I've been living here for 2 years, but the apartment itself has been leased for 4 years (not everyone moving out at the end of each lease so only one or two people are replaced each time, so it wasn't a brand new lease when I came in.) The office staff overall is great. There is one lady who tends to be a bit rude, so I try to avoid her, but everyone else is fantastic. The property itself is a little older, but it's decent considering. Maintenance- is pretty good, they're quick to respond to requests. When I first moved in there was an issue with our fridge from the people who moved out before me (the door literally fell off), and they were quick to come and replace the whole thing for us for no charge. Parking--- is okay. I live in building 233 so it kinda sucks in terms of distance from the parking lot, but there's enough spaces and visitors are able to park there 6am-11pm with no problem, after 11pm if you have visitors staying overnight, it's $3 a night. Noise- We don't hear a lot of noise from our neighbors with the occasional exception. We also don't hear a lot of noise through the apartment, unless if someone is screaming, the walls are decent. Laundry- We're lucky enough to have a washer and dryer unit in our apartment, but I understand there's only a handful of apartments that have this as an option. There is a laundry facility next to the office. Gym- The gym is also next to the office, it's not big but it's nice. If there's a lot of people there though you'll probably struggle to use what you'd like. Grounds- the appearance is nice, they've been doing a lot of improvements over the past few years. They redid the parking lots and just top soiled all the grounds and did some landscaping. They also redid all the sidewalks that needed redoing. There are plenty of lights throughout the property and parking lot, I don't have any problems going between my car and apartment and it's a little bit of a distance. The downsides I have- Because we're on the second floor, you have to go up a flight of stairs as soon as you go into the apartment, which is fine- but the distance between the bedrooms, especially the master, and the door, is so great that if someone is knocking, you often cannot hear the knocking. It would be nice if we had a doorbell or something. There is an annual $250 amenity fee, which includes use of the gym, pool, clubhouse, having basic cable and your bus pass. It would be nice if they made the bus pass optional and having a lower amenity fee. I very rarely use my bus pass because I have a car and work overnight shifts when buses aren't usually running, at least not in the area I work. It would be nice to be able to opt out of the bus pass and pay less for the fee. I would recommend this place. I haven't had any major issues and I continue to live here. The rent for our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom is $1100. There are 4 of us living here so it turns out to be less than $300 a month.

The leasing team is very rude and not helpful at all. They just try to make things complicate for people. My roommate showed only payment receipt for the rental insurance, and the housing office issue her the bus pass. But when I went there to get my bus pass, they are saying, "oh, we need to see your policy with the valid date, blah blah blah...", and I had to go there several time to make things work.

I lived at Pennwood North for 10 years. The management was very helpful, it's close to the places I was able to get to in my motorized chair, and I miss living there, but was forced to move due to illness.

The Vairo Village leasing and maintenance teams have been fantastic in recently renovating my apartment in preparation for another year at Vairo. They installed new countertops for the kitchen, vanity for the bathroom, and floor for the closet all within one business day. Scheduling with them was easy, and the communication with both teams has been prompt, honest, and helpful. Right now I can't stop smiling as I walk about my living space, and I'm excited to share these improvements with family and friends. I'm working with the team to update the carpet in the months ahead, and I'm looking forward to it. I've been living at Vairo for about 10 months, and they have made considerable efforts in addressing all of my questions and concerns. It has been a pleasure living at these apartments, and I would recommend this place to individuals who are seeking an affordable living space with great support.

I lived in Apt 225B for one year. It's a 3-bed room. I would not recommend this place to any other people now. Everything is "ok" given its relative low rent (surely not cheap).. no maintenance... walk 10 minutes to do the laundry... AND NOW the rent is NOT even lOW! They didn't return any of the $1165 security deposit and even charged 66 more bucks! The reason is "renewing all the staff you used". The truth is, it's not new when I moved in there!

