Move-in day was super easy, and the staff in the leasing office were both friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean upon my arrival. Community is scenic, very quiet, and in convenient proximity to many stores and restaurants.

My apartment is quite close to the bus stop. Its very convenient to someone who is new and don't have a car. Only take 10 mins bus to get to Walmart. Our leasing consultant, Whitney? Kisslak, she is very kind and helpful. She solve so many problems for us. We're really appreciated.

So far it's been good. Everyone has been helpful and the maintenance staff has been very kind. I do wish that the cleaning staff could be just as efficient. Especially because the place is supposed to be clean move in date.

Their maintenance is quite ineffective... when it came time for my lease to be renewed I asked them on two different occasions if it was going to go up and they said NO... However after I signed all my paperwork conveniently the rent goes up by 30$ may not seem like a lot but to a struggling college student this is an indication of their lack of professionalism Another thing I'll mention when one of my roommates graduated and she was moving out and I got a new roommate to take her room they still tried to charge my roommate WHO WAS LEAVING an ammenity fee as though she was staying! An amenity fee is charged once a year at this community for residents and they tried to charge my leaving roommate and my new roommate for the same thing and I had to argue with them to get it removed. I was like why should someone who isn't going to be living here next year pay this fee when she won't even be here and the new roommate already paid her ammenity fee????

Staff is unprofessional, arrogant and rude. At move out, the agents charge you for normal wear until all your security deposit is retained. The company has no respect for Landlord Tenant Law and do as they please because they know the students moving out are moving out of the area and won't file a local complaint. Theives!!! Stay away. Apartments are dated and in need of repair. Some apartments have access to the attic which leads to other apartments. Not secure. Patio door never locked and maintenance never fixed it. Run down out of date with a lot of hidden fees and say good bye to your security deposit. You'll never see it again..........even if your a model tenant. Attorney General needs to investigate these people along with the others in State College already under investigation!

There is a nice small community here. Any work issues are handled very fast. Enough space/distance from neighbors to be able to enjoy peace and quiet. Plenty of parking spaces. Have not had any issues since moving here.

Very friendly community. The maintenance is very quick. In-unit laundry. The leasing office is very responsive and always respond very quickly. They inform the tenants any changes beforehand, especially before the snow day.

The office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, specifically --------------------------------. Not only are they very arrogant, they are also not very good at their jobs (which does not take a genius level IQ to do, you're an office worker at an apartment complex, literally ANYONE can do your job, drop the attitude and get over yourself). They are also grade A slumlords. After I moved out, they fabricated a bogus move out inspection story (claiming the carpet needed to be replaced because of a "strong odor"). There was absolutely nothing wrong with the carpet and there definitely was no "odor", they are simply lying and attempting to keep my entire security deposit. Currently involved in a court case with them over the matter. Long story short: DO NOT RENT FROM THESE 2 BIT CRIMINALS!!

Very Good. It was much easier to move into this complex than my prior complex! The staff is extremely nice and helpful, grounds are peaceful and clean, and the overall quality of the units are a 9/10! We only had a few very minor issues with the unit due to previous person living in it!

The move in process was very easy and streamlined, and when I arrived the apartment was generally clean and in good working order. As it hasn't been long, I can't make many sophisticated comments but areas of improvement might be trash removal for large amounts (moving produces a lot of cardboard!) and availability of photos prior to move in.

This apartment complex is part of the Berger rental umbrella, which was great because they let us transfer from a property in Altoona to Vairo. Maintenance has been very prompt and has taken care of anything we've reported the first time. Office staff is great as well.

Nice apartment complex for an affordable price. Very happy with my choice. Pros- cheap, spacious, quiet neighborhood, as my first apartment on my own it was ideal for me cons- The maintenance requests I have put in so far haven't always been the quickest.... and twice they never even handled the matter it took two requests by phone and multiple requests to get the matter resolved

For the most part, my experience here has been good. However, in the past 10 days, I have dealt with my A/C breaking for the fourth time in three months, with maintenance being obstinate about repairing it, as well as receiving a fee added to my rental bill for something that was very definitively the fault of the complex, NOT me, and I have the documentation to back it up. They are insisting I pay the fee, and after re-reading the lease, I may get evicted if I don't pay it. They also seem to require 120 days to know if I will vacate the apartment or stay another year, despite me being able to move in within three days of initially contacting them. Very disgusted, and I would not recommend this community to anyone.

This is a wonderful location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with our new home. The set up of the buildings with lots of grass gives it a comfortable outdoor atmosphere that is lacking in many apartment complex.
