The apartments are squeaky, much like every other place in State college. It may feel a little far from campus. However for students, it's quite and perfect. If there are any minor issues, maintenance is helpful and quite prompt

It's a nice and cozy place to live in. The bus stop is easily accessible (but not to all the apartments). The office staff is nice to talk to and are very punctual in their work ethics. Winters are harsh here but the Cairo authorities are doing all the possible attempts to make life easy for the residents

I moved to Vairo Village this semester. I have a studio apartment, and I absolutely love living here. It's a very calm and relaxing community. The bus comes right outside and is extremely convenient. There is nothing I can complain about it.

Everything is good, good facilities, however the response to a complain is not satisfactory. Recently, I had a complain on water leakage in toilet flash and one of the staff attended it. However, it is still not resolved.

So far my experience at this community has been great. Nobody is loud, the staff has been extremely helpful to me, and everything is located within very convenient proximity to my apartment. I have everything I need, right here in one place. It is also very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a lot of other places to shop, etc. They could use a little bit more lighting around the exterior of building 22/24 and near the basketball and tennis courts and houses there. A lot of people take that path to go do laundry, and at night time there is almost 0 light while you are crossing there.

Very disappointed in the quality of the apartment services. The WiFi is absolutely horrible, and I don't understand why we can't just have Comcast. I also hate the fact that we've complained about various things to be fixed and they haven't.

I like the environment here.Its close to EVERYTHING but it's out of the way. Most neighbors are Friendly. Apartments are in there own little area.Lots of trees nice place to walk. You can even walk to Walmart if needed.

Love living here, the neighbors are all very nice and I have my own space where they aren't bothered by any noise I make or what have you. I've got a pretty view from my deck. The maintenance is always timely. Customer service always friendly

Noise level is really bad since walls are very thin. My neighbors are not students and they keep their TV on 24/7. Even after multiple face to face discussions, the problem still continue. I can't bring up this issue to the office or call the cops because technically they are not violating any rules. However, I believe this is not very respectful as I have a lot of problem sleeping at night due to the TV noise. This makes my overall experience not very pleasant during my 2 years in this apartment.

I have just moved into this community, at this moment i am unable to form an opinion on it, since i have been here for less than one week. So far though the area seems nice, an easy commute, and ample parking. There is no issues with the nonexistent noise from traffic or neighbors .

The community feels very safe and I rarely worry about my personal or property safety during the day or at night. The surrounding community streets could have better lighting, but overall the community is safe, clean, quiet, and very enjoyable.

The staff in the clubhouse are always polite and kind. The apartment was very clean when I moved in and I have had no problems with making maintenance requests since I moved in. Overall my experience here has been very nice and I would recommend it to my friends.

Very friendly Staffs, specially Chantelle? Heggenstaller, she goes out of her way to make things comfortable for her residents and other people looking into getting the place, the location of the complex is very nice, peaceful and clean, the trash disposal system is very cool, just leave the bag in front of the house and they manage everything after that.Prefect location if you dont own a car as there are many buses, very easy to commute from your apartment.

I am only contracted to live here for a short term period of around 5 months, and when moving in the leasing office was more than helpful and even went out of their way to help accommodate me. So far the entire experience of living here has been perfect and I have no complaints whatsoever, (aside from perhaps the very loud air conditioner and watter boiler)

Complete garbage, extremely overpriced and the staff are idiots. They charge an additional 300.00 a year for services that are worthless. Their laundry facilities are out dated and you're lucky if your clothes are clean.

The staff were super helpful in helping me get out ofa bad living situation. I was able to tour the apartment and move in within 2 days. The apartment was clean buta few things weren't working well. They put in work orders for me and they were taken care of within a few days. I've been very satisfied with my experience so far!

Apartment staff doesn't mind taking advantage of tenants. Rent increased significantly so new appliances were requested. It took 6 months to replace appliances that dated back to the 1950s. Apartment staff insisted I had a late fee of ~$70 (twice) and it turned out there was an error in the records they kept (both times). I corresponded for a week the second time. My car was erroneously towed due to a miscommunication between the apartment staff and the tow company.

The apartment is old and needs to be remodeled. However the staff is nice and helpful which almost makes up for the apartments looks. The rent is expensive but reasonable for the area given it is close to Penn State.

Vairo is great for families and young professionals that are looking for a location close to campus without living in a student area. The price is right for students as well but certainly not ideal for walking to class. Cata bus pass is included in the activity fee which makes the trip to campus quick and simple. The apartments are older but are being updated. Staff is excellent and always happy to help.

Clean apartments with good ammenaties and friendly staff. Staff do their best to answer any questions as quickly as possible. The apartments are conveniently located and in good condition. They are easily accessible both by automobile and public transportation.

I was unaware of Vairo until a friend who lived at the complex showed me her apartment. She knew my fianc? and I were looking for an apartment that was affordable, close to the university, pet-friendly, and had access to amenities. Though the apartment complex is older than some of the surrounding complexes, my fianc? and I secured an updated unit. It's worked well for us and we are happy to remain at Vairo for the remainder of our time in the area.

I moved in about a week ago, so far I love it! There is plenty of parking with many recreational activities on site. Leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. And the model home was very representative of my current apartment.

The people in the front desks are great! The room was not cleaned and the promised paint on one wall was not done by the time that I moved in. The original person I worked with put down a wrong move in date for me, but after calling in this was fixed. They were very quick in the office when I came in to move in.

Overall it has been great. I took over someone's lease after moving over 1700 miles. I think my only frustration is the amount rent increased (30 per month) and the inability to opt out of the trash service. I love how quiet and friendly everyone is at Vairo.