this apartment complex is a piece of ----. it is one of the cheapest places to live in state college for students which is why i have to live here. i lived in the 3 bedroom at apartment 226D the past two years. there were spiders, centipedes and some other random bugs constantly in my master bedroom and i had to spray at least once a week to keep them from crawling on my bed. the maintenance people just walk into your house. i was about to get in the shower once and they just came strolling in while the door was locked and no one answered, ready to come into my master bedroom to put a screen in the heater or something. we went to transfer apartments at the end of our lease and they told us we had one day to move out and into the new one. upon moving two guys showed up telling us we were supposed to have been out already even though we spoke with two people who told us otherwise. the cabinets still have handles in the center of the doors back before people figured out what torque is and that it takes less effort to open the door with a handle on the edge. the kitchen floor was disgusting as well. instead of replacing the cabinets they decided to update the bathroom wall tiles, which had nothing wrong with them. they finally installed a dead bolt lock after a year living there. we figured the one bedrooms would be an upgrade so we moved to one. the heating bill was the best part! the heater which also was in the master bedroom and woke me up due to noise, ran constantly, yet somehow i was wearing a hoody and sweatpants and still cold because the heat wouldn't stay in the apartment. we tried putting material on the windows and everything, nothing worked. sky high bill. i am sitting in it the first night and if you have the air on, the room literally rumbles for about a minute before it shuts up. it wakes me up constantly throughout the night. now to find out i am laying here right now trying to sleep and whoever is on the first floor has their air on and my walls are literally vibrating. it sounds like someone in the city who is driving by with a system in their car. i just moved my whole bed into the living room. basically, if you can afford not to live here don't. the management here could give two shits about your comfort because they are so cheap. they will not show you the apartment you want to live in, they will bring you to a show room instead. i cannot wait to get out of here.

I very rarely do these types of reviews, but this place definitely deserves one from me. Let's first list a positive so this review isn't all doom and gloom. Vairo Village is located at the "top" of Vairo Boulevard. Basically, this means that you're almost always guaranteed a seat on the popular V/VE buses as you're heading to campus. Yeah, that's it. Let's move on to the negatives, and there are a ton of them. I'll go by the categories given to me by Apartment Ratings and add my own as I see fit. Parking is fair, depending on which apartment Vairo Village throws you in. If you happen to live in the 200s where you might have your own "backyard" parking, then consider yourself screwed. Parking is a nightmare in those cases, because the driveway is ridiculously tight. In addition to that, Vairo Village doesn't seem to understand the concept of "shoveling snow". They don't even shovel the snow because they think a leaf blower will get the job done. Suffice to say, it leaves a lot to be desired. Once the snow starts turning to ice, you'll be rolling the dice as you drive down that steep driveway. The walls at Vairo Village are paper-thin. This is by no means an exaggeration. I can hear my apartment-mates' conversations as clear as day without being anywhere near the wall. If I fart, the entire building will know to expect the smell soon enough. Their maintenance crew also chooses the most interesting times to do work. At 7:30 AM, I heard them banging on the roof, making repairs. They obviously know the majority of their tenants are college students that need sleep, so why 7:30 AM? The interior design of the apartments aren't too bad, but falls short in a few areas. The windows can be the bane of your existence, even more so if you live on the first floor. The windows in Vairo Village are all single-pane. During winter time, the result of that is very noticeable. What's even worse than that is the window screen. Do not touch it. Do not disturb it. When I was helping my roommate clean his window, I poked it once and it plummeted to the ground. The screen is really loose and really easy to steal. I know this, because one of my roommates lived on the first floor before and had his window screen stolen. Vairo Village ended up charging him for a brand new screen. The kitchen, however, absolutely takes the cake. The cabinets themselves squeal louder than a dying pig, and the kitchen appliances look like they've been around since the silent era. As I was going over the cost of replacement for the kitchen appliances, I noticed the cost for replacement for the refrigerator was a paltry $1000. As I look at the refrigerator, it is in no way worth $1000. A $1000 refrigerator gives me a water dispenser, an ice maker, and an incredible amount of space. The refrigerator I have has none of those perks, and is in no way worth $1000. Don't make me laugh, Vairo Village. Staff and maintenance are what you normally expect. Once they get your money, you're on your own. The only thing they care about is finding out new ways to charge you for mistakes that are not even your fault. My apartment had bed bugs, but no source was located. They instead decided to move promptly to treatment, without even finding the source. We were charged $200 for a treatment that couldn't manage to kill a baby bed bug. It is now three months since the treatment. My bed bug collection grows by the day. They refuse to do a thorough search throughout the apartment building when I requested it. Screw them. I honestly can't say much about maintenance. They're fast, and get the job done. If you were hoping for a conveniently placed laundromat, guess again. The laundromat is located at the very north of Vairo Village, and is quite a hike if you happen to live on the opposite side. Especially when you're lugging a hamper full of dirty clothes. Laundry isn't exactly cheap either. You're looking at a $3.00 for wash/dry for a single load. If you are a pet person, and would love to bring a dog or cat with you, then you're SOL. Vairo Village bans all kinds of pets because they claim that future tenants may have allergies. However, towards the end of our lease, they require that we, the tenants, have the apartment steam cleaned. Steam cleaning is proven to help reduce or even remove pet dander from the carpet. So then why ban pets? I would not recommend Vairo Village to a friend, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The slogan for Vairo Village is, "The feeling of 'Ahh, home.' when you walk in." Something like that on their lease, but it's more along the lines of, "Ahh, crap. I'm living here?" This place isn't the worst possible place to live, but I would only recommend this place as a last resort. Happy hunting.

