gone to voice concerns about neighbors to the staff before and they have been very good at responding and taking action. The gym facilities are good and new and have been working properly ever since the renovation (which happened around Feb-Mar 2017). The pool is only open for a duration of time that does not allow "normal college students" to make use of it. Although the weather in May can be a bit chilly still, I would suggest keeping the pool open all the way through the end of September. I am personally concerned with the annual increase in rent of $25/month which starting August 2018 will be brought up to an additional $40/month. This is an unjustified raise since no extra or improved services have been added to the community.

The apartment is compact and nice. No problems with servicing and any other amenities provided by them. The community is too big and people hardly meet or know each other. Overall, it was a great experience.

Poor experience. Rent has significantly increased. Parking lot floods right in front of my building, making it difficult to enter my apartment when it rains. Service is glacially slow at times. Central air takes forever to cool apartment and wastes ridiculous amounts of money on my electricity bill. Charges you yearly for amenities (bus pass and cable) even if you dont use them.

The buildings in Phase 3 do need TLC and it is being worked on. The main issue is and will always be feeling pressured into the amenity fee which is not cheap at $250 per person per unit. I just wish it was broken down so you could decide what you want to use and pay that amount. It gets tagged onto your rent in the same month that it increases so you can't even break it up over time to pay it down.

The staff was really helpful and where able to answer my questions any time. They have updated amenities in the club house as well as in the apartment. The price is the best in the area and is very hard to beat. They really care about and look out for their residents.

Very convenient location, near lots of restaurants and shopping. Bus pass included in annual fee which is great. The amenities are very nice and the community is fairly quiet. I have an efficiency apartment and it's perfect for one person, plenty of space.

I like the panoramic view I get from my apartment and the ability to overlook the forested hills in the distance and the trees that are much closer. I also like the tranquility of the area and the low-traffic roads. I don't like that I have to go all the way to the admin building to do my laundry since the path is not concreted all the way. I love going to the gym!

Vairo is a good, inexpensive place to live. It is close to shopping, the highway, and only 10 minutes from campus via bus. It's easy to bike anywhere. It's way quieter than living downtown. It's also easy to go for walks and bike rides through the Arboretum lands and state game lands 176.

It's been a good experience until recently when I found out my lease was renewed automatically. I'm aware emails were sent but was aware of this when I signed the contract. It's disappointing the amount of money he community also wants to cut the contract. I'm barely surviving and 4 months of rent to cut a contract that I wasn't aware of doesn't seem reasonable to me

The location of this apartment is very beautiful and close to the major shopping. The apartment community is nice and the management are very good. The apartment has a very good gym facilities that I seldom find in other apartment. They also have the pool. The management team is very prompt and respond to any service request quickly and efficiently. On the down side, lawn care is not on the mark as other things. The lawn and laundry room are not regularly cleaned. But overall, the Vairo Village offer a non-costly living opportunities with all the major amenities. Thus I love to living here.

The noise heard inside my apartment home (304-A) is much louder than my previous apartment. Particularly, noise from the floor is quite annoying although my neighbors living upstairs have been very careful about this. In addition, compared to other phases, the condition of grounds in my apartment complex are significantly worse. It is filled with overgrown weeds and there are puddles.

N/a. I've only lived here 1 week so I don't feel that I've lived here long enough to comment on the apartment complexes yet. So far our experiences have been pretty good. The ceilings are incredibly thin though. Our upstairs neighbors is up every night until about 3 am and we can hear every movement.

I have lived at Vairo Village for several years and have had a great relationship with the leasing staff and especially with the maintenance department, which has been very friendly and professional. The maintenance staff are an asset to Vairo Village.

I have had no major problems with maintenance. Every problem I have had has been fixed promptly and free of charge. The only things that I wish this apartment had are a dishwasher and in unit clothes washer/dryer.

I had good experience for the 1st 2years of my stay in vairo in different apartments but this time it is the worst. Worst, old and most run down apartment was given to me without even showing to me .It has problems with floor and they promised to fix it but now they are giving all kind of excuses to NOT do it.

Decent experience since move in. Not a fan of the appearance outside of our building. Not sure if there is some sort of construction going on but there is little to no grass outside of our apartment. Also our parking lot has a lot of potholes when pulling into our parking lot.