I lived at Pennwood North for 6.25 years while I was in grad school. The rates are good for State College, and I really liked the location. It was also great to have parking available for visitors. I walked or biked to campus instead of taking the V Bus. It's not a bad commute to campus over Curtin-->Bike Trail-->McKee. The trails nearby are nice for running or biking--I spent many hours on them sweating out the stress of thesis and dissertation writing. The apartments aren't luxury suites, but they can be cleaned up nicely. At times I could hear my neighbors through the walls, but it was not too bad. The staff was helpful and courteous. At times the laundry facility could be crowded--but that's the price to pay for having the best laundry rates on the street. When I moved out I got most of my security deposit back. Based upon my experiences I'd recommend Pennwood North to someone moving to State College.

Stay away if you want privacy.

Overall, this is not a terrible place to live but I wouldn't recommend this complex if you have other options. For the amount of money you pay (my one bedroom is 715 a month) it isn't worth it. The maintanence people entered my apartment on multiple occasions without notice. Additionally, they are all extremely unfriendly. When they show up at my apartment I leave just so I don't have to interact with them. My floor is uneven to the point where I literally trip over the bumps. I know the place is old and they are trying to make upgrades but the drawers in my kitchen don't even close. Basically, if you don't mind stained counters, uneven hazardous floors and cranky invasive maintenance men, it's a great place to live. Oh and don't let them fool you, the amenities aren't included in your rent. They are an extra 300 dollars a year. Good luck.

                    Not too shabby

Honestly it's what you'd expect for what you're paying. The place seems really old, and the hallways and stairwells creak like they're going to break. The parking is adequate, but they charge for visitors. The place was relatively clean when I moved in, and maintenance was pretty prompt with fixing my move-in problems. While I was living there, they replaced the toilet and kitchen floor to "modernize" the place (the toilet sucked and felt like it was going to break every time I sat, and no I'm not overweight). Staff was pretty good. The leasing agents could be a bit terse, but not too bad. They were reasonably responsive with me and pretty friendly. Overall I'd recommend living here, but not to expect anything too fancy.

                      Great place to live

I don't understand why people put many negative comments here. I've been living here for 4 years. This fall is going to be the fifth year. I enjoy living here. I aggree some apartments are not new, but all rental communities have pros and cons. The staff are really helpful, especially Tawni to me. She made a lot effort on my transfering this summer due to my personal issue. She is patient, responsible, professional, and really cares my situation. I couldn't thank her enough. Parking slots are more than enough. Any houses made of woods have noise problems. This place is safe. VV has been improving their apartments like balcony, bathroom, roof, etc. The maintenance is really quick. This place is not expensive at all compared with other apartments like copper beach, parkway, etc. Overall, I like living here.

                        Hell hole

Parking - They do NOT cleam their lots. 0.01" of snow, and you are pretty screwed. It becomes very slippery, and you need to negotiate pretty steep slopes at entry and exit. You will find yourself unable to enter the lot or unable to stop at the stop sign at a steep slope and drifting dangerously onto Vairo Blvd even if you have new tires and brake coming in < 5 mph. Just bad design. There are HUGE blind spots and the road is only one car wide at the entrance. You will avoid near accidents with dickheads who drive 20 mph into the blind spot. When you stop at the stop sign and try to turn left, you will be dazed by a huge light which is focused into your eyes instead of the sign it is supposed to illuminate. You can get a parking permit only if you have your name on the registration. If your friends park there beyond 10 PM - you pay 3$ or get towed. And if you park on the wrong side during one half of the week on a snow day, you get towed. Noise - If your neighbor farts, you will know it before the smell hits you. Paper thin walls. Maintenance - good, but the staff are pretty rude. Please don't stay here. There is a good reason this is cheaper than other places, and you are much better off shelling the extra few $$. The AC/Heat work horribly. Your apartment either becomes a furnace or a freezer if you just touch the thermostat. It's a hike to get to the laundry. Money grubbers - their pool doors lock from INSIDE at 8:00 PM. If you are stuck inside, you are required to pay a lockout fee to get out. The only other places I know of, which lock you inside are high security facilities which are protected by people in black suits.

HOW DID VAIRO DELETE MY POST?

I am definite that I wrote a post on 6/1/11. You can see the same post on Yelp. Since Apartment Ratings and/or Vairo had it pulled I'm just going to post again. The post below this one made on 6/30/11 is also mine. Happy Apartment Hunting, just as long as it isn't at Vairo Village. My Original Post made on 6/1/11: I agree with all of the negative reviews of Vairo Village you find on other sites. If you are remotely thinking of moving into this complex, DO NOT DO IT! The majority of the positive reviews are coming from the management or owner of the complex. There is no way this place could possibly get a 55% on apartmentratings.com I lived at Vairo for a year and regretted it. I grew to hate it so much that I voiced my opinion on some fliers I posted around the complex. The fliers were taken down promptly. The thing that really pushed me over the edge was their disregard and insensitive decision to begin renovations around the complex during exams. This is a college town, Vairo and the rest of the town population is very aware of our schedules and exams. Everyone knows once exams are over all the students will be gone. Why would you start renovations while we're here? It makes absolutely no sense. See below for the truth and warnings. If you go through this review and are still considering this place. Sleep on it. It may be the only place with vacancies when you're looking for an apartment. There's a reason why. It sucks. I can understand if you have no other option, but even then try finding another place to live. Parking: There are plenty of spaces, but if your friends want to park, you have to pay to print a $3 parking pass. That's $3 a day. Money grubbing at its best, Vairo Village. Noise: Do you want peace and quiet? You're not going to find it here. As mentioned above, Vairo decided to start renovations for many parts of the complex during exams. REALLY? WHO DOES THIS? Renovations started before 8am and even occurred on Sunday. The workers worked without regard to the safety of the tenants. The noise coming from your neighbors is pretty loud and clear. You can hear their alarm clocks, phone calls, laughs, tv, etc. The walls, ceiling, and floor are paper thin. If you're a student that intends to study, you won't be able to in a Vairo apartment. Grounds: Not horrible, but they do a lousy job at picking up trash. With drunk college kids, you'll see some trash thrown about the complex. That same trash sits where its thrown forever. McDonalds and other fast food wrappers are a plenty. Safety: Parking lot is lighted, but there are many blind and dark spots everywhere else. Construction: This place cannot be renovated despite their attempts. They need to demolish the complex and rebuild. Maintenance: Despite all the negativity and bashing, the maintenance is pretty quick. They're pretty responsive. But when they need to enter your apartment to change something or spray for insects, they almost never give you notice. By Pennsylvania law, they are required to give you notice. Vairo should be reprimanded for their laziness. An email or a voicemail wouldn't hurt and it takes a few seconds. It's a huge invasion of privacy every time they step into your apartment unannounced. Staff: Only talked to them at move in and move out. They're nice, but they just want to fill an apartment. Overall: VAIRO SUXS. Live somewhere else. You will thank me. If you want to live around the Vairo area check out Lions Crossing or Nittany Crossing. Much nicer and better managed.

                                (formerly Heritage JOKE Apartments)

I had the misfortunate of living in this God forsaken hell-hole for an entire year while I was a student at PSU. We all referred to this place Heritage JOKE Apartments. The front door would often get stuck shut for days at a time, and then we had to go in and out through the windows, which had single-pane glass, no weather-stripping, and visible 1/4" gaps to the outside air. A wide variety of rodents and insects often ventured into to the apartment to greet us. Damp and moldy carpet, damp and moldy drywall in the bathrooms. Cheap, ancient kitchen appliances that worked sometimes, sometimes not so much. No dishwasher, no washer/dryer. Flimsy floor construction ensured that we on the first floor heard EVERYTHING that happened on the second floor, including any music, TV, sex, yelling, talking or even walking. Not sure if they even had a maintenance staff, because quite honestly the dump was beyond repair. Sidewalks turned into sheets of ice in the winter, because again, they had no maintenance staff to shovel or bother throwing any salt down. Office staff were beligerant monkeys who threw their feces at you if you complained about anything. Very far from campus, so have fun waiting for the biggity BUS, because there is only one about every 45 minutes, if it shows up on time or at all. I cannot fathom how this dump is still in business so many years later. Of course whatever shysters own this pile of garbage now had to change the name to "Vairo Village" because everyone knows that Heritage Oak is actually a Heritage JOKE!!

Things to be aware of before you apply

I would like to state from the start that I have not actually lived at Vairo Village. I have several friends who live there, so I've visited frequently, and I was contemplating moving there with my boyfriend because we wanted a bigger apartment. The apartments are a decent size, and upstairs apartments have a balcony. Rent for a 3 bedroom place is $955 a month, which is relatively inexpensive given the location (although heat and electric are NOT included in the rent). The walls are pretty thin, so expect to hear your neighbors. Parking is plentiful, and friends can park without being towed. At first, the good seemed to outweigh the bad at this complex, so I set up an appointment to see one of the available 3 bedroom apartments. When I called to make an appointment to see one of the three bedroom places that was available, the office staff was very friendly to me. However, they will not let you see the actual apartment you are moving into. They have "model apartments" set up with some basic furniture. These apartments are in pristine states because no one ever lives in them. I felt very nervous about the fact that they would not let me see the actual apartment that I would potentially be living in for an entire year. Having seen my friends' apartment, I can pretty much guarantee that the place you move into will not be as nice as the model. They emailed me a 'prospective tenant' packet, and there were some things I didn't like in the fine print: --They have a ridiculously high application fee. They charge $60 PER PERSON who will be on the lease. This is twice as expensive as any other place I've looked at (most places charge $25-30 if they have an application fee at all). If they decide to reject your application, they still keep your money! --At the time you submit an application, they also want a $550 holding fee. If they accept your application, that becomes your security deposit. If they reject your application, you get the 'holding fee' back. I have NEVER come across another place that wants a security deposit BEFORE you sign a lease. --As part of the application process, they will do all kinds of investigations: criminal history, rental history, employment history, income history. They state in the fine print that the total income of the applicants must be at least 3.5 times the cost of the rent. If it isn't, they will reject your application and keep your application fee. For students, they do allow parents to co-sign the lease to get around this. --If you sign a lease, in addition to the application fee and security deposit, they also want the first month's rent and a $295/per applicant 'amenity fee' at lease signing (the amenity fee gives you cable TV in your apartment, a CATA bus pass, and access to the apartment complex's pool and fitness room). In my opinion, that is an awful lot of money to slap down all at once. After learning about all the hoops you have to jump through in order to rent from Vairo Village, I was scared off. As a visitor, the apartment complex appears slightly above average. But my boyfriend and I were just not willing to do a little song and dance and slap down over $2000 up front just to live there.

Worst Place to live. All the Yes reviews are utter lies and sound rather fake. I have this feeling that Vario Boulevard employees wrote them looking at the usernames...hmm. Staff is extremely rude and bipolar. They are money hungry, the second they get a hold of your money, they will treat you like crap. For example, one of the ladies at the leasing office, Tawni Phillips, is probably the rudest of them all. After I handed in my security deposit, I asked to see the model apt and get some more details, and then she started yelling at me for no apparent reason. Also many times I have had rude encounters with the employees at the leasing office. The models they show you look nothing like the dingy real apartment which is disgusting. The parking spaces suck, but the good news is that your friends can basically get away for parking for free since there towing policy is never enforced. Noise is a HORRIBLE problem. The apartment I stay in is right next to the stairs, and I hear EVERYONE banging there steps upstairs. Its UNBEARABLE AT night. Street Lights go on and off all the time, big issue in the evening. The whole complex is reality is just so old...and UGHH, I highly do not recommend. Stay away, do not get lured in by them!

                                      STAY AWAY

I have lived in at Vairo Village for almost two years. To put it simple, the place is a crap hole and the maintenance people are worthless and one took a crap in our toilet and never flushed. When I moved into the apartment, the carpet was a mess (it is brown with white paint dripped all over the place) the walls were dirty and clearly not painted correctly. The dry wall is cracked in several locations and there was leftover hair from the previous resident, that was painted over in the bathroom. We have had squirrel infestations in the walls and once in our actual apartment. They got in through the ceiling and climbed around in our walls. It took maintenance over three tries to "figure" out the issue and now after a year, since the weather is getting worse, they are coming back again. The major problem is after a snow storm, the water and ice back up in the gutters because they do not clean them and now it is coming through our kitchen window. The water was over an inch high in our kitchen and it took them almost a week to come back and "fix" it. For the second year in a row our kitchen window is leaking and I spent over an hour trying to get in contact with maintenance, of whom do not care. The only good thing is, you can have friends park here and they won't be towed, no matter what their stupid rule is. The building is POORLY constructed, you can hear people walk past and hear their conversations.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'm extending my lease one more year till I move out of State College next year. Vairo Village is the only place I've ever lived in State College. The apartment is very nice and spacious with reasonable rate, the office staff are great, especially Tawni that I talk to all the time, very professional, warmhearted, and ready-to-help. Also parking, transportation, quiet environment are so great! If you are looking for apartment in state college, I highly recommend VV.

                                              Don't Live Here!

The office staff is rude and unprofessional: they talk down to you and talk back to you. They say they'll call you back with information, and they don't. The office is closed for lunch everyday, so in addition to their limited business hours, they're closed for an hour in the middle of the day. Sometimes, if they have a "meeting" they can be closed for up to two hours, during which time you can't get a hold of anyone to help you. You can leave a voicemail, but they don't call you back. Maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. They really do their best to take care of the problems you have. It's more helpful to call maintenance than the office, in many ways, and much more satisfying, as maintenance actually cares and the office staff could care less. When I moved into my apartment, there was a gap between the door frame and carpet, and bugs were coming in and out freely. Unfortunately, this could only be taken care of during business hours. (Which meant, I had to wait over the weekend before anyone took care of anything). There's a huge lamp outside of my apartment door which is good for safety, but terrible for bugs and in the summer whenever you opened the door, a lot of bugs would come in. I don't understand why they didn't put the light up higher. In the middle of the year, flying ants suddenly started coming out of my kitchen and I was told that pest control only comes in on Wednesday. So basically you may have to wait up to 6 days before anyone will come to do anything. The carpet is old and filthy - I have a strong vacuum and it still can't get it clean. The blinds they put in keep breaking and falling down because they're not installed correctly and no one wants to fix it properly. One time, they entered my apartment to install a new shower head without notifying me before or afterwards. The kitchen cabinets are old and in bad shape, so it's no wonder that there's a flying ant infestation. The water has three temperatures: burning hot, tepid, and freezing cold so it's hard to take a comfortable shower without either freezing or scalding yourself. The walls are really thin to the point that I can hear my neighbor's cell phone vibrating or when their microwave is turned on/off, in addition to other things. Insulation is terrible, a lot of cold air comes in from the windows and door in the winter and also from the utility room that has the heating/air conditioning unit. This is particularly a problem in the studio because that utility room connects the apartment to the bathroom so it's not like you can just keep that door shut all the time.

                                                The staff is not professional

The apartments are good, I have been living here for several months and I did not have any problems at all, everything is working greatly and if some problem occurs, the maintenance people are very quick and helpful. BUT... the office staff might seem very nice to you at first, they are helpful but this is only until you sign the lease. I assure you as soon as you sign the lease the people in the office will treat you like bullsh**. Like someone wrote before, they just want your money, as soon as you give them the check and sign the papers, they change drastically. They even yelled at me on the day I moved into the apartment. I called the maintenance to ask about something (because naturally I don't know how things work in the apartment) and the "lady" who answered the phone yelled at me saying that "if you can't change it, it is made not to be changed so you have to use it the way it is." When I called later I had to go through with their PMS-like attitudes a few more times. I think they are not paying enough to them, so they are extremely unhappy or the human resources does not have any training programs on "how to treat your tenants as human beings"! They are not professionals, for sure. So if you rent an apartment with vairo village, try not to contact the maintenance by phone, they have a good website, fill out the form in there so that you don't ruin your day by talking to grumpy women in the office. I avoid them as much as I can.
